My mom just got a letter saying that the Dr is no longer going to treat her anymore. The letter also said that she threatened the staff and she didnt say anything to them. She only gave them her name and birthday like they asked and sat in the lobby until being called. She always got along with the dr and always liked dr walther. Everyone that knows my mom knows she is a shy caring lady. She wont even ask any questions about her health issues cause she is so shy. My mom is confused and dont want to see any other drs. My mom was with Parkview since before she was 18 and she had Dr Haris since she was 18 until he retired and he delivered us kids. My mom has all kinds of health issues and with covid it is hard for her to find a new Dr. My mom is in her 60s and have COPD and 2 different cancers lung cancer and multiple myeloma and also getting tested for thyroid cancer. I think the dr just dont want to deal with her health problems. They also go against HIPPA they once called my moms work and told them her boss moms health info back when my mom worked and also when my mom went into a coma while driving she got into and accident and they put her in the same EMS as the other lady that my mom didnt know and they had my mom give them personal information in front of the lady. Parkview just got to big and dont care about the people. A few of my friends already canceled after they heard that the Dr refuse to see my mom. One of the front desk ladies didnt even have a mask on. We already talked to corporate and they dont care either. They said the Drs office can do what they want to do. They can pick and choose who they feel like seeing. A Drs job is to care for the people. One of my friend is a nurse there and she says its horrible how they do things and says most of them dont fallow HIPPA. I remember back in the older days they couldnt refuse health care. I guess things changed since then.

Dr Walther is wonderful! She is everything you could want in a doctor- kind, compassionate, thorough, smart and caring. She is very concerned with all aspects of your health and wellbeing. She spends time with you and is never “rushed”. She’s the best!

Dr. Walther is an excellent physician; she gives each patient enough time to feel that she/he understands all details, and is also the best at follow up. Would definitely rate her a 5.

Dr. Walther is a kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable doctor. She always is available to answer questions by online chat or office appointment.
