Absolutely amazing! Dr. Horne is the best. I had a really complicated oral surgery and I was refused by 4 oral surgeons. Dr. Horne was the only surgeon who would take my case and he did an excellent job. They were very nice from the beginning, explained everything, and executed the surgery very well. Highly recommend this place!

No pain or discomfort. Did not have to take a single pain pill following extraction.Very friendly and reassuring staff and dental surgeon outstanding.

The staff was so kind and efficient and Dr Horn did such an amazing job with my daughter having two wisdom teeth pulled. The staff were the only ones I could find that were able to get her in emergently. Everyone else was telling us a month to two months and they got us in the very next week. I am so grateful as my daughter was in so much pain!! Thank u to the staff and Dr Horn for helping my baby girl feel better!!

We had a great experience with the whole staff, and with Dr. Marshall. They were polite and very helpful, and answered all our questions. Not pushy at all. They made us feel comfortable the whole time we were there. One of the nurses even called a few hours after the surgery to check on my son! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Marshall was an amazing dentist. He did an amazing job on removing my wisdom teeth. He made me so comfortable and he was so kind. Sydney ( nurse ) did great a job job setting me up for my surgery. I almost didnt feel my iv go in because she did a great job. I would return for more work on my mouth if I need it. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall to everyone.

Dr. Horne and his staff are amazing. THE best service I’ve ever had at any dentist. From the consultation to the last visit, phenomenal. I recently had to get some dental work done and held this office to the same standard. Didn’t come close. Before my procedure, I didn’t talk to my dentist performing it, and he didn’t talk to my wife. Dr. Horne put me and my wife at ease and walked us through the ENTIRE procedure. They called me the same day of my procedure to check on me. I will hold any dentist after him in the same regard. Big shoes to fill people. Dr. Horne, THANK YOU! I wouldn’t change a single thing.

My husband had oral surgery yesterday to remove an infected molar and receive an implant. The procedure took less than an hour; everything went perfectly and we were on our way home in an hour an 15 minutes. The recovery at home was textbook and his pain level was minimal. It was amazing. He did really well. I looked at the implant this morning and there is no redness or swelling; it shows no signs of yesterday’s trauma at all. Excellent job, Dr Horne. We are well pleased with Dr Horne and his entire staff. And the staff did an excellent job working with no computers or internet due to a storm the night before!!

Dr. Horne was amazing! He went over everything step by step and in detail, even went over different plans that financially made sense by helping you save money in the long run. Horne is highly recommended by multiple people and dentist and I see why! I seen Dr.. Horne in the crestview office and had the surgery done in the Ft. Walton Bch office. I had extensive oral surgery in my mind, and the pain and swelling is just as Dr. Horne and his staff stated. He caused very little trauma for the amount of work that was done for the swelling to be so minor. Very experienced. His staff called and checked on me a couple hours after I left his office. Very caring. Dr Horne will be who I come to for any work done in my mouth and will be the first person I recommend to anyone needing work done.. Thank You so much for everything.

I had to get a huge mucocele removed at the age of 45 (usually kids get these). Dr. Horn did an outstanding job. He literally went in there, scooped out the mucocele, took out a few other inflamed salivary glands, and sewed me up. The incision was minimal. The stitches were perfection. And it has healed beautifully. You wouldnt even know I had it done! I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Gulf Coast. Great friendly staff and Dr. Horn is a very skilled surgeon who seems to be a perfectionist, which is what you want ;) Keep up the good work!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted here on two separate occasions Dr. Horne. Top were done in 2015 while I just had the bottom done a few days ago. Both times I was nearly pain free within a few days instead of week as I was expecting. Staff called to check in on me a few hours after my last surgery and left a voicemail seeing how I was and if I had any questions. I still need to call them back and thank them, seeing as Ive never had an office do that before. So, good experience with both appointments that were 5 years apart. Highly recommended.

Dr. Horne and his amazing staff are truly exceptional. They made me feel very secure throughout the entire process of my surgery and made me feel like part of the family, keeping me laughing until the Anastasia kicked in. I had next to no pain afterwards. I wish more Doctors and offices were just like him and his staff. My kids have wisdom teeth that need to be removed. They will definitely be going there. I came to Dr. Horne for a sinus lift/dental implant. He explained everything perfectly and answered all of my questions and concerns. The staff was also very nice and respectful. After my surgery, I healed extremely well with minimal pain especially considering how much work I had to have done. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the service and the great care they took of us.

The procedure was painless. It took a day and a half for the bleeding to stop. Had mild discomfort for two days where the posts were installed, but it not warrant using the pain meds you prescribed. Overall you did a great job and am looking forward to my next appointment.

The office staff dont know what to do when you have multiple insurances. Staff lied to my face about sending a medical claim to my insurance company. Will never use this oral surgeon again .Beware the staff dont know what theyre doing.
