Yesterday was my first time going to The Joint. I was in so much pain that I had to lean and sit crooked. I am so grateful to have been recommended! I feel 50% better, Im going back tomorrow. The Joint Drs and staff are very nice and helpful. No one rushes you. And the Dr explained everything to me and even showed me what was happening with my back on his spine display. He was so nice and very educated. The Joint has a customer for life now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It’s difficult to give more than 3 stars… I have been a member for a few months now and I have tried every chiropractor on their staff. I had recently found 2 that are capable. 1 of them quit due to not enough help and not enough pay. If the good one out of all of them quits after 3-4 months that is a bad sign. The price is great but it feels like the quality is not there due to turnover and the constant search for quality people to replace the good ones that leave.

I love the convenience of being able to stop in for an adjustment without an appt. Dr. Heinz knowledge and skills are amazing. I always feel so much better after my adjustment! Well worth the monthly dues, even if I cant make it every week.

I am doing worse since i joined. You never see the same doctor. You feel like you are on an assembly line. I want to cancel my membership and i am having a hard time trying to do that. I am really sorry i ever joined. My back feels worse.

My first time here and Linda is amazing! She definitely took care of me and after one session I already feel excited for the next one. She is so sweet as well!

My neck was twisted so hard I thought Dr. Ashley was trying to kill me. I have been to chiropractors on and off my entire adult life. I have been in extreme pain since her adjustment. My initial issue was in my back, not my neck. None of the others have been able to fix it. I guess now I need x-rays etc. I would steer clear of these sort of establishments.

After only my 3rd visit Im already PAIN FREE!My only concern is that it can be hard not having a consistent doctor to oversee your progress but every doctor Ive had has been great!

The best experience I’ve had going to a chiropractor the people are courteous the doctors are fantastic everything runs smoothly I was so impressed I will keep going back.

The experience at the joint Fort Myers location was pretty great, with the exception of when you sign up, they tell you they’re billing you for two months, but it’s first and last months. They don’t tell you that they’re going to bill you another month in the next month. When you sign up and you pay two months you sort of assume you’re paying for the first and second month. This is not the fact. I feel like they need to be more explicit when they explain the billing when you sign up. It was a bit of a surprise to me when I was billed again in the second month.

Highly recommend. Very happy with my treatment. Dr. Phillip is great. Ive about completed my treatment plan and I feel fantastic.I walked in a few months ago a twisted mess. Now I cant slouch, it was the opposite before. My range of motion has returned in my neck. No more headaches from pinched nerves.. I could go on and on.$30 for the first visit.$80 for a monthly plan with 4 visits.Or $40 for a single visit. All affordable and WORTH IT.Im switching to an annual plan soon, less visits because what they are doing is working. They strive on recovery and it shows.All though I love visiting this location, the Doctors, the Manger Jason and his staff, I look forward to only having to go for an occasional adjustment. Bittersweet really.Great job.

Ever since doctor Phil had left there are no good doctors at this location except for the resident chiropractor. Please choose another location if you can. Bring back the good doctors like doctor Phil where they can really help! Walked out with little to no difference. Still in pain

The staff at the Fort Myers location is always so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like a part of the family. They intently listen to you and your specific needs. I thoroughly enjoy my weekly visits!

Awesome experience. Pamela was the best and really helped me out. I love the concept. I have always gone to the chropracter at home in RI and its just so expensive. This is such a great concept to have a monthly membership and not have to worry about how much an adjustment will cost. Im a big fan! Such a great idea and I feel better too! I WAS a client! Theyre having legit bad reviews removed from Google! Thats sooo sleazy! Tried to cancel over the phone. They would not answer the phone for cancellations. Try to cancel with the local location. They Would not cancel my account. You cannot cancel your account unless you drive to the location OR send a certified, return receipt requested letter. Immoral business for sure!

I no longer visit this location, but received an email to review it last week.I’m hypermobile and only one of the doctors there can adjust me to where I get relief, so it’s luck if I need an adjustment and the doctor is there that can help.For me, this seemed like a great solution for my more sporadic needs, but unfortunately, the expertise and care received is not consistent from doctor to doctor.

I love the whole concept of ‘The Joint’. Regular chiropractic adjustments at a reasonable cost. They do not take insurance but most insurance does not cover chiropractic adjustments anymore anyway. There are several chiropractors who work at this location - each on a different schedule so whom you see depends on the day you go. They are all wonderful and caring and really want to make a difference in their patients’ lives. Regular chiropractic adjustments really works for me and I highly recommend this location to get them.

The team of females here do a fantastic job they meet all of the needs that you ask them to fix and do more. Unfortunately one man ended up hurting my boyfriends back when he came with me while visiting, and felt that he didnt want to see this chiropractor anymore because he barely did anything. 5 stars to the women they do a fantastic job!

When I started at this location I was just returning from a long trip. I was so bound up I could barely move. It took a couple of trips in to get everything back in place and back to feeling put together. Since then I go in once a week to get an adjustment, bc most days something is out of place. The team at this location is amazing. They adjust things I didn’t even know was out of place and I usually walk out with an extra pep in my step. Thank you to anyone who has adjusted me. You make my hectic life complete!

Don’t waste your money or use your HSA card here!!!! I thought this was a good idea until I tried coming in after a long day at work, several times! Never any availability to get in. Packed waiting area!! I only had one adjustment and that was when I signed up. Tried several to get a refund this morning on my day off and the older man acted very nice-nasty, stating he was confused as I’m asking for a refund for a package I wasn’t able to use because of availability and safety reasons! He coldly said do you want an adjustment without listening or remembering I am the customer! Poor customer service and very unprofessional! Don’t think you will get a refund!! Never again! Next time I will go to a real chiropractor! I would never recommend this establishment to my worst enemy!

My third adjustment in 4 days, the best decision i’ve ever made , I am feeling great and getting back in alignment.

I started going to The Joint about a month and a half ago and my chiropractor is linda, in Fort Myers and she is absolutely fabulous. When I started I was in daily pain couldn’t hardly walk I’m 61 years old and work full-time. I now have mobility no pain I’m riding my bike 100 to 150 miles a week.My pedal bike bicycle.I will continue to visit weekly through May and as linda and I have discussed my continued wellness program I should then be able to go to a one once a month or as needed program.The once a month she feels well maintain my ability to have an active and fulfilled life. Thank you Linda and the joint for my fabulous recovery!

Buyer Beware: - - Doctors are great but business practices are shoddy. You cannot, in 2021, cancel your membership over the phone. You have to come in and do it in person. They do not disclose this and the staff try to make it your fault for not reading every single word of a SEVEN PAGE CONTRACT! Theres a difference between legal and moral. This is NOT moral. Shame on you!

This so amazing to me. The cost is affordable and I go weekly!! With traveling and moving we have been able to locate an office near by and walk in and get adjusted! I do have my favorites but they all seem to hit my spots thanks to a computer with notes on me. Worth checking them out for sure.

I have only had two sessions and already feeling relief. I have been to both locations to see Linda and she is so kind and understanding. Really takes the time to listen and genuinely cares. She herself called me the next day to check in me.And the price is unbeatable!!

My experience has been fantastic at The Joint. The environment is clean, friendly, and laid-back. As someone whose schedule is unpredictable, being able to walk-in without making an appointment makes pain-relief much more accessible. Concerns Ive had at other chiropractic clinics arent an issue here and they dont pressure you into expensive contacts. Dr. Carolyn has been friendly, intuitive, and professional in her treatment. I would highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic in Ft Myers to anyone looking for convenient and affordable relief!

Love this place, affordable and flexible hours. I think Ive been through every chiro as of today and each time i find a new favorite. Theyve been able to fix a couple tweaks in just a few visits. Definitely recommend starting off with a 6 pack purchase.

Poor management and the clinic isn’t even clean.

I truly like this place for three reasons...1) In order to get the most out of a chiropractor, you need to come and get adjustments on a routine basis. They have very competitive rates and a monthly flat rate for visiting the clinic. This makes getting Chiropractic care so much more affordable.2) The clinic also has operating hours which cater to people who work for a living. They open late during the week and are open on Saturday and Sunday as well. Another great benefit is that no appointment is required. Whenever you want to come in for your adjustment, you simply walk-in and you are receiving your adjustment within minutes.3) Another nice benefit that, since this is a chain, is that you can get adjustments went out of town if there is another Joint clinic in the area where you’re at.I am overall pleased with the care I’m getting at the Fort Myers clinic. The staff is really nice and the chiropractors seemed to be skilled and knowledgeable.

Linda is amazing! My significant other and I see her once a week and will send everyone we know to see her. The front desk staff is kind and informative. And you cant beat the price for your service.

Having moved down here from RI, weve missed our regular chiropractic visits. Finding the right place has been difficult...until The Joint opened up. Before I started going to the joint, I could barely move or walk I was in so much pain. After a month, I am able to move. Still hurt but the pain has subsided tremendously. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. Very knowledgeable. And always have tips and advice for other things I can do to feel better. I love that I dont have to make an appointment. With my busy schedule I am able to pop in when I get time. And I am in and out in maybe 10 min. They are very clean and love the open room concept.

Clean. Efficient. Knowledgeable. I love the fact I can go in anytime of day at my convenience, no appointment needed. It is also great that there are Saturday and Sunday hours! The only thing I wish, is that the hours were 7a-7p. Love this place!!

I have been having back, neck, hi and shoulder pain for a while. I started going to The Joint in May 2020, and ever adjustment definitely helps.Love that after the initial appointment the appointments go fairly quickly.

When I first hobbled in I was not sure I was going to get any relief. The same day I was a little better and after going twice a week for a few weeks I was feeling great. I have been going in once a week and have experienced a world of difference!!! Amazing results and wonderful atmosphere with awesome doctors!!!

Not sure why my last review was removed so here it is again: I went for an appointment a couple months ago at the recommendation of my boyfriend. The doctor was nice but the gentleman at the front (Jason?) was super pushy and rude. I told him I couldn’t sign up for an account right away and said I’d come back and sign up for a membership at my next appointment. He told me to just put it on my credit card in a very rude tone - I was SHOCKED. I was so furious I canceled my follow up appointment and emailed the general manager. Interestingly, I’m not the only one with this experience. Spoke with a friend and she had the SAME experience with the SAME individual. Not sure how this guy has any job in custom service.

I feel like a working progress but overall, Im starting to feel better. I was hesitant going to a new chiropractor after I moved to Fort Myers but I feel like I made the right choice. Each person I come to takes my discomfort/pain into consideration and works to make it better. Since 2010, Ive had severe discomfort in my neck, right shoulder, and numbness in my right hand and frequent headaches. Even though the neck pain still comes and goes, as well as my headache (less frequent), Im so happy to finally not find myself trying to establish feeling in my hand throughout the day or rotating my shoulder back because its feels locked up.

I really didn’t expect to sign up for more than the one appointment but they really sold me. Everyone up front was very nice and Natalie did great at making me feel comfortable. I signed up for a month and I will be back!
