Excellent encounter with an excellent physician. He was well prepared for my visit. This was focused, brief, direct, very informative, and very helpful. He is highly recommended. I would be comfortable with him treating any family member. I will follow his recommendations closely. I’m looking forward to my next visit. I know that I’m in good hands.

I became a patient after my doctor stop practicing, so far I have not had great service,my1st visit and only visit so far was almost 2 hours from waiting to leaving ( only seeing the Dr for 15 min) after I had been awake for 18 hours. And now I have a prescription I need filled, its been 4 days and sent to the wrong pharmacy twice. Because of the nature of the prescription it cannot be transferred electronically from one pharmacy even to the same system of pharmacies, as in CVS. I understand the nature of the medication but when I have called each day 4 times trying to get this resolved , I am quite dissatisfied. I am a traveling respiratory therapist who does not have time for this kind of service. I have them over a week before my script needed filled. I am 4 days post out of pills.

I was not impressed. He was talking before actually entering the room. Once in the room, I stated I had no idea what he said as he was walking in. He then asked my last name, I gave it. He said that is what he said... not sure what that was to mean.I stated that I needed thyroid medication refilled and would like him to look at my throat. Both the nurse and the doctor stated, he only likes to address one thing at a time. I would need to make another appointment for him to look at my throat....The doctor said, it would not allow him to do what he needs to do...that makes it about the doctor, not me, the patient.The doctor went on to discuss medication with me. We talked about a medication I take for anxiety. He then told me that most of his patients take xxx instead. I advised him that I will not be changing to that medication. What I take works for me that is what I will continue to take.Extremely unimpressed. I was there for 2 hours.... guaranteed, he was not worth 2 hours of my time.

Waited 60 minutes and then was asked what I did I want to do regarding BP meds and most recently waited 35 minutes and left. I am changing Drs.

Appreciate the last minute appointment and the care that was given to my son. Again thank you

He was running a little behind but that is okay considering the year and one half we have all had. This initial meeting went very well. He asked the right questions and I think I have found a new DOCTOR

He suggested fleas or bedbugs, however, no one but my wife has bites. He said its her oils... Our previous dog had fleas long ago. I was also bitten, so i share these special oils, but I have no bites. Lavenda is trying to fleece her insurance company? Not even our dog has fleas AND he gets treated every month. Dont go to Lavenda. He treats his wallet, not his patients? Pathetic.

Dr. Levenda is an excellent doctor. The only reason I am giving him 4 starts instead of 5 is the amount of time I spend in the waiting area after i arrive for my appointment.

Jeffrey Levenda MD is my physician who AIDS in The Help for better life for you as a patient because he has for me the staff is excellent and Im sure that makes for a good team so to doctor Jeff I say Well done young man

Dr. Levenda has been a good Dr. Hehad the right test orderd when I was down.And has continued to maintain an out look over my health. By his encouragement as well as meds. The office personnel was kind and efficient in their manner. But having to deal with some problems have gotten hard. Like having to reorder meds. if my refills run out.

I work nights and currently live 45 minutes away from his office. I made an evening appointment so that I could accommodate my sleep schedule and travel time. I was on time for my appointment and waited 30 minutes to even be called back. My vitals were taken and I waited another 30 minutes in the exam room. By this time it was almost 7:00pm. I had a family at home waiting for me and a 45 minute drive. I left without being seen and was never given an explanation as to what the hold up was. I rescheduled for the next week and honestly wish I never would have even bothered. He talked over me, talked with his back turned toward me, told me nothing I didnt already know, and didnt even address the problem at hand. He seemed annoyed and rushed. I will not be going back and do not recommend.

Dr Lavenda’s office is exceptional from his front desk receptionist, to his nursing staff to Dr Lavenda’s patient care and diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr Lavenda as anyone’s primary care physician!

I started seeing Dr. Levenda in the early summer of 2017 after my severe bout of Sepsis (that nearly killed me) and my diagnosis as being Type 2 diabetic. The man is a great physician and highly knowledgeable. He’s helped me immensely, so far, he listens to you and gives great guidance to help you get yourself into better health. I’ve been doing good since my 2017 medical situation arose and started seeing him and both he and his staff are a big part of my getting there. While I DO still have a lot of things that I have to work on with myself, I’m very optimistic about venturing forward with it and having Dr. Levenda and his people in my corner is a great benefit. Totally happy with the doc and his crew.

He was very busy, but was patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns about the condition that brought me there. Because of his overloaded schedule, appointments always seem to run late, which very seldom happened with Dr. Mohrman, my retired GP.

Very unpersonable. Felt like a number. Not what Im looking for in a primary care physician. I will continue looking elsewhere

Very busy. Waited any 30 min past my appt time appt at 8:30 saw Dr at 9:30He was through in my exam. Cant get my injection until July 30. Cant get physical therapy same day as injection as they said I should.

As a new patient today, I waited an hour and never saw the doctor. I thought I would give a second chance. So I called to reschedule and the scheduling dept. told me he is always running behind, so I am looking for someone else that can keep a schedule properly.

I was in and out pretty quickly. Pleasant staff.

Dr Mohrman retired . So we started to see Dr. Levenda. He is helping my husband get off of Lorazepam. I am really happy he suggested that to my husband. People I have noticed is complaining about he runs behind in time, but he takes his time to help you . My mom went to Dr. Levenda and she was there 3 hrs . He was helping her to figure out her situation. That is a Doctor who is concerned. Thank you Dr Levenda for taking time to figure out our situations .Jamie and Kim Gordon and Betty Eliot

Easy to schedule, short wait times, and never feel rushed. Always answers questions and makes sure your satisfied with visit. Highly recommended.

Was about 40 minutes late, but was very helpful answering all questions and also did an additional procedure that was not included in my original appointment.

Dr.Levenda, granted , is a highly skilled physician,however, of my experience, he sorely lacks empathy for his patients, to elaborate, Iam a person with a hearing disability, and for certain,the pandemic induced mask mandate , makes it extremely difficult for anyone with this disability to hear or understand what’s being said ( lip reading), and because the mask mandate isn’t changed,it should be every care givers responsibility to sympathize and make sure that the patient understands what’s being said and any directions that are given, instead of being yelled at, humiliated and even traumatized ( as if I haven’t had to deal with enough of that in the past)...I’m sorry, but I will be ending my patient care with this doctor and finding a better quality physician, who at least will take the time to understand their patients needs.

Not a good experience.First visit. Asked to sign that I understood I would be charged $20 if o was late. Asked to sign a form to acknowledge that I understand all appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment. Asked to acknowledge that 3 canceled appointments without 24 hour notice in a 24 month period could me dismissed permanently from the doctors practice, and reminded on the same form that being late or not showing up for the appointment inconvenienced the doctor and the patient after me, and did a disservice to myself as well. Even though I was called in on time and saw the nurse for vitals and meds check shortly after, I then waited quite a while for the doctor. He didn’t come in the room until almost 40 minutes after my appointment time. Hmmm... the doctors time, important, my time, totally unimportant.The first thing the nurse did when she came in to do vitals was informed me that the doctor does not do new patient meet and greet appointments. I told her that was fine as I was here for a med check and physical, as well as establishing myself as a patient with the doctor. When the doctor came in he made virtually no eye contact, stated his name and started going through meds and a rote list of questions about each. He was uninterested in any medical history regarding the use of them if it was not one of the questions. He then listened to my heart and lungs and summarily dismissed me to the front desk, stating that I could schedule another appointment for a yearly physical. WHAT? I asked what he meant and he disdainfully replied that I could have blood work and return to discuss it: cholesterol, blood sugar, etc. I told him I needed to have my thyroid levels checked now for my meds to be ordered and he said he would order the blood work and left. The entire visit with him was rushed and all business.Dr. Levenda may be knowledgeable and even a good diagnostician. I don’t really know. I do know that he is not personable, seemingly lacking in people skills and compassion, uninterested in the patient as a person, terse, uninterested in an interaction with you, and condescending.

It took 2 hours for the whole appointment where I saw the Doctor for less than 10 minutes!

I like how doctors offices can make you wait 10, 20 minutes are what ever. But when you’re late to the appointment. They make you reschedule

Absolutely the finest doctor I have ever been to,he has a heavy sports medicine background and is able to help with a variety of aches and pains and will take the time to help you resolve issues, as well as teach you proper regimens of exercise and stretches to alleviate said problems. Excellent bedside manner. What a pleasure to find a man who did not get in it for the money,but to help and care.

Me and my girlfriend have always had great experiences with dr. levenda and his wife throughout they care of us and our son that was born October 2017for Family Sports and Medicine just because he is not a baby doctor does not mean your baby cannot see Jeffrey levenda he has done the best positive things we could imagine if I could rate higher than a 5-star I definitely would
