Try to make an appointment with Dr. Frisbys office and the receptionist answered the phone with Dr. Frisbys office. I stated that I wanted to make an appointment and she asked - For What? Long story short - I didnt make an appointment with this office because of the poor customer service phone edicate. Im not sure whose answering the doctors phone, but my suggestion is to get someone else - if not, you will lose out on potential patients/customers.
