Awful customer service!! I made appointments months ago for my two boys to be seen and while booking I specifically asked if they needed referrals (because I know how medical offices go) and I even provided their insurance — I was told no referral was needed. The day of we were told referrals were mandatory — you can imagine how upset this made me, and they tried justifying it by saying that the scheduling department deals with 140+ offices so they have lots to do. How the hell is that my problem? I did my part in inquiring any additional documentation that would be needed for our visit — yet they failed to provide me with the correct information. Then, whoever was on duty, told me the referral could be waives but would need to be provided within 24hrs. Luckily, my pediatrician was able to accommodate. Come to find out, they canceled their appointments and rescheduled for December (mind you, it’s October and I’ve had these appointments months in advance) because they don’t waive for medicaid. The issue isn’t being unable to waive — the issue lies in their miscommunication and lack of. I would NOT recommend! Awful experience, awful communication, terrible scheduling department.. PLEASE FIX THIS!

This place is one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to medical professionals. They are courteous, respectful of your time, and very knowledgeable. The doctors are very kind and explain everything about what’s going on and are very patient to answer all questions thoroughly. Because of the services I’m requesting, my insurance pays for very little and I’m paying mostly out of pocket. I honestly don’t mind paying for the services I’m getting here.

I am dealing with Alapegia. Doctors at the Ft. Washington location are professional, customer oriented, and user friendly.Dr. James doesnt mine you asking questions, as a matter of fact, she welcomes them. I am accompanied by my Autistic 8-year old grandson, the staff understands.The office art work is simply beautiful, however they are under renovation right now and it can only get better. I like going here and most of all my hair is growing back.Thanks, Dr. James and staff. You guys, Rock 🪨🎸😎😍🙌👌.

Leah Waller and the Advanced Dermatology team were very patient, helpful and encouraging> However, there was a break down in communication and my fourth prescription Clindamycin & Benzoyl Peroxide Topical Gel, was not called into the pharmacy with the other three prescription as discussed. The numerous calls by the pharmacy to obtain the missing prescription was not been resolved to date...still!!! Therefore, I need to cancel/reschedule my 6 week follow-up eval appointment because I have not had the full benefit of the recommended course of action for my skin issues.

Loved the first appointment. Very in depth PA and great prescription savings program. This was for my child but now Im going to become a client as well. KUDOS!!!!!!!

I’m so pleased with my experience and how my skin is clearing up & looking so much better.

Ive had scalp excema all of my life and it caused a thick layer of skin to develop. It became extremely itchy and I would scratch it to the point where it would bleed. I have been to several doctors and natural healing doctors and no one could solve the problem. I went here and in 2 seconds, the doctor was able to diagnose it and told me that the itching was because of the hair trying to grow through but couldnt break through the skin. She gave me a steroid injection to soften the thick skin that worked perfectly, along with a cream to stop me from scratching. I went in 3 weeks later and I have hair growth and the skin isnt as thick. I now only have itching because the hair is trying to now grow in abundance.

Dr. Weddington was very professional, diagnosed my medical problem and began treatment immediately in the office. The office staff was polite and worked efficiently getting me in and out. A positive experience.

We love Dr Leah, she is amazing, polite and best of all she takes her time with us and explains things in details and makes sure we understand. Ive been to other dermatologist but this is the best one weve been to.

They worst unprofessional place I’ve ever been to they waste people’s time and gas who waits 10 minutes before someone appointment to tell them that they can’t see you today they have no consideration for people time

This place has really gone down hill since I first started coming here 4 years ago. They claim they have no 15 minute grace period but when you arrive before your scheduled time they still have you wait 30 minutes before being seen by the doctor. Time to take my money where they value my time!

Ive been here twice. Once to get a mole removed and everything went fine. The second time to have said removed mole examined. The second time I came I waited an hour to be brought to the back room. Once I was there a someone told me the doctor would be right with me. I waited another 20 minutes - an hour and twenty min total - and then left. My assistant called them and apparently they complained that I left without paying which, I think, is worthy of one star.

The Nurse Practitioner was awesome! She knew exactly what was going in with my skin. She was gentle and caring! Her mentor is Dr. Robyn James! Very professional!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Robyn James and I think she is the absolute best dermatologist. However my issue is with the staff and how they treat /talk to patients. I think they should have a customer service training when it comes to dealing with patients.

My family of four became patients a few years ago. Dr. Weddington was highly recommended by one of my co-workers and I have recommended him since. All four of us have had excellent care. We will continue our dermatology needs with Dr. Weddington.
