The atmosphere is a clean professional setting focused on not only a healthy body, but a healthy mind as well. You’ll see it in the small things that they say and do…Let’s not forget the truly amazing results that you’ll have. I was bed bound for a year with multi organ failure, then a liver transplant, on top of prior injuries and poor posture. So you can imagine my neck, back, hips, and rib cage weren’t in great shape. It was painful, I had very limited rotation, struggling getting over atrophy, and to gain weight. I was was so happy and grateful yet my body still felt miserable and horrible. Once I was cleared to go to a chiropractor I came here. Dr. Ryan started off by hearing my history and X-rays. We devised a treatment plan and went to work. He was (and still is) so incredibly gentle and I felt a major difference in everything. My body went into an instant detox, and I also had instant relief throughout my body. That was the beginning and it has been six months. Now everything is going back to where it should be and I can certainly feel the difference. My neck is has a curve now! My back no longer resembles a ‘stegosaurus’ as it has been lovingly put. 😂😊 Not only am I no longer in constant pain, but my sinuses are clearer, my sleep has improved immensely, you can feel your body detox, my muscles throughout my body are more relaxed and not so tight that it hurts just to be. Very impressed with the practice. Everyone is genuinely kind and the Dr. is fantastic. The office is a peaceful happy place. The quality of care I am receiving is excellent and the doctor speaks with you to explain what is going on and how to fix it.. I let the aches and pains run my life for years. I saw an add and thought its worth a shot. At first visit I felt welcome. Staff is fantastic. More importantly the information provided is custom to you. On a more important note am I fixed, no. Am I getting there, YES! I went from taking ibuprofen few times a day. To maybe twice a week. 20 years of daily headaches, and only on bad days do I get them, once a week. If you are wondering if you should go. Yes... Will you be fixed in one day. No.... My only regret is not starting years ago.

I went for the first time this week. I had an exam, X-rays, and an adjustment done. Your experience starts at the front desk with the NICEST receptionists I think I’ve ever encountered. They escorted me to my room where I met Dr. Ryan who is AMAZING. He was very helpful in figuring out how to fix my neck and shoulder problems, he even found problems with my body I wasn’t even aware of. I will most definitely continue to be a patient here and recommend them to everyone!

Ive been coming here since my auto accident in 2019. Ive seen it before covid and during covid. They adapted with the social distancing. My daughter is also a regular client and she is pediatric age. I’m very pleased with Dr Nickens as he’s helped me through my postpartum journey. I was definitely out of alignment — but even after the first adjustment I experienced instant relief. I’ve been doing the program he suggested and seeing him weekly; and I’m so grateful. I highly recommend!

Before my first appointment, I called and asked if they took Atena for insurance and the front desk lady said yes. I went in for my appointment and afterwards they charged me the full amount for the visit instead of the copay. They said whatever the insurance does not pay, it will get refunded. That should have been a red flag. It took a month for them to submit the claim and they are now saying my plan doesn’t offer benefits to their office when they clearly said they took Atena in the beginning. Please be aware of this if you’re thinking of making an appointment with them!!!

Dr Ryan is the best Chiropractor I have found in South West Florida (and I have been to several down here). Prior to visiting Dr Ryan, due to my pregnancy, my hips were so misaligned I could barely walk, and if I did it caused severe pain. After going and being adjusted regularly, he was able to help me get the pain to a manageable level. Since having the baby, he has helped significantly and I am now pain free. He also adjusts both my 2 year old and my infant and does an excellent job for all of us!

First time every going to this office! I get in for my 7:30 apt and wait in the doctors office for 40 min as he takes every new (current) customer that walks in the door. So apparently new customers are not as important! I ended up leaving for two reasons first is my time is important as well and had to work. The second reason is the place is called maximum living not city of palms chiropractic. I want a chiropractor not a living center. I have been going to a chiropractor for 13 years so I know what I want and this wasn’t it!Place has good reviews so if you want a living center chiropractor I’m sure this place is great it’s not for me though. 1 star rating was for wasting my time and treating me like I’m not important!

I have had back pain for 20 years. Taking ibuprofen 800 mg 3 times a day for 15 years. Went to City of Palms Chiropractic 2 years ago and I no longer take any pain pills at all. I am pain free now. For the last year I have used the Max Advance Plan Meal recipes and supplements and exercise daily and I have stopped taking cholesterol meds and also 2 blood pressure pills a day. Blood pressure is good. I have also lost 20 pounds and feel the best I have felt in 30 years. Life is good!Stephen Lundberg

I have been taking over the counter pain medication daily for over 20 years. Also, I tried Cortizone shots and have been to Orthopedic doctors with no results. Finally after all of these years I decided to go ahead and see if there is anything to this chiropractic stuff that I have been hearing about. I was recommended to Dr. Ryan and Dr. Brock by a very good friend and I called and made my appointment. Dr. Ryan was so patient and wonderful explaining the whole process to me. I had a lot of questions. I have been going regularly for about 5 months now and doing my home care and have seen a wonderful improvement. I rarely take any anti-inflamatory medicine now and my sleep and daily life have become so much more productive since my pain is disappeared. Before Dr. Ryan started adjusting me, my allergies were terrible. I would wake up not being able to breathe and with swollen eyes.
