I think Everyone who works here is great, they really care about the residents here. They are very helpful. I really enjoyed the visit with my mother in their pavilion, it’s nice for our family to be able to visit while enjoying the outdoors. I can tell my mom is very happy here, she is always happy when I come to see her here. This place is a blessing to our family, they have helped us so much.

Today 14 Sep21; I was very pleased with the experience of dealing with one of the RN’s at Westwood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Her name is Tammy; who was willing to take the time out of her very busy day to discuss my mother’s issues with me. Due to COVID-19 families can’t visit so these nurses, CNA’s only know the patients from where they’ve met them. Because of this we discussed my mom’s health before entering the facility and how she is now. It made a huge difference talking to someone who listened which I appreciated.

My sister had nothing but good things to say about the staff. That makes her family feel good about being there

The staff are very helpful. Ken seems to be in good spirits, so I think he’s happy there.

Mothers rehab is going great, staff are great, appreciate outside visiting and the care she is receiving.

This is my sisters account of My mothers experience in assisted living, my mom cant sit up by herself and is totally dependant on her caregivers......So yesterday I talked to Ann and Brenda, manager of the health workers.When an LPN came in I ask her to check if moms call button was working. Saturday when I had to clean mom up of her diarrhea, we called several times but no one came. She assured me it was working, but when we tried it, it wasnt. So mom was without a call button from Thursday toMonday. They fixed it.I had bought her 3 large t shirts for nighties and after I cleaned her up Saturday, put one one her. All three were missing, although they claim laundry is picked up every day and returned in the morning. They said they would look for them. ( Mom was wearing a button up dress). I asked for bending straws so she could drink easier, and that never happened. I brought some in on Monday.

Awful. They ignore the patients, my father was filthy. Staff just sitting in the hall talking and playing around. No one ever answers the phone when I called to check on him. Since they arent allowing visitors it seems like they arent even trying to take care of them, since no one can come in and witness it. I wont even start about the stealing from patients.
