Great experience! Drove to 2 other places that were closer because I got off work late.. knockouts told me at 7pm they were booked for the night.. 4 stylists.. no customers in the building.. then I called Floyds at 7:10 asked to make an appt.. they were not taking walkins. Next closest place was Supercuts so we just drove there. I forgot to ask the guy his name but he had long blue hair. When we got there around 7:25 he was cutting a womans hair.. he took his time finishing her hair then came to take care of my son. He was super friendly and called my son back, got the scoop on what my son wanted done to his hair. I apologized for coming in at 7:30.. he said No need to apologize we are open until 8pm.. so Im here to cut hair until 8. Reasonable and won me over with customer service. I will be calling to see when he works and what his name is tomorrow to get my hair cut. I skipped my hair cut since by the time he finished my sons hair it was 8 so since he didnt turn us down I figured I would come back and see him tomorrow. You gained a loyal customer today thank you!!!

Yvonne is fantastic! I first met her 2 months ago when I came in with long hair and asked her for a new hairstyle. I showed her a photo Id found and she really brought it to life! Good place for a quick haircut. If you have blonde hair be warned you may have some stragglers. Blonde hair is hard to cut due to the lighting inside. My hair being ultra omega thin doesnt help much either. Still I always come back about 4 times a year. Its close to home.

I recently booked an appointment with them for next week. My schedule is very busy and I made time for my appointment. My appointment was on a Saturday at 10 am, I woke up early to get there by time. When, I got there the person who was supposed to do my hair was no where to be seen and there was some other lady working there who said they don’t have enough bleach nor do they have the color I want to dye my hair. Like seriously what was the point of booking an appointment when you don’t have your stuff? The lady said that the person who is in charge of doing my hair will call me once she gets back from god knows where. Anyways they never called me back to reschedule my appointment. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Ive been to this place multiple times before and the people working here always know how i like my haircuts since one of the nice ladies working there had written some notes to go with my profile /phone number however you guys save that information and i really liked coming here. This time the man working there asked me how Id like my haircut and i mentioned that it is noted from before and he said he cant cut my hair because he said : he cut my hair once before and I was unhappy with the results Keep in mind the only issue I had with the previous haircut was that he made one side look different from the other, which is was flat out obvious I cant believe i had to tell it to him. He pretty much refused service and asked me to leave because he cant cut my hair properly as he said. I dont know why he has a job at a hair salon related business. Every other employee there treated me very nicely and did a good job cutting my hair, but this man just ruined my experience with Supercuts so i dont think Ill be returning.

So my sister and I both needed a haircut and we got to see Tiffany as her last clients of the day. Tiffany was wonderful! She was sweet and talked with each of us about how we wanted our hair and made the magic happen^^ During this crazy pandemic I have anxiety about being around a lot of people...she made my sister and I feel very welcomed and I felt relaxed the whole time^^ We left very satisfied customers and in fact, my sister is gonna have highlights done sometime next week or so with Tiffany!!! Thank you again Tiffany from 2 island girls from Hawaii that now call Texas home! ^^

Time & cost effective. Chris did a great job with ensuring proper mask fit while trimming around the ears. I certainly plan on coming back as I felt safety amidst the pandemic was adressed well!

Im giving 3 stars only because the rest of my hair is okay and they were nice. However, my bangs got pretty messed up. What were meant to be long, side swept bangs ended up as bangs that were nearly cut straight across and about an inch too short.

I don’t always come to Great clips on beach by the Albertsons but I was very happy with my visit today! Jocelyn was awesome and did an amazing job! (She cut off a whole mop on my head and I love the finish!) She was super friendly and cool to talk to. I hope to see her again when I come back for another chop in 3 or months!

Just had my haircut here for the first time. Was thoroughly impressed with the welcoming demeanor of the stylists. Yvonne was the name of my stylist here, and she gave the best haircut Ive had since leaving the Navy. Will definitely return and ask for her specifically.

I’ve been using this location for the last 6 years, my cosmetologist is Yvonne. I most strongly recommend anyone, male or female regardless of hair type to try her. She’s really good. Always welcoming, and the professional. I rate her 4 and 1/2 stars, but the experience a 5. So try her, or the salon out. Very clean waiting area as well. Only thing I would add is maybe add a 50 in flat screen to watch some sports or news.

I only went here because I was on this side of town. If I didnt have plans I would have stayed for my hair to be fixed. When I left my hair looked like a football.. Another stylist even asked if I wanted to leave looking like that. I paid and immediately went and bought a brush. My haircut is no where near what I wanted. I guess thats what I get..

I took my 90 year old grandmother to this location to get a hair cut because she had a coupon.Upon arrival we were treated as if it was an inconvenience to be there. There was only one stylist there. She had 0 customers and an hour left before closing.While the stylist walked my grandmother back to the chair she yelled at my 10 year old and told her she could not sit next to her great grandmother. (Again empty salon)As she started to cut my grandmothers hair she began to act very impatient with her. When I noticed her unprofessional behavior I explained to her that my grandmother is old and that she needed to relax and be patient with her.. she kept making unprofessional gestures and She stated that she couldn’t understand my grandmother although I was translating.. which is not an excuse to be disrespectful.Worst experience ever! Worst costumer service.!! I wouldn’t ever go back even if the haircut was free.

My beautician retired and my appointment was with Tiffany. I had been with Yvonne for years so I was nervous. No worries. Tiffany did a great job.

Been coming here for years, and had been seeing the negative reviews come in the past few months so I was slightly afraid to go in but its always been nice and smooth. Called and scheduled a cut for 4:15pm about an hour after they opened due to tight schedules, and upon arriving it wasnt fully put into the system 6 hours later so Id have to wait upwards of 45 minutes to an hour. At least the people who have been there since before the name change are still absolutely fantastic at what they do.

Ms. Pat made me look amazing for a job interview, and had be laughing the entire time. Super clean, and awesome staff

Ever since changing from Procuts to Supercuts, they have run off every good stylist. Such a disappointment! Horrible service! Always a long wait and never enough stylists available. Im sure the reason they dont have enough stylists is because the manager is creating a hostile work environment.
