Overcharged for sloppy work by owner....see pictures attached Brassy front, ok blonde in back when I spent $287.00 and 3.5 hours at the salon (my hair was done by the OWNER who bragged about her clients hair being her calling card and how she was the most expensive. So DISSAPOINTED!! I still have to go to have someone FIX my hair.If you claim to be the best and most expensive then your work should show. The first and LAST time I ever come here.

Sophie did a balayage on my hair. (Burgundy & black) & I loved it! Going back in on April for a touch up because it’s been a while & I can’t wait! Staff were very friendly, welcoming & professional. Place is always clean! THANK YOU Sophie & Staff! ✨

Their hours are very hard for working people. Especially on the weekends. Also, I hope you never have any life events happen as they are not understanding. They took a $50 deposit, which I understood at the time as a security if I no showed my appointment. However I called 2 weeks in advance so they could give that appointment to someone else and still make money. I had to move a lot sooner then expected therefore would not even be in the state. So a $50 charge for that is ridiculous.

There is not one complaint I have after seeing Sammantha for the last 4 years. All of the staff are very friendly and the energy is always high and positive when I visit. Definitely recommend this salon 10/10.

A great affordable place to go. You can get scheduled quickly. Practicing extra Covid precautions and sanitation between each person. Always happy with the hair cut or color service!

By far the best salon in town. Everyone is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. They have your best interest in mind when doing your hair. I have never had a complaint while going here!

I have a lot of hair, and get anxiety about getting it cut. My stylist went out of her way to make sure she was only cutting exactly what I needed cut, and helped me figure out a style that matched what I wanted. The whole staff were very friendly and made the experience fun. They were very long-hair friendly (no one threatened to cut it all off or donate it or anything! If you have long hair, youll appreciate that, along with all the other amazing things they did right!)

Suzy and her staff are hair experts. They each have their own style. The place is very friendly offering pop and coffee for a wait. The staff will talk to you but if you prefer to just sit there and get a haircut they will totally not talk to you too. The shampooing and conditioning part is probably the best part.

I always have anxiety when going to new places, especially when I’m trying to choose a new hair salon. Sophie did such a great job and is really professional! She offered me a water because I was like sweating like crazy, not because of the temperature, but because of my anxiety. She used Pureology Hydrate which has this cooling and calming effect. I highly recommend. I had really long and heavy hair, and she cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. Great environment, I’ll definitely be back.

Super nice staff that does a bang up job on my hair. I love the appointment reminder calls. Plus, theyve never taken revenge on my hair after a missed appointment!Nice location along Lima road, and just down the strip from Lucilles bbq in case youre interested in a cut of beef or pork after a cut of hair.

Always great, Chelsea is awesome and takes care of things efficiently so I dont have to sit in a chair forever. All the ladies there are pretty terrific, cant go wrong.
