Nothing but excellent rating. Very thorough and all attending staff are wonderful. Dr. Finnen knows his stuff!

Dr. Finnen is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, friendly and gives you honest and truthful perspectives on your eye health. He is the second specialist Ive been to for my retina issues and I am so thankful I ended up with him as my doctor! I 100% recommend seeing Dr. Finnen and his staff.

I want to acknowledge the surgurical work he did was good. Immediate care — 3 hours after my visit he had me in surgery and it went well. I am very thankful to him for this.However, I’ve never seen someone who has the worst bedside manner. During my surgery, I neglected to mention about my medical history (just plain forgot during the quick evaluation period). He came out and yelled at my wife and had her in tears. Never mind describing how the surgery went to a worrying spouse, he comes out mad and upset. It wasn’t a life-threatening issue, and no way deserved this kind of overreaction.Good surgical skill. Too bad his lack of interaction skills clouds this up. I would pass on him if you need retina care.

The treatment I receive from Dr. Finnen is outstanding. The office personnel are friendly and professional. There is no long waiting; I am promptly seen at the time of my appointment. I receive timely reminders. I highly recommend Ft Wayne Retina.

Took great care of me when I had surgery. Then we had one scheduling issue and without notice terminated my care when I called to reschedule. Seems like this Dr. doesnt actually care!!!
