You don’t have to worry about the Brow Bar employees messing you up, they are very professional & attentive & ACTUALLY listen to what you want (unlike other brow waxers I’ve been to). If you’re a first time customer you can trust you’ll be in good hands. The lead brow bar employee, Ashley, has been doing mine & my mom’s brows for years & there’s no one who I trust more.Just let them know what you’re looking for & don’t be afraid to speak up! They’re the experts but also they need a little bit of direction from you, so if you don’t like makeup applied after, etc. let them know! They’re super friendly there & wanna work with you so you look your best.

Pretty good compared to some of the other places Ive gotten my brows done. Not the best, they got my brows thinner than I would have liked, and filled them in very heavily with makeup. But once I washed that off they were okay.
