From my first consultation, to the flexibility of needing to reschedule ( on my part) to the day of surgery ( fantastic staff at Summit Plastic Surgery Suites, ) to my first follow up appointment, I have been treated with the utmost care and compassion. All of my questions, were answered professionally. Recovery has gone smooth, because of the care and the protocol put into place. I was having some nausea at my very first post op appointment, and Dawn did absolutely everything to take things slow, and keep me as comfortable as can be. All of the staff has been wonderful to work worth, and especially Dr. Lee, who has been such a support, and a professional perfectionist.

So I went in yesterday 9/15/21 and immediately felt comfortable with the place, the front desk ladies were great and I was in the room within 5min. The lady would was taking my notes was fantastic and gave me a minute to tell her my WHOLE story as to why I was there and Dr. Lee walks in and instantly tells me its going to be alright and he can take care of me 🙌🏼 we finish our talk and I head out to the schedule desk and in 3wks I will be done and back to normal with no appearance of it ever happening 🙏🏼😁 it took me 4yrs to find a place to be able to do this work and by God he says it will be done before I even know it and made right! Thanks to the Group at Aspire I will feel normal again, God bless your Team

My first visit I had a lot of questions. Jill was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I really appreciated the 2 week follow up and she made a couple of tweaks. I can really see such a difference. Wish I had gone a long time ago.

Dr. Lee and his staff listened. Dr. Lee was very professional and addressed my questions. What I appreciated also was that neither Dr. Lee nor his staff attempted to push any product or procedure that I had not asked about. They presented options, thanked me, and left any decisions up to me.

I am still in what could be called “the rough stage”, having just had the procedure done today. I was very pleased with todays explanation of what was being done and what to expect in the next few days. Can’t wait to complete the process.

I can’t say enough about the staff and Dr. Lee. Very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process of explant. I came in very sick and struggling from Breast Implant Illness. I was honestly afraid I would have to drive hours to find a qualified doctor for this procedure, but I looked no further after one visit. I felt heard and validated in the symptoms I was experiencing after many visits to other doctors with no answers and medications prescribed. I’m happy to say I’m 6 months post op and feeling 95% better. I’m excited for what the next 6 months brings.

Jill is great and does an excellent job. The only issue I have is when I pay, I always pay cash. I’m always told I need to get as close to the amount as possible. They don’t have change. I can get a credit, they say. An established business should have “some” change. This is gone on before the change shortage began, so that’s not the issue. Not everyone pays with a credit card or debit card. I save up to get these services. It’s a little frustrating to be told this every time, and sometimes not in a friendly way.😢 Otherwise, I would recommend Aspire to anyone.

I feel so safe and reassured when I’m at Aspire. I love how friendly the staff and Dr. Lee are. They offer the latest treatments and procedures available anywhere. I love Aspire. The staff is friendly, they are all knowledgeable, and the entire establishment is beautiful. We met Dr. Lee for the first time today to address some scaring on my 14 year old’s face, and he is extremely kind and personable, not at all what I was expecting from a plastic surgeon (just based on previous experiences elsewhere.) Their prices are also comparable, if not lower than other places in the area that offer similar services.

After at least 4 months of waiting I had to call in myself to check if the machine had returned and set up the appointment. I had been wanting to get a tummy tuck for a few years and had heard that Dr. Lee did excellent work. He had previously done a tummy tuck on a coworker and she looked fantastic. After my consultation we decided on a fluer de lis tummy tuck, brachioplasty, liposuction, and a fat transfer augmentation to my breasts. Im 2 weeks out from surgery and I can see a huge difference. There is swelling and discomfort but they have ways to keep you comfortable while recovering. Dr. Lee is an excellent surgeon and his nurse practitioner is there for you every step of the way. I am more than pleased. Dr Brian Lee and his crew!I was referred to him by a friend and I loved that the process was quick. I also have respect that he does believe in BII. They offer a genetic test to show an idea of how your body would react to foreign objects. Again, its just an idea as there is not enough evidence out there to fully back it up, but it does help and Dr Lee explains it very well. With research and receiving my results; that I do have a mutation and am at a slight increased risk for BII, I still made the decision to continue with the surgery. Dr Lee and the nursing staff (Dawn) stood by decision either way. ( Also, taking the test and it showing you have a mutation (health risk) and you do decide to op out of the surgery you do get your money back). This was a very important factor to me. I am post 1 week and so far I am doing wonderful and extremely happy with my results and size. Thank you!
