I’ve never met a more unreliable nursing agency! At first they will send you a reliable, consistent nurse and then they will pull them from your case without your knowledge or explanation as to why. In doing so, they do not ensure the shift is covered before removing the nurse; leaving the patient and caregiver to fend on their on. Do not go with this company. They are being paid by insurance but are not providing the service. !!!
