Good visit today, felt everything was good for a 1st visit to a Dr in 10 years. Fast service in and out in less than a hour.

I chose this physician as my family doctor and I went for my new patient exam three years ago. I am a very healthy person and on no medication. Recently they advised my husband that since I have not needed this office for medical care in the past three years, they advised I am no longer their patient. I was not aware of this at all and did not realize you had to return to this office even when you do not need medial care. They never communicated this with me and it is very disappointing that they throw away their patients.

My insurance wanted me to do a physical and they did a three way call to set it up. 5 months or more prior to the appointment I was complaining about severe left back side pain. The appointment was also for my anxiety. When I went to the appointment, the only thing that was done was vital signs by a nurse and Dr kunberger argued with me about why I have 3 GI doctors. He gets very upset about people not using the MyChart but he doesnt realize that some people have problems with their phones and/or internet but he fails to read anything about the patients and their medical problems. If he would have read mine he would have known why I needed all three. He gave me a 5 days supply of my zofran which I have been taking for a very very long time. Then refused to give me anymore. This was prior to the appointment. I kept calling and telling them I was so sick I was laying down with a puck bucket. I also told him on the appointment. He said GI are only to treat my nausea. I clearly have a feeding tube which has to be managed by a GI doctor. He did no physical exam and did not address the anxiety problem. I changed back there my other doctor and seen him about a week later. I was very dehydrated. Which Dr kunberger should have caught. If I didnt switch to this other doctor, the dehydration wouldnt of been caught and I could have died from that. I contacted a supervisor before finding this out and told her about the appointment she said he was aloud to treat his patients as he feels like and she couldnt do anything. I informed her that filling a claim to my insurance and saying he treated me for anxiety and did a physical that it was still fraud. She didnt seem bothered by any of it and told me she was hanging up the phone on me. Im very disgusted and disturbed that a human cares more about a paycheck than the patients and has not one care Im the world if they end up dying. Oh yeah, he loves to stand outside of the patients door with the nurses and talk bad about the patients.

Terrible experience, came in for trouble breathing and the doctor came in and asked what I was here for : I said the original reasons why I was there but then remembered I wanted to talk about my medicines while I was there and see if I could change it, he immediately seemed irritated and told me pretty much that I “ had an appointment for my breathing problem and that he doesn’t have time for that right now and to set up another appointment “ I was a little sidetracked that he said that because my dr before never had a problem with me bringing something up if I forgot about it ( nevertheless I understood because I didn’t say anything about it in the call to schedule the appointment) but then he left the room and was talking almost right outside the door with his nurses to the point where I heard him loud and clear saying “ I wish people would use the my chart app like we tell them to for medicines “ and “ why do people always come in with a list of things they didn’t mention” and the nurses were then talking about other patients who have done the same thing.Very unprofessional and will definitely never be returning

Horrible communication. My mother is in her 70s and has already been hospitalized with pneumonia once this year. She tried to get a med refill last week. They told her he needed to come in. She explained that she didnt feel comfortable coming in with the Covid surge. The doctors office refused her meds because they wanted her to come in. She told the scheduler that she could do over the phone (not super tech savvy and unsure of how to facetime over MyChart). They were supposed to call her back. That was last Friday. She called them again on yesterday (Monday). They were supposed to call her back again. No returned call. I ended up calling. After I found out, I called and explained. The scheduler was super nice. I scheduled a virtual visit for her (understanding that I would have to go to her to help get her phone set up) and asked if they could do a partial med refill so that she wasnt going without her meds. They agreed and sent the information to the docs office so he could sign off and send the script. They assured me it would be taken care of last night so that she would have her meds for today. At a quarter till 7 last night the pharmacy still hadnt received any scripts. I called again. The nice lady on the phone was unsure why and said she would reach out directly to the doctor to see if those could get pushed through so that she would have her meds today. This morning, still no meds. I call again. Again, the lady on the phone was super nice. She tried to get in touch with the doctor through a back-line. No luck. So she sent over another request and marked it as urgent/ rush. Still nothing. My parents, my sister, her family, and mine are all patients of his. He came recommended to us by my aunt. I dont think any of us have had great experiences. The lady at check-in has always been pleasant. Nurses are hit or miss. The NP is cold. And overall I would just say that this med issue and the lack of communication might be the final straw... My fingers are still crossed that they will redeem themselves and get her meds today. Maybe a follow up call to apologize... Not holding my breath at this point.

Recently, I went to see Kunberger for a referral to a neurologist. I had been before and it was in my chart. After several times of trying to explain that I have had seizures for years and that I have already seen a neurologist before, I just needed checked again because they have progressed, he didnt want to believe me. After providing enough details of the inside of the neurology office, he finally said he found where i had gone before in my chart. He said hed call the doctor and check. As my reason for visit altered mental status . I am disgusted by his lack of professionalism and will never be seeing him again.

Jack always takes care of me. His head nurse Emile is always great and makes sure all your issues are addressed as does Jack. I have been going there for years. The front office personal are always friendly and check you in and out expediently. Unfortunately I hear they are moving. The new location is going to be on North Clinton by medical parkway drive from what I hear. It is I believe the recently built parkview complex.

Unfortunately this was the doctor making rounds at the hospital when I gave birth. Knowing what I know now I never would have allowed him to touch my son let alone perform a circumscion.

This so called doctor was on call at the hospital when my grandson was born. He botched my grandsons circumcision and now my grandson has to go under anesthesia to have it repaired! If I could have given a 0 rating I would have!

I was asked if it would be ok for a student to examine me before Dr Kunberger would come in. I agreed. During our examination I remembered that I had a mole I wanted check. Last year I had a pre-cancer mole removed. She said no problem and said she would let Dr. Kunberger know. After she left the room a couple of moments later I heard Dr. Kunberger say in an elevated voice I dont understand why people wait till the last minute, and then come in here with a laundry list of things. I will be looking for a new doctor that has time to listen to my concerns.

Went for a simple restriction from a job working 72 to 80 hours a week because of the stress and lack of sleep making both my physical and mental health much worse and he didnt care at all.I did not want medication just a break from all the hours that were taking their toll on me and making my condition much worse. Does not care about his patients at all. He is even the Dr. that diagnosed my condition!
