The ladies and gents at Glo were wonderful. The took my whole Bachelorette party in and were so kind and flexible when the ladies made service changes from their initial appointment requests. From matching the nails just so the the pedicure to explaining the various types of nail options (gel, extends, acrylic, and dip) for those who were not familiar. Everyone was very professional and super accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Chan especially was very patient as he did my acrylics as a first timer. I will definitely be returning. :)

Such a shame that this is a beautiful place with wonderful workers. That is about where it ends. The guy at the front, I assume is the owner is by far the most rude person I have encountered. I have been in here numerous times and the vibe he gives off is a “idgaf” “I’m better then you” attitude. If you go here you can see exactly what I mean. As the front end of the house owner/worker, he sure does a horrible job. This man and his wife needs a refresher in customer service. I have walked in many times standing at the front desk where he would stare me up and down and not even greet me.Aside from the the rudeness of the owners, the nail techs here are all sweet and wonderful and thankfully don’t have the attitude of their bosses.

Chan is one of the best nail techs Ive ever had. I love his caring personality. Hes so sweet and focused on making sure you have the best experience.

My friend and I chose this salon and while being pleased with their work, there was a lot of lack in professionalism. When we walked in (with appointments) and I told the owner my name and the time of my appointment and she just started at me like uhm excuse me??? And then she was like you can come this way and I was very displeased by some other things she said to me while seating my friend and I. Then her (husband?) was sitting at the front desk peering at a laptop showing one of the security cameras and then on replay for the entire hour I was there watching clients and then watching techs checking out (if there is a problem, sure. Just not there) At least, go in your back office instead of sitting out with customers it just felt kind of weird!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! EXTREMELY POOR OWNER, the man wearing denims and a t-shirt at the front counter as you walk in. A friend was there today, paid $88.75 for a pedicure and a Dip powder French manicure (because the nail tech didnt know how to do Ombre) and left a $12.00 tip only to get the THICKEST UGLIEST NAILS. In addition, none of the nails were filed or shaped to match or look professional. Its unfortunate when you try and support a local business, pay the price expecting to get an experienced knowledgeable technician and instead get someone with little experience who is not capable of doing what you request and pay for. She would have been better off going to Ravenscroft Beauty College and paying a fraction of the price while still receiving the same result. NEVER AGAIN!

Besides being beautiful & immaculate this is the best nail salon in Ft. Wayne. They cater to your every need. My nail tech is Chen. The owners Frauley & Andy always make you feel welcome.

I’ve been to glo nails twice, although the mint green and white nails look amazing, I will definitely be asking for Chan every time I go. He paid such good attention to every detail, and I really liked that when I asked his opinion on colors he actually gave it unlike the usual answer nail techs give you “it’s completely up to you” by far my favorite nail salon.

Had an amazing experience at Glo. My nails look amazing. They are all very kind and conscientious on how the nails look. They are very happy to please and are very detailed. They all are very mindful about cleaning and wiping everything down.

I had a full st done a week ago Thursday, by Saturday 2 came off. Now today am week and a half later another has come off. I am not very happyI just made this review and they replied right away. I already have an appointment set up to rectify the problem. This shows professionalism on their part.

I came to Glo Nail Bar for a last minute manicure and was taken great care of by Sandy and Chan. Sandy did a great job shaping and prepping my nails with Xtens before Chan took over to do an airbrushed ombré design. I will definitely go back!

I first want to say that I normally have a great experience here. In fact I always recommend Glo to others who are looking for a nail salon. Yesterday however, did not measure up to previous visits. I had a 10:00 appointment on Friday morning. At the time, I was the only person siting at the nail bar. By the time my manicure finally started (at 10:30) 3 others who had come in after me, had already started their manicures. One I know was a walk-in bc I heard her say “I just took a chance and come over this morning.” It’s extremely disappointing that a walk-in received service before a customer that made an appointment and by that time had been waiting over 15 minutes. During my wait I was approached by 3 different people who told me “she’s just finishing up and will be right over”. Because I had been waiting so long, and they were obviously behind schedule, my manicure felt rushed and looks rushed. I am not at all pleased with the quality of the manicure. I was never offered a discount on the service, not even an extra punch on my lunch card. I was offered a water at one point during my nearly 30 minute wait. I did reach out to Glo through Facebook but I have yet to hear back. Overall, a very disappointing visit.Update: after 48 hours my nails are already chipping.Latest Update: Glo Nail Bar did invite me back for a fix then did offer to redo all of my nails and change the color. I am extremely grateful for their willingness to fix the mistake. I am much happier with the color and quality this time around. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. It is greatly appreciated!

Me and my best friend went here for the first time. We have gone to other places to get are nails done before. They have the same gel selections you find at all nail studios. When it came to getting our nails done, it really depended on who you got. My best friends nail artist was very meticulous and took her time. Mine on the other hand was more rushed. Overall its been almost two weeks and both my set and my best friends set of nails have held up nicely.Edit: Went back again with my best friend to get a pedicure this time and had a great experience. We were recognized immediately by our previous manicurists who came to check on how our nails have held up. We really felt welcomed and listened to. It was incredibly heartfelt that my previous comments had been addressed.

I have been getting xtens fills for a couple of months. I am very upset with my last fill. The nail polish changed color. My nails are different lengths and not the same shape. There is a huge bump by my cuticles.I am seriously considering canceling my next appointment.

I always love getting my nails done here. The nails techs are very attentive and conversational. The attention to detail makes it worth the 40min drive worth it every time.

I was so incredibly impressed with this place! Its moderately sized which means it has a more intimate atmosphere and it is super clean and not overwhelmed with a bunch of fumes. The staff were all very lovely and were actually having real conversations with their clients. My ladys name was diamond and she was excellent! She took her time and did a very thorough job and I felt like I was getting my moneys worth as well as having just an over all fantastic experience. They treated my little girl like a princess and made both of us feel very special. I highly recommend this business, not to mention that they do serve wine slushes from a local winery which is awesome!

I did pedicure and dip manicure in this place. Pedicure was really great and I enjoyed it. Manicure not so much. She barely cleaned up my cuticles and managed to cut me pretty bad. The dip chipped the same day and I lost about 3 nails in the first 2 days. Wasted money :(

Just got my nails done and showed her a picture and it turned out nothing like the picture. Looks like I went to Walmart and bought stick on nails. Very upset about this and I went with my sisters and her’s actually turned out very good.

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I had 2 full set appointments at 4:30 and 2 more at 5:30 the 5:30 appointments canceled on me last minute which didn’t give me time to cancel. When I walked in and told the guy at the front that he repeated several times until I was seated that I made him lose business which yes made me feel terrible. However, you just lost more business due to your unprofessionalism. I understand you lost business but telling a PAYING customer that several times is not good customer service. The way the owner treated me made me not want to tip the ladies who did my nails because I didn’t want to give him anymore of my money that I had to. I will never be spending another penny here nor will I ever recommend this “business”.

This was my first time in a salon, and they made the experience perfect. I received the gel nail extensions, and they turned out exactly how I envisioned!! They were so kind and meticulous, paying close attention to detail :)

The sicilian sunset drink was delicious and lasted through both my pedicure and manicure! I got tips with dip and ombre glitter/accent and gel on my toes... So happy with it all and Dow was very nice. Great customer service!!! I cannot speak highly enough. My sister and I went and she brought her 5 month old. All the technicians were great and patient, even when he started to get fussy. They didnt rush and made sure our nails were done perfectly. This will be my new regular place!

Glo is the cleanest and most up to date salon in Ft. Wayne. The job they do is impeccable. I recommend enjoying a drink in a massage chair, with an extreme pedicure. I will happily drive across town for the Glo experience. There is no comparison in Ft Wayne.

I first had the powder dip manicure when I lived on Elkhart. When we moved back to Fort Wayne I couldnt find anyone who offered it. When I discovered that Glo offed it, I was thrilled. I went in last week, had the powder dip and Im thrilled! The salon is squeaky clean and everyone was so nice. I have found my nail salon home and I couldnt be happier.

Loved the nail bar! Dymon was amazing and took her time making sure I was comfortable and that my nails were perfect. I can definitely say I loved my first visit there. Everything was clean, the workers were hilarious, and atmosphere is relaxing. I was nervous to go by myself but it was a great experience. My nails turned out beautiful and the moscato was delicious!

Wow! I will never go to another nail salon again. Such an amazing/relaxing experience. Technicians who actually take their time with you and don’t rush through your pedicure. They’re so friendly! Good customer service but BAD quality !I did Extends nails as they introduced to me, it lasted very well for the first time, then when I came back for refill, they did it rush, bad job with a bubbly nails, not smooth. The lady tried to sweet talk to me that I didnt pay attention to, then I came home and figured out horrible job !I came back for fix, but Its still the same .NEVER COME BACK!

I was at the BMV today and decided to try this place for a pedicure afterwards. The salon is lovely, and Chan, who did my lemon-lime pedicure, was friendly and fun to chat with. I’ll definitely be back.

Had a great pedi experience!! It was our first time here. Wine slushies and pedis made our day. Facility was very clean and well kept. Staff was awesome! Ask for Tran he gives a great deep leg muscle massage. Will definitely be back.
