Amazing Dr. and staff! They are careful, kind, helpful, and I learned a lot during my visit about my eye health. I have never had such a thorough eye exam before, being shown my eyes on a screen and told exactly what they were looking for. Any question I asked was met with sincere and thoughtful answers that were easy to understand. I feel more calm about my eye health after my appointment, and I learned something!

One week ago I purchased a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses here. Took them home, wore them off and on for about three hours. Decided they were really too heavy. Left them in The case and went out of town. When I returned one week later took them in and asked if I could exchange for something a little lighter weight. The girl looked up my account and said, well it’s been over a week, we really can’t take them back or exchange. It was not over a week. It was one week to the day. Nothing on my receipt said they weren’t exchangeable, nor did she state that when I bought them. Her reason was, they couldn’t do anything with a pair of “used” glasses. They weren’t used. They were worn for less than three hours, Needless to say, I will never go there again. I would suggest that unless you are 100% positive about your purchase you not either. Very disappointed. They need to stick with their story about the exchange policy. Very uncaring, indifferent and rude! 👎👎👎

I love going to Royal Eye Care! Dr. King & staff are always so kind and helpful. One of the best eye places to go in my opinion, would recommend them to anyone!

First time visit today and I was super impressed. Great safe environment.Dr. King and all of his staff we helpful and made me feel completely at ease.Its hard to make a change with any type of medical decision but I definitely made a great choice with Royal Eye Care.The extent of the exam was beyond extensive and I feel like my eye health is in good hands.It wasnt just a typical eye exam for vision correction. They have the technology to care for your vision as a whole.

Everyone was extremely friendly and Dr. King is great. It’s a neat experience to see pictures of the back of your own eye on a large monitor!

Absolutely rude and aggressive doctor in his approach. Lacks understanding.. DO NOT USE. Plenty of other more educated doctors in fort smith.

Love this one. Extremely nice employees and great at checking your eyes. A nice selection of frames that are covered on my insurance. They take Medicaid and Arkids. Definitely recommend checking them out.

Highly recommended for ALL AGES! Dr. King is so kind and competent. He takes his time and explains each test that was preformed. His office staff are all so sweet, knowledgeable, and comforting!
