Its Kacey.... I came in for a DOT Physical... From the time i come in the lady at the front desk was awesome... The lady that done all my test, she was absolutely amazing and the doc was great as well.... Def had fun during my visit and im sure i will be back..... All these ladies were amazing.....

I have been going to First Care Medical since I arrived in Florida 10 years ago with no Health Insurance. They were very sensitive to my situation and helped me as much as possible to get the healthcare I needed and could at the same time afford.I did acquire insurance about a year later and stayed with them for OVER 10 years now even after I could afford and choose otherwise.I have been treated professionally and respectfully at all visits by all staff members.The staff has remained basically the same in the 10 years I have been going there and a happy staff to me makes a happy patient.The best thing about First Care are the hours always somehow worked for me without missing work. They are open early am to evening and Saturdays NO APPOINTMENT needed. That has come in handy many times over the years.

These ppl suck ! Last time I paid for visit just for them to send me else where they provided no service for me but still made me pay I give them another chance I get strep they give me antibiotics but wasn’t working I asked that they call in another kind so I can get better so I can return to work they said the nurse will call me I waited a few hours no call I called back still very polite they said they were busy they would call you back by end of day I received no call. They are now closed I’m still sick and have to work tomorrow. I will be calling manager or owner or who ever is in charge of this practice and letting them know this is no way to treat patients. Do not go here !!!!

While waiting to be seen I could clearly hear the staff loudly discussing other patients records and making jokes about their tests results. If you want respectful, compassionate care... stay far, far away.

The staff is so rude! And don’t know what they are doing! They deny us medical Records that we have a right to get. Worst place ever.

If I can give this place 0 Stars I would starting off I want on Saturday they have a reception is that is extremely rude they have a paper on the window that says sign in and go sit down dont stand and dont knock on the glass but if youre not a hundred percent sure of the place you have to ask a question the lady literally looked at me and pretended that I wasnt standing there and then came in a nurse with black hair open the window and I showed her the paper she said yes this is the location sign in and sit down they closed the window and apparently I guess they cracked the joke because they basically laughed in my face completely unprofessional location the staff is extremely rude there was only one nurse that was amazing and she was the nurse practitioner a blonde lady very sweet woman

Wait time is horrible for a simple drug test. The staff at the front desk was unprofessional, rude, nasty and attitude suck. Will never come back here again and will be informing employers not to refer anyone to this esblishment due to their poor service.

Needed a physical while away from home. Entered with out an appointment and was able to get in and out. Very helpful staff, and a clean facility.

The staff needs to goto a board certified class. No one can read a thermometer, weight scale or BP machine. No one has a clue to what the other is doing or how to read paperwork.

Amazing staff!! Very polite and caring ! I recommend this place and trust them with my life !

This place is UNGODLY slow. The girls behind the counter know nothing, cant even fill out paperwork-a good example of diploma mills-My husband just needed the address changed on his dot physical, had to make an appt and it took 45 min!! 45 min to change an address! I refused to make my dot physical appt here, I have things to do besides sit and wait all day. It took 3 hours last time he was here.NEVER AGAIN

Dr Howard is phenomenal. However the rest of the staff is deplorable, rude, and inept. I will change doctors as soon as possible.

This place is terrible!!!!! They have terrible nurses that talk about you while you are in the room for no reason. My wife and I were so insulted by how rude they were for absolutely no reason. This is the most ghetto and unprofessional place you can get medical help in Fort Myers. The Urgent Care in Estero is 1000 times better and the people are friendly and professional.

I wad scheduled at 1:00. I showed up early, around 10:30, as I had a last minute rescheduled exam at 2. They could not fit me in any earlier than 1:00 but thats understandable. However, 10 after 1 I went to the front desk to see why they havent called me back yet. I figured Ive been there for almost 3 hours the less they could do is get me in on time. To my dismay they didnt even enter me in the system. Now its 1:30 and they have yet to call me back. When I confronted the staff up front they said whats the issue, its only 30 minutes passed your appointment time. I stated that I had a rescheduled exam and that I told them this earlier when I was here at 10:30. The staff said it was my fault that I had been waiting here since 10:30. I gathered my paperwork and left. I will never return nor will I recommend this office. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
