I was super nervous and he made sure as well as the staff to explain everything to me in a simple way for me to understand. His made sure I was at ease and by the time of my treatment (injection) my nerves were all gone.Dr Goerge (like he likes to go by) is awesome. If you need pain management go see him

I am new the area and looking for new doctors. In the meanwhile, fractured my big toe when trying to move something too heavy for me. My nail was coming off but not completely. I hit the jackpot when I chose this place for help. Dr. Nicholas and her team were incredible. Barbara held my hand and Frances was keeping me laughing as was Dr. Nicholas while the nail was being removed. What a fabulous team, what a thorough exam, and you can believe I will be back!!! Barbara and I are close in age and had many laughs that most wouldnt understand. LOVE, this place and this team!! It was very professional and thorough but at the same time, didnt feel like a doctors visit. Thank you !!

My experience at Orthopedic Center of Florida was wonderful...from checking in until I checked out. Dr. Holt and her nursing assistant were very thorough and genuinely interested in helping me. They asked thoughtful questions about my issue...then offered constructive advice and recommended follow-up procedures. But, the most amazing thing happened when I got home...there was a summary of my visit on my patient portal and it captured everything that was discussed during my office visit...this just blew me away. My appointment with Dr. Alicia Cowan could not have gone better. Great care for sure. Thorough diagnosis and informative about the treatment. Very disappointing!! Broken my wrist and made an appointment to see doctor for an x-ray. The receptionist took all my information and insurance and schedule for my visit 2 weeks after. I told them it’s my first time here. As I got there they asked to provide a recommendation from the PCP in order to check my wrist, which they have not told me over the phone. Waisted 2 weeks time with a painful wrist. Very unprofessional!!!

Dr George Salimam rocks. He came into the appointment totally ready to address my concerns. He actually had read my medical history before the appointment. He didnt just glaze over the notes in the appointment. He really listened to me and we had a great conversation. We discussed my options and he even introduced some new ones.This was my first visit and I look forward to having George on my team!

Dr Soliman and his entire staff were remarkably nice. They must have a very well organized team he’s working with. I was in and out of there reasonably fast for a first visit. I even had to have X-rays done!Dr Soliman himself was incredibly nice too, with a youthfulness and compassion that is uncommon from my past experiences with doctors. Prior to his coming in my room I overheard he and his top assistant discuss a treatment plan they wanted to get me started on prior to him coming in the room to discuss it with me in detail where I admit I was not happy to hear and thought this visit was going to be just like every other doctors visit and be pointless. However, Once he presented his thorough treatment plan to me he asked what I thought and gave me opportunity to explain what treatments I agreed with, what treatments I’ve been doing or have tried already, and what treatments I’ve never been given a chance to try but would like to be considered for me. He listened very carefully and intently to every thing I said with genuine compassion and professionalism. He explained his concerns with certain treatment options but he totally understand my needs and where I was at in this process. He understood where I am coming from in life/health and acknowledged my concern that I felt about certain treatment options available to me that were being neglected/ignored in my health care that could benefit me and why I felt it was important to address my treatment concerns at that particular appointment with him rather than blowing me off like every other doctor has to date.He is one of the only Dr.’s I’ve been to that actually listened to me and worked with me to help improve my overall wellness and quality of life.Dr. Soliman is a Doctor I would highly recommend if you are serious about your health and have problems getting your doctors to listen to you.Thank you Dr Soliman and staff for taking me and my health care needs seriously. Dr. Farmer is an incredible surgeon who cares for his patients and wants the best for them. I was very nervous about having another knee surgery but Dr. Farmer made me feel very comfortable with the procedure that he was going to do. He talked me through all of the things he would be doing in surgery, why he was doing it, and always asked if I had any concerns or worries. 4 months post op surgery, and I could not be more pleased with the results of this surgery. I was really worried that it was not going to work for my problem, but it has been incredible. Before surgery I was barely able to stand for more than 2 hours at a time without feeling sharp needling pains in my knee. It is safe to say that Dr. Farmer succeeded with my surgery and I am very thankful for him. Along with Dr. Farmer, Dr. Eisenberg was amazing with explaining things to me before surgery as well. He informed me of all the things Dr. Farmer was going to do and why. Before my surgery, I had an appointment with him and I was very nervous about surgery and had many questions about my future and what it was going to look like after having this surgery. He was straightforward with me and understood my concerns. Both of these men are great people and care about their patients longevity of life!! If you are pondering on what kind of surgeon you want for a knee, hip, or shoulder surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Farmer and his team! They are incredible.

My lower back went out and found the Office staff (Kim and Claudia) extremely sympathetic and helpful in scheduling me the next day,Dr. Holt presented herself as very knowledgeable and concerned.She seems to have identified the problem area and has presented a sensible plan of action going forward.I found her to be very impressive.At age 76, finding Doctors who are responsive and sensitive as well as competent is very important to my well-being.

I had an appointment to have my cast removed (per Dr. Andrew Belis) for X rays and to have my cast put back on. Well I arrived the front desk lady wasnt to pleasant. I went up stairs to have my X rays and came back down to wait on my doctor, Dr. A. Belis , he wasnt there I was seen by Dr. Ugo Adigweme who question me of my appointment . I confirm it with him though my appointment text confirmation. Ugo Adigaweme goes to tell me he doesnt see why Im here due to Ive just got my cast put on a week ago. (Well first Dr. Belis told me to come second Ive never been in a cast nor have I had to deal with a cast so I dont know the Procedures!!) Dr. Ugo says my X rays are ok. I ask to see them he then tells me his computer is broke. I ask to see them from another computer he tells me that they don’t have access. Well how did you see my X rays to tell me they ok? And if you think I believe that can’t access another computer well you wrong. This is unbelievable you all are to show care and compassion!!! So Edna the nurse puts a new cast on and Im on a knee scooter so when I get up to leave the cast is scratching the back of my leg I show Edna she cuts the cast off I ask Edna and Ugo if I may wait for Megan, the nurse that put my first cast on. Edna goes out and comes back in and demand me that she has to do it herself and that I cant wait for Megan. So Edna puts on another cast and the same thing happens Edna tells me I need to file it down. Let me mind you my daughter had to help her hold my leg and pushing my foot to fit this cast because Edna the nurse says she didnt want her clothes dirty because they are to expensive. Not to mention Edna could barley wrap my foot due to her hair kept falling down in the way. This is the most Humiliating statement Ive ever heard. I come out to leave and get my two weeks appointment while I wait Dr. Ugo Adigweme walking up saying to me out loud that Im the longest a patient ever been in here, and that I should have thanked Edna for doing my cast again and in the same colors I wanted. Well if it was done correctly I would be in and out. And who !!!! Talks to their patients that way!!! Ive NEVER BEEN SO HUMILIATED IN MY LIFE!! Soooooooo I get home and my daughter and I files this cast like Edna the nurse tells us and this fiber glass all over the place it only made things worst. Now Im stuffing a wash cloth to hold me over through the night. I go in that next morning to get a new cast only for them trim it and wrap cotton and bandages around the top of my cast. Im not please AT ALL WITH THIS instead of being nasty to them I took this as is. I am very uncomfortable and my feelings are very hurt. I feel as if I was pushed to the side to take it or leave it. Me my insurance pay to much money for my surgery and service to be treated this way. And I still have a long recovery that will have me back and fourth to this facility. I feel nurse Edna needs more training Dr. Ugo needs to be delt with and Im still stuck two weeks misarable in this cast. I’m up at 3:26 am due to I can’t sleep this cast IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am adding to this report because I am so uncomfortable.There are shreds of fiberglass falling all in my bed it feels like I have bulks of cotton under my foot my toes are bent over causing my ankle pain. I need to have management reach out to me. This needs to be look into or I need to take this in further hands.

I felt fully confident with Dr. Cowan. She took her time examining my wrist, the earlier records & notes from original Dr. from up north, and answering all my questions. It wasnt a rushed exam! I truly feel she is one to help me. The staff were so cheerful and helpful. They were very organized and went the extra mile so to speak to quickly get my records and get me in to see Dr. Cowan. They are now working with my insurance co. to get things moving along so I dont have to wait another long period to have what is needed to be done to help fix my wrist. We showed up 15 min early to have a pre-surgical consult with my wife, myself and Dr. Belis. We were informed their (unannounced) policy change would NOT allow me (a 40 year medical person to be with my wife, a non-medical person) due to Covid. Becky Ayers the PhD office manager came down to enforce her policy. Wearing a mask I tried to inform her I get daily temps and symptom screening and I run Covid testing for a living and just had a negative result on myself less than a week prior. She heard NONE of that. My wife went upstairs alone to try to inform the doctor she needed and wanted me there to make this surgical decision. Once she was in the room, my wife was informed since you missed your appointment, we will try to work you in.She was also told the doctor will see ONLY you and will call your husband later, period end of story. Needless to say, my wife left without seeing her doctor and I drove her home extremely upset. We received a letter from the non-medical Dr. Becky Ayers firing my wife from Orthopedic Center of Florida. We never really got to know Dr. Belis but will sorely miss Dr. Sandra Collins who we have seen for many years. I tried to reach out to both doctors by letter but I think Ms. Ayers intercepted and threw out my correspondence. I find it more than ironic, that the Governor of Florida is opening up the state 100% at the same time Becky Ayers is shutting down contact with the Physicians of OCF and trusted medical advocates trying to help their family patient members. They see many elderly patients who could use the help.

A most pleasant atmosphere in part of the entire staff. Dr. Solimans approach ranks with, if not the best. His attention to detail ensuring patient comfort was noted throughout. Well done. Kudos!!

Ive seen a few different doctors there for different reason, Farmer, S. Collins, Dr Gross, Dr Swift-who move to another state. I just recently saw Dr Patricia Nicholas and I found that just like all my other doctor are very good at what they do and very personable. Shes very sweet and I hope to like her as much as Dr Swift, but I feel that I have already.

From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, they are a very professional office and everyone was so kind. I highly recommend them.

Found Dr. Holt to be very patient and informative. She made sure you understood what she tried to convey with regard to your treatment. I don’t recall what was the medication in the injection I received, but it worked for the spinal stenosis pain and the osteoarthritis issue. Thanks Dr Holt.

I am having difficulty w my lower back after falling in a waterfall while on vacation. They took an extensive history while they waited for the results of the X-rays. Dr George told me the x-rays looked good but suggested the pain might be nerve related. He went over various exercises, natural anti inflammatory meds, CPD’s. Then he gave me 3 shots in my lower back. By the end of the day the pain had dissipated. I started walking in the pool & hanging in the deep end. Dr George & his assistant were so thorough. I will get an MRI & see them again when they have the results. Very comfortable experience. Thank you.

Was referred by my primary doctor, and was contacted by their staff by the name of TABITHA who obtained all my info and my previous pain management info after obtaining all my info per referral she just hung up on me.... yes hung up. with that said i dont even know if my info will be delivered to the DR and had to call back and was taken care of by Cassandra which gave me great customer service and handled the call professionally.

Like most medical places you just do not know what you are being charged and when your insurance is called short term please becareful,we are finding out the hard way. The staff is very nice.

Doctor Soloman and his staff spent the time I felt was necessary to solve my problems. Many physicians do not.

Several years ago, I developed acute necrotizing pancreatitis from gallstones and hypertrigylceridemia, which resulted in nearly a year-long hospitalization, multiple surgeries, and an extensive period of illness. The resulting trauma to my internal organs and scar tissue has left me enduring severe chronic abdominal pain in addition to already enduring the pain and impact of ankylosing spondylitis. As a business owner of a nationwide 24/7 medical and professional communications company, I needed a pain management physician that would take the time to understand the severity of my situation and the detrimental impact of the constant pain and other symptoms I am experiencing has on my personal and professional endeavors. My husband and I go there because of Dr. Farmer. Hes very professional and explains himself throughout all physical examination. We absolutely love him. Only downfall and reason I cannot give the office 5 stars is due to their medical assistants. Samantha Seebold obtained my husbands phone number without permission. Violating HIPPA guidelines she tried to talk him into going to hotels to hook up. I expected better professionalism from this office and their workers there. They should check her emails from Sept 2014 to current. Seems this medical assistant has a problem keeping her hands off married men including patients and workers there. Crystal Senior doesnt fall too far behind either.

Very compassionate, professional and cares about me my condition. I had been suffering for over 10 years and Dr. Bond saved me. I followed her from another practice she came from because of the special person and doctor that she is.

Terrible office staff. Rude and incompetent. Dr only cares about maximizing appointments and overbooks. Dr was over 2 hours behind and then asked office manager to send us home after we had already been waiting over an hour. Explanation was she needed to catch up on her overbooked schedule. We own healthcare facilities and I have never heard of a Dr bouncing a patient from her schedule. She obviously didnt consider our schedule. We waited a month for the appt and took time off of work. We were there because we needed specialized medical care. She didnt care about us. Its clear shes in this profession for the wrong reasons. She should be ashamed of her behavior and her office staff.

My wife went to them while in pain. They offered nothing , told her to go to a chiropractor. Told her they would give her laser treatment for 500$ that our insurance wont pay please dont waste your time.

They have Orthopedics, physical therapy and pain management all in one practice. That is smart. Mostly, I like that one clinic works together in all areas of treatment.

Hand delivered my records, coming in for a second opinion, then called TWICE to confirm that they had my records. Came to first appt., THREE professionals couldnt find my records, made copies of what I brought in. TOTALLY unprepared for my visit, spent entire hour OV instructing unprepared Reg Nurse. Dr Bond swooped in, ordered EMG. Called office after OV, lady said, ur records r right here, IN T SYSTEM.Post EMG, same Reg Nurse had NO clue, no test report, no answers.Forced a follow-up w Dr. Bond, at my additional expense, very personable, patient, answered questions, and yeah, confirmed that my nerves are fed for t rest of my life.Rx refill required about 6 calls to t office, getting someone different every time, different departments and voicemail, 3 calls to t pharmacy, AND TOOK A WEEK, to get.

An awful waste of time, they take all your info and then tell you they cant help you with your pain management.

They lack care for their patients and make smart remarks when the patient is uncomfortable and don’t want to do their job asking you the patient questions that they should know I FELT RUSHED like they could wait to get me out of there

No long wait , great Doctors and staff

45 minutes past the appointment time and they want you there 30 minutes early. Also, when asked how much longer, it took 10 minutes just to find out the doc was running an hour late. Nurse also just told me they dont have enough rooms. If you dont have enough rooms, dont schedule so many people so close together.
