Scheduled appointments for 230 and one for 3pm simple haircuts nothing fancy she didnt see my 230 appt till after 3 pm she took her sweet time straightening each strand before cutting it she didnt start my 3pm appointment till 4pm and that she squeezed in an eyebrow customers in between that was just a walk in without asking me i had to cut in between her eyebrow to asks her whats going on with pur appointments she said my daughter said it was fine first off no its not stick to ur appointments we wasted half our time waiting when i have other things to do never again will i bring anyone here inless u have all day just to watch her take her sweet time doing little things and then her place is dirty the more im loooking around the more im regretting it

Went in to have my hair colored, approximately 3 weeks ago. I didn’t look at the pictures of her work on Fbk until after. I would have seen that most of the hair colorings are the same color. I walked out with my hair bleached to white at the ends and an un-natural “blonde”color and the top of my hair a mixture of my original hair color, some sort of “blond” and a dark brown or orange(I asked for a honey blonde with highlights...I have had my hair honey blonde with highlights no problem)I came out looking like an calico colored alley cat! After two weeks the color that wasn’t bleached out started fading. Today is three weeks and it looks almost completely washed out and has taken on a crazy color. I do not recommend this place. For $240 I expected the color to stay for the 3 to 4 months when she recommended a root touch up. Unfortunately, a touch up won’t do and I’ll have to find someone to fix her mess. A box color would have been better. She was a nice lady but I I think that was just so she could sneak in a “haircut”which was her snipping two split ends. She charged me for a style. I didn’t ask for. She asked if I liked straight or curly hair I said I like both then she curled it. I thought she were just asking my opinion..because at 10 pm I’m going home to bed.Save your hair and money go somewhere else or doit yourself cause this place skipped hair coloring101

Okay so I arrived at 11 am I showed a picture of an ombre I wanted from black to.silver well I am not a hairstylist so I didnt know the picture I showed her was a wig she never explained the process to me and just started doing my hair and after 4 hours I asked if we were almost done she said no Im just getting done bleaching your hair. Mind you never tolf me she had to bleach it. And then charged me 150 for my hair to look root color to yellow to almost white. I have three toned hair. Wouldnt reccomend. Not professional at all

The establishment itself is very nice, clean and crisp. The staff was unfriendly, the bar tender was the worst. No one was warm , friendly or inviting. Menus were dropped in front of me and nothing else was said. I drank one beer and left
