Luke is the best! I’ve never had a better cut/shave. He’s very talented, very knowledgeable, and very personable. You get such a great experience and at a great price.

Yesterday was my first experience at 5 Elements - The Barber Lounge. Staci, my hairdresser, did a fantastic job walking me through the haircut, and options for future visits. She even gave me a tour at the end of my haircut appointment showcasing all of the services I could get if I was interested. All the staff was friendly and eager to help out. I really enjoyed my visit and already booked my next appointment! If your looking for 5 star customer service this is the place!

Take this review as someone that is very picky with her hair. I went today to get a haircut with Staci and let me tell you I LOVED IT!!! She is AMAZING and very friendly. She made recommendations and always kept in mind what I asked for initially. I can finally say that I found my hairstylist. I 100% recommend Staci.

Staci was great! She helped me get a clean and professional cut. She suggested a few things as well as asking how I would prefer certain cuts and pointed out how it would look. Would definitely recommend Staci and for aure will be coming back for another cut.

Staci has done both my 16 and 13 year old hair. I love how she talks to them and gets to know them instead of treating them like just another haircut. Worth paying a little more for a haircut!

This was my first time at 5 Elements. I had the hour pedicure and a manicure. Denise was amazing! I was so relaxed during my pedicure I almost fell asleep! She was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I will be going back!

Tonya Andrews is AMAZING! I had numerous waxing services, dermaplaning, eyelash lift and tint, and a massage! They were all great services!

Luke is an amazing Barber and I will be returning regularly for visits. He does pretty much anything you could expect even straight razor shaves and beard trimming. I would recommend this and have recommended this to all of my friends.

I booked 5 elements to come do makeup fot my bridesmaids and my mother in law for my wedding. I cant remember what the gals name is who did it but she did a beautiful job. Specifically with my mother in law who looked fantastic. A+! Would definitely recommend

I thought that since this place was next to where I work Id try it out. I dont usually go to salons, but thought it would be more professional than my usual place. It was terrible. The girl who cut my hair had half her head shaved, which doesnt instill in me a sense of professionalism or ability to cut hair. I asked her to fade up my sideburns and she SHAVED THEM OFF. Or shaved one off and mostly shaved the other. She asked if I wanted my hair styled afterwards, and when I said yes, ran her hands through my hair. Thats it. Cut was also all around uneven. I will never go back, and I suggest you dont either.

Visit Luke the barber for the best mens cut in the Fort! Bonus points if you opt for a full shave.

Our family lives about 10 mins from here and Id never even heard of it. I scheduled a massage for my fiance and he gave me enough feedback to write the review. First impression, not anything special....hidden away in a strip mall and the front desk staff were extremely rude and snooty to him. Prices were questionable as Massage Envy has much better deals. After his experience here, we decided to go to Massage Envy and both buy monthly memberships. He said the young girl was nice enough but this is not even close to a real 5 star. We will not be back. Lesson learned . One star bc the girl was nice and personable but this place is lackluster, at best.

Great place for getting nails done. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that I wish they had Zoya nail polish.

They have a nice barbershop section. A good haircut, and they also do straight razor shaves.

I got acrylics done for my birthday party and 5 of them broke doing very simple things the same and next day I made a appointment to fix it and I went to talk to the owner and she is the rudest and unprofessional owner I have ever met as I was talking to her about how my nails broke she was blaming it on me and not having very long nails and shut me up like I was a dog and forced the nail tech to make them shorter but on the plus side the nail tech was very kind and nice about it and she admitted that she did make a mistake

Ive been going here off and on for years, they seem to go through stylists very quickly. On my last visit I decided to put some purple color in my hair on the ends. That was a mistake. Before she started she asked if i have color like this before. I said i havent and she said ok, its basically a stain and we dont have to bleach your hair. I said ok, ( i dont know much about hair color but i didnt think anything of that) and she went ahead and got started. What the stylist did not tell me until she was mostly done that this color would bleed every time i showered. At this point, I just hoped she was exaggerating because Ive never had professional color bleed. She wasnt, it bled everywhere. I did not go to a professional stylist to have hair dye all over my house. Other than that, I asked for the last couple inches to be purple and she took every strand and left 2 inches of natural color and dyed the rest. To be honest thats partially my fault because when i saw her doing that at the bottom, i figured everything was going to match that, and stopped paying attention to how much of my hair she was dying. Super frustrating. The worst part is, I called the owner to ask why I wasnt told this was going to bleed, she said it must have been a misunderstanding, and when I told her I just wanted ithe color out, she said they were having a seminar next week with a colorist and would call me after when she had some more information. I never heard from her. I feel as an owner you should have the ability to correct certain issues, especially one like this. The only reason i gave 2 stars is because i was able to get most of the color out by scrubbing with a clarifying shampoo, bit they did NOTHING to correct this or make it better, plus they charged me $70 to turn my bathtub purple. Will not go back.
