Visited for first time yesterday. Had my hair cut and styled after wash and wonderful scalp massage. Tayler was thorough and a great communicator. She did an outstanding job. I love my cut and will be back. Very nice salon. Everyone I encountered was very nice and professional.

I went for a long over due cut & color with Tessa, hoping to come out with a fresh look. What I didn’t expect was all the pampering & meticulous attention to detail. I feel as if she had to have spent half her day with me making sure each cut of the scissors was exactly what it needed to be, the color perfect, & through out the experience she appeared to genuinely enjoy her time with me.Along with my cut & color I received a super relaxing head & hand/arm massage - when I commented that this was a nice surprise she explained that the goal at their salon is to provide a special experience for every client & to make them feel special & she definitely did!I highly recommend this salon & Tessa.Thank you, Tessa!

I had an excellent experience. Tessa was my stylist. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and gave me exactly what I wanted. She took her time and gave me lots of information about how best to care for and style my hair. I can tell she loves her job! The essential oil scalp massage prior to the shampoo is heavenly. Tessa is AMAZING. I was new to Fort Worth, and just googled “Aveda salon” and booked her blindly. I needed a massive hair makeover, and she pulled it off ..literally...cut 8 inches off. She is so patient and kind. She’s also great with product recommendations. I’ve seen her 3 times now, and she knows my preferences by heart. I always have a great experience!! I highly recommend Lemongrass Hulen (the front staff even know me and treat me like a “girl friend” each time I arrive) and TESSA!

Ive followed one particular stylist on ig ,Adriana, for a bit when I first moved to this area. I kept searching salon and looking to social media on reviews and who recommend who and I felt Adriana would be the best fit for my hair type, style and color. It has been 3 times since I first seen her and I will forever keep seeing her. The first experiance I had was highlights going alot lighter than my black hair. I loved it but I was a little yo low maintaince to keep it up so I opted for balayge and she recommended smudging the root. I absolutely love it. We went for a wayyyy shorter haircut and yesterday I just came in for a shaping trim. This place is smells so good and clean. The lady at the front desk was so nice and offered a drink and helped me schedule my next appt. Im overly happy to found a reliable salon and stylist.

I’m not one to give many reviews, however I felt the need to do this one.Paige is awesome!!! I’m so glad I did some research and checked Instagram out to find her. I was extremely impressed with my first visit. She took the time to discuss the cut I wanted, referred to the photograph more than once, double checked her work, and made sure I was comfortable with going as short as I wanted.I had my second appointment with her earlier today and was not disappointed. She was just as thorough as she was on my first visit. I can’t say that about my former stylist of many years.

I hadnt had my COVID hair cut in 9 months and was anxious about trying a new salon. Tessa calmed my fears and worked magic on my hair and psyche! I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend Tessa to all!

I visited this Salon for Haircut. Senior stylist Tj did awesome job and fixed my hair which were uneven... I would strongly recommend this place to everyone.

The only downside is that they dont style hair extensions outside of their own brand. I think its dumb. But other than that theyre nice and do a good job.

Brittany is the only person who touches my hair! She is the best!! Ive had many bad experiences with other salons. I like to keep my hair natural. I dont like to use products in my hair or use heat to achieve my daily style, and she totally understands that. I came here after letting go of my prior hairstylist. I knew what I wanted and had a pic. When I walked in it was so clean smelled so nice and the ladies were so friendly made me feel so welcome. I was nervous I have never been able to get my haircut exactly like i wanted. I had an appt with TJ. IM TELLING YOU THIS LADY IS AMAZZZIINNNGGGG!!!. She talked to me luke she jnew me forever. She gives the most amazing head massage 💆 soooo relaxing. When it came to cutting she explained what she was going to do when i was trying to explain she knew what i was talking about even tho I had no clue how to explain it. She cut my hair perfect. Its the exact length I wanted, the layers are just perfect and my head feels soooo light and fresh. I will definitely not be going to anyone fir as long as possible. Thank you TJ your the 💣.com

Found this gem on Google, called to set appt and was able to be seen within 30 min! I had Adriana as my stylist and she was SUPERRRR informative, she helped me decide which options would work in my favor as well as taking what I actually wanted into account and she was super friendly! Front desk ladies were also sweet, def will be making more visits and recommending to friends looking for new hair salons!

This is such a nice location. All the staff I encountered were friendly and inviting, but my stylist Gricelda was the best! I have super fine hair, but quite a bit of it, so people typically don’t take their time to really style it and I have to go home and fix it right away. Gricelda actually listened to what I wanted done (just a trim and to shape up my layers) and even left my bangs alone like I had requested, since I’m trying to grow them out. She then blew my hair dry with a round brush, piece by piece, and gave me more volume than I’ve ever had in my life - people usually just do it all at once with a paddle brush and then send me on my way with it flat and lifeless. When I got back to work, no one could even tell I had gotten my hair cut, which is EXACTLY what I was going for because I didn’t want to lose noticeable length; it just looked healthier than before. She even talked with me about my concerns of my hard water buildup and took the time to use the detoxifier product twice so I’d feel better about my scalp issues. I am so happy with the services I received and I will definitely be back for my next trim!

I went in today thanks to a last minute decision on my part and a cancellation they had, Taylor took care of me. I was super nervous because I’ve only had my hair colored once a year ago at a different salon and the girl didn’t do great. Taylor, however, was professional, friendly, and all around amazing! I’m in love with my hair, and so is my boyfriend! Definitely plan on going back.

I had Paige and she knew exactly what I wanted even though I didn’t. She was very nice and helped by giving me tips to keep my hair looking it’s best. She walked me through everything she was doing so I could manage my hair on my own. I will definitely be back. The place was clean and everyone I came in contact with was friendly.

Personally I think they need older, or more experienced hair stylist, because not everybody wants a unicorn color hairstyle. Secondly the shampoo bowl area should be a no talking Zone some of us are there for peace and relaxation not to hear whats going on in your house. It has potential!

Stephanie did a wonderful job cutting my naturally curly hair. And she took the time to individually finger twirl each curl to set the curl pattern to dry it. Very extremely happy with the beautified treatment during the shampoo, and the hand massage. A definite treat.

I scheduled an appointment for highlight/cut/styling, they call and cancel on me 30 min before. I reschedule for a week later and they cancel on me again because the same girl can’t show up... I’ve been trying to make this same appointment for over a month now. Not worth it.

So happy Lemongrass is open. From the moment I walked in I felt very safe, salon is taking all necessary precautions to keep their customers & employees safe. 😷

Great haircut, great service

I love this salon! The staff are very friendly and engaging. The learn your name and like to get to know you. You dont get that ay very many salons.they really want to make sure youre happy with your service whether it was a haircut, style, spa, or purchase. They are a higher end so their prices are too, but I feel and think they are worth it considering the quality of services you receive. Too many times have I gone to a cheap salon and had my hair cut and left with too much taken off on one end. You dont have to worry about that here.

Wonderful salon! My stylist Paige Martin was the best! She helped fix an unfortunate cut from a different salon I visited earlier. Glad I chose Lemongrass; I love my new cut! This will be my go to place from now on.

Priscilla does a great job with my hair! She gave me a beautiful haircut which also included a very relaxing shampoo and scalp massage. I returned to get my hair colored (balayage) which Ive never done before and was nervous. She did a fantastic job and I love my hair. Priscilla is my go to hair lady from now on. The salon itself is very clean and stylish, and the staff are quick to offer you water or hot tea, and also gives you complimentary makeup touch ups.

A few days ago I called about a color consultation and the lady on the phone told me I could come in this Friday which is today . When I came in the lady upfront told me that all the stylist were busy and couldn’t see me. She said I could go to another location but would have to book it. Didn’t I already do that? She wasn’t very sympathetic and didn’t apologize. Unfortunately this was my first experience with this salon and they won’t be earning my business.

Our favorite stylist, Shawn, has found the perfect place for his talents. His work is always perfect, both what I ask for and flattering, not always easy to reconcile! Lemongrass feels soothing and revitalizing from the moment you walk in the door. No turnover frenzy here, just a bit of affordable pampering. Love this place already!

I had Karen and she was great! Very sweet and thorough. I just had a cut and I lwas bed the results. The scalp massage during the shampoo was very nice and relaxing, and she offered a complimentary hand massage. The salon was very welcoming right when I stepped in and the girl at the front offered me some water or tea. I will definitely be back for a color appointment!

What a great experience! I received a cut and style and Paola did an amazing job! She started with a lavender scalp massage before my shampoo, and then while the conditioner was sitting she gave me an amazing hand massage! When she cut my hair she made sure not to cut it too short, and took my critiques gracefully and made my hair perfect! She was quick but didnt seem like she was trying to get me out of there. Also, I really appreciate how she suggested products but didnt push any on me. I will definitely be going back to her and this salon!

I have been going here about 4 months now- I get my roots done every 8 weeks and highlights every 16 weeks. My hair is naturally a really dark brown, but I keep it really blonde. Bailey is phenomenal at keeping my color looking natural and no one would ever guess what my natural color really is! I would highly recommend her. The staff is also very friendly when I go in and all around a relaxing environment.

They know how to cut curly hair! Ive been going to salons for ages, and this is the first time Ive had a proper curly hair cut.

Karen is simply wonderful. Shell give you the exact hair you ask for and is so sweet and polite. Staff is very professional and welcoming. And as always, love those Aveda products! You truly get what you pay for here; great products, great staff, great experience.

Everything went really well with my appt. The receptionist was nice, and Griscelda my stylist was awesome! She cut my hair so nicely/pretty, I went in wanting my super thick hair thinned out and layered with some style added to it, and it came out exactly like I wanted it, and she is very sweet. My bangs were cut wet and above the eye brow. Id asked for slightly longer bangs, but they are the shortest Ive ever seen. They are also crooked and incredibly too short to fix. The hair stylist and I were not on the same page through out my hair cut and I will have to get the bangs fixed once my hair can grow out enough. While the rest of my hair came out ok, Ive definitely had better cuts before. I will not be returning for any more cuts or bang up keeps/trims that are included.

I just got a Brazilian wax from Alex. She was attentive but it’s a the longest wax that I’ve ever had to sit through. She was nice but I won’t be going back cause I can’t sit through a 55 minute maintenance Brazilian wax.

I had a beginner hairstylist who was very young probably early 20s . She appeared to have no idea what a bob haircut is , she did a very messy job on my bangs , she didn’t shave my neck with the hair trimmers and she appeared to have absolutely no experience cutting hair. One would expect that a higher end salon would have only experienced hair stylists .

If you havent visited lately, you missing out on friend staff, great lotions and chakra sprays. And my spa job is right next door.. Spavia, come get a massage too!!!

I came to Lemongrass with hair that had been botched from a previous competitors salon, and let me say that Gricelda turned what was a terrible cut into a work of art. She was extremely patient, thorough, kind, detail-oriented, and is gifted at what she does. I do not want to go to any other salon or stylist after the wonderful treatment I received today. Shawn cut my hair about a week ago and he did an amazing job! He is newer to this salon but he has been cutting hair for years. I had long hair and some parts almost to my waist when straightened. And by parts, I mean the parts that werent broke off! He did a wonderful job of keeping my hair very long, but getting all of the dead ends off. He had the perfect amount of conversation, letting me relax with my eyes closed some of the time and filling the rest with hilarious conversation. Ive looked for years to find a hairstylist exactly like him! I currently live in louisiana and work in texas and I will make that drive everytime I need my hair cut from now on. Thanks again Shawn!
