Both the management and waxers at this location need to learn better work ethic. When you pay $100 and have to go home to re-wax huge patches of hair they missed, there is a problem. It seems that they lost all the wax specialists that had any idea about how to do their job. I’ve used them since 2017 and will be going for laser hair removal once the manager calls me to issue a refund. And the only reason I included “not professional” is due to the manager not calling back for weeks…not a good way to run a business. Maybe the company should seek out a new one and they’d have better customer satisfaction.

I did my first ever wax here, and April was my waxer. She was super lovely, and we made a bond. Later on, it made me forgot the pain I had. She did an outstanding job it was super clean and just the way I like it. It was not awkward at all because we kept a conversation until I was done. Thank you April.

So accommodating. I added a friend after I made the appointment and they fit her in ahead of time to make it where we could do it at the same time. Super profession. Definitely going back

Just moved here from new York and I have been getting waxed for over 10 years. I have came to this location as well as the Hurst location. I have seen marleigh because I saw some good reviews and she was sweet but terrible waxer! She pulled the wax before letting it dry. Honestly most painful wax experience ever. Also alot of hair was left over. I have tried several other waxers after marleigh and they have all been horrible I can not find a good waxer and I am just baffled. Like I said Ive been waxing over 10 years. I dont know who trains these waxers but all of them need help. On top of that I always feel rushed and they do not take their time. They just try to get you in and out as soon as possible. Also very pricey. Im going to have to try to find another company this is ridiculous!

I love the alliance town center business. The staff is always helpful and customer service oriented. My waxer, Lindsey M is awesome at her job! She always makes me feel great and happy with removing that excess hair. She is always in a cheerful mood when I see her! I love EWC! The Alliance location is wonderful. I’ve been going there for years and have had nothing but great, professional service. While everyone is great, my favorite is Lindsay! She is so sweet and friendly... and makes you feel comfortable during your visit. The wax itself is done quickly and is SO much better than painful strips. Definitely recommended.

Great experience. They can get a bit busy after 4:00 but otherwise you can get in asks or quickly and smooth as butter.

I had an appointment today to get my eyebrows waxed. As soon as I got there I was greeted at the door and was told that they had lost power and would I like to reschedule. I said sure and as they were taking my info they got their power back. They asked me if I wanted to wait while they got their wax heated up and as soon as it was I was seen by Ciera (sp?). She did a wonderful job and was super nice and professional. I will definitely be back!

I have been coming to EWC for a couple years now. At first I was very nervous about going, but the staff is absolutely amazing and makes you feel comfortable, though my favorite will always be Lindsey. Customer service was excellent, all the ladies were nice and professional. I went for an eyebrow wax and it was ok. I she didn’t really follow my shape and left extra hair, which I don’t like so I had to tweeze when I got home but I guess tweezing a little is better than tweezing the whole brow.

My wax technician did a great job but Im giving them a 1 star because they dont care about the health and safety of others. The front desk girl did not wear a mask when I walked in. I asked her if theyre still requiring masks and she said tarrant county lifted mask mandates already. If they really cared about their customers safety they would wear a mask. My friend who works from home and stays at home mostly thinks she got covid after getting her face waxed because she had to remove her mask for a few minutes.

I have been going to EWC for years and have always felt they deliver great hospitality and safety to their customers.That was until today when I came into this location and noticed no mask requirements and neither women behind the counter wearing masks. Luckily my waxer Cynthia was wearing a mask for my protection as I wear one for hers. I thought EWC would be smart enough to follow CDC guidelines to protect their employees and clients. I was shocked and I do not feel safe returning to an EWC that does not choose to put safety during a pandemic as a priority. EWC says We take health and safety very seriously—we always will! Then WEAR A MASK! PEOPLE ARE STILL DYING!

European Wax was amazing it was my first time ever Brazilian wax. I read previous reviews and noticed Taylors name, I did request her for my first appointment and she made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job.PS I was 37weeks pregnant

This place is amazing. Im 56 years old and these girls never make me feel old.

I used to love coming here and felt like they were good at what they do. However, recently I’ve noticed they’ve been taking 120 dollars out of my account every month. I was paying for a wax pass and all I was told was that the 165 I was paying up front is for 11 waxes for a special they had going on (I think she was actually a manager). Why pay 165 up front just to have an additional 120 taken out during that period? I wouldn’t have had an issue if they were just honest about it from the beginning. Please know what services you’re selling before misleading someone. Lesson learned I guess.

After randomly walking in to check it out, I was seen within minutes. I expected a little wait because i was under the impression they are more about appointments but that’s not the case. I usually prefer threading because I get a better shape but they do a wonderful job here! It is a little pricier than I usually pay but they have multiple package options or you can pay per visit. All in all I am happy with my experience

I tried to report that my face was burnt during a session but I cant get anyone on the phone. No manager on site and corporate does not take customer service calls.

I walked in today (sign says walk in) and was met by two girls who gave me an ugly look. One asked if I had an appointment and I replied no. She then asked me if I had ever been to an European Wax Center and again I replied no. She then pursued her lips and bobbed her head and told me she guessed they could fit me in at 1:30. I understand it is busy right after Christmas but not every one knows that an appointment is needed to wax eyebrows and attitude towards customers is EVERYTHING! I will not return... oh, and you can go two doors down and be greeted by the nicest people at Palace Nails & Spa and get them done immediately!!!!

I have been using this particular centers services for over a year. They constantly demonstrate superior customer service skills and work at fitting around your schedule. It is very clean and neat here! If you dont know who to set an appointment with, ask for Kimberly. She is very friendly, easy-going, and does a fantastic job.However this last visit I left a little disappointed due to the weird music selection. I know it may seem small; however, I really enjoyed the soft, easy rock/pop they used to have. Please bring it back! :)Overall, I LOVE this place...and will continue to visit!

This place is amazing! I was slightly hesitant because of some of the reviews, but I am so glad I did it anyways! It was very easy to make an appointment online. I chose Kimberly based on the reviews here, and she is seriously so amazing. This was my first time getting a bikini wax. She was very sweet and walked me through everything. She made me feel comfortable and made it as painless as possible! The whole process took maybe 20 minutes. The girl that was up front was very kind and knowledgable as well! I was early and they even got me back early. I will definitely be back.

The staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate my last minute appointment request which was great but the girl that did my wax peeled skin off my face. I don’t have sensitive skin, I love hard wax because it’s great on my skin, and I’ve been waxed many times before but Amber for the first time in my life managed to peel skin off my face.Blinking literally would sting for hours afterwards and now I have raw red marks that hurt to the touch on my eyelidsI understand I had a last minute appointment and I’m sure the more skilled employees were booked but I would’ve rather they told me they couldn’t accommodate me than book me with someone that was going to leave me with injured skin.If I return I will request to not see Amber.

Been here 2x now. Enjoy every minute of my waxing experience, considering they are pulling hairs from some sensitive areas.Have had no issues with any of the women Ive been seen by, including the receptionist. They are also not pushy with trying to upsell.
