Very unhappy!! I wanted to cry because I asked for a specific cut and color and I ended up with a COMPLETELY different look as if the stylist did her own thing. Uggh on top of that I had to pay an outrageous amount even though I talked with the manager. I am so disappointed because I couldve went to the ogle school for the same exact result . I expected a much better job for the price.

Very disappointed! I asked for a certain hair style and it looks nothing like what I asked for ! And I asked for a trim and she chopped my hair ! Definitely going to get my money back ! I don’t recommend this salon!!!

Albert s the name of the guy who destroyed my hair I asked for a razor cut on my layers and a trim he cut 6 off my hair I wanted to kill him !!!!!and one side of my hair was up to my jaw bone the other side was at my shoulder he lied when I asked to speak to the manager made me come back the next day so I did she told me she didnt know why he told me she wasnt there because she was she gave me my money back apologized for him Im just so sad
