This makes my 3rd time trying to do this. But here I go again. First I want to start off with everyone was kind. But my hair cut was uneven and the kind I got there was no more hair to spare to correct it. Than I got it colored. It was to be dark purple but I didnt get that which was okay so it was light purple. But next day I go to shampoo and the purple color was GONE. Not a happy person. Ive gone other places and color stayed on fro a year. I wont be going back. Now I see why its rated a 2 star business.

I always like this hair salon. They work with you to get you in and are always friendly. And, my styles are always good.

I had a haircut, wash and style (3/17/21). I got the pixie cut. The young lady that did my hair was very professional and made sure my cut was as I wanted it. I will make my next appointment with her.

Ashley was so rude as soon as I walked through the door,instead of telling me they require a mask she was yelling get back get back!! So i went and bought one..I showed her the picture I liked and she said if I wanted it then I was going to have to pay for it. Assuming I didnt have the money or trying to punish me for not coming with a mask on. she proceeded to pound the calculator spouting off everything that needed to be done and how it was all specialty and it was going to take a long time like Im some kind of inconvenience and a poor person who cant afford it..and I should have called instead of making my appointment online. I felt so belittled. I went to my car and cryed. I have small children so I dont get to do things like this very often..she ruined my whole day.

Loved my cut

Got my sons hair done there yesterday, wish I could give this ZERO STARS.My son looks like he cut his own hair, and Im very disappointed. He starts school in two days and looks awful. Not only was the woman a little rude/rough with my son, she didnt even try. She missed the entire top/backside of his hair.Normally we use Susan, but she moved to another location .I would have want there instead but we had already waited well over an hour.I would NOT recommend going here. At all.The women were rude and in a hurry.I may just start going to, Primetime again.Its worth it.

Staff was very helpful as we were looking for shampoo. Staff went out of their way to make it has cheap as possible finding the best deal

Ellen is great and explained what went wrong on the price that NIKITA charged. However I would NEVER use NIKITA again!!! It will take at least a month for my hair to grow out long enough so the cut can be straightened up. 5 stars for ELLEN !

A great place for hair products and a hair cut!

Youd be better off going swimming with piranhas than going here. I had a picture. I gave specific directions (I went to cosmetology school) my waist length hair is going to have to be cut ABOVE MY SHOULDERS to fix this mess. To say Im upset is an understatement.

Always neat, clean, and comfortable temperature. Professional stylist. Decently priced cuts. A favorite of mine.

Wish I could give it 0 dont get your hair done there. Looks like a 3 year old did my hair. Chopped up in chunks. It will take a year to get this mess to grow out. Beyond disappointed!

My wife spent 90.00 bucks on a hair cut yesterday and for some high lights, needless to say its not good at all.She now wont leave the house without a hat on. I will be dying it today to take it back to her natural color instead of this bleached butchered mess that so called professional has done. In my personal opinion the lady who did this to my wife should be fired because clearly she dont know what shes doing. Dont go there!!!!!!

My stylist was so friendly and there was no wait.

Went to get a cut and showed a picture of what I wanted. It was nothing of what I wanted. It was crooked and blunt edges. Not to mention the 2 ladies bad mouthing their boss while I was getting a service. I contacted the manager next day and showed her in person my hair. She refunded the cut and I went to JCP salon to have it fixed.

Its the day before school and they only have one hair stylist in the shop. She is backed up like crazy..You would think they would have more people in the week school starts. Watching her do a fade and its not even straight.

Place is trash... Bad attitudes!! And flat out b.s. store!

Dont even go !!! Cant even cut mens hair and presented an attitude when I told the women how I wanted it cutVery poor will not step foot back in a smart style salon EVER again
