Was looking for some products by soft and lovely and they where very helpful just learned that this product was discontinued there vere informative and really helpful in helping you find the right product love this store great service and they have a reward program where if you buy so much you get points and can get half off or your purchase with points ....

This place would great if they didnt have that rude person that works there. I was in there to get this her that was cute. On of their people ask can they help and I said yes. When I showed him the color of the hair he showed me 2 different ones before he looked at what I should him but at the same time the head it was on had the wrong color cause he was confused to.

This place has almost everything hair related. It is just not easy to find it because it is packed so tight in there. They are in the middle of a remodel so stuff is all over the floor. Hopefully they will be done soon

The male employee was very rude to me. I asked him if he could help me and he told me no. He then proceeded to follow me and and said what you cant find it I said no. He says there it is your just not dashing enough to find it. I told him he needs to stop being so rude to me. He says the covid19 makes him rude. Again I told him stop being rude to me I am a paying customer. He tells me to tell it to your uncle Donald Trump

Hair is good quality. Dont forget you get what you pay for. They have a variety of other products. Little crowded because of having so much merchandise. Very helpful. Ive always been satisfied with what a bought
