I have been remiss and should have posted this review much sooner. When my Dad passed, Hunt-Stellato helped me make arrangements at this really difficult time in my life. I was so appreciative of how understanding and compassionate this group of people are. They were very accommodating and patient with me, and definitely went out of their way to help me make the best and most appropriate arrangements for my Dad. My big, heartfelt appreciation and thanks to the Hunt- Stellato team for your compassion, help, and understanding at a very difficult time. You came through for me and I will never forget that. My family utilized this funeral home twice in the last 20 years. Both of my grandparents wakes and funerals were conducted through this home and both were well done. Caring and compassionate staff were instrumental in making the arrangements respectful and solemn. In a delicate time, you do not want issues with a wake or a funeral and there were none. Fort Lee was Nanas hometown and I know she would have been pleased to have been cared for so nicely in the days before her burial so that her family and friends could pay their respects and say goodbye.If youre looking for a team who will treat you, your family, and your departed loved ones with care and respect, Hunt-Stellato Funeral home has been doing a good job since at least 1999 when my Grandfather was buried to as recently as 2015 when my Nana was buried.

When your family has lost and in need of guidance during this time, Stellato funeral home is the place. Family run business, have taken great pride in quality of service provided. I just had my grandmother past, I looked at two other funeral homes, but none of the other came close to the care and service provide. Dorianne made my grandmother look as if she was still with us and look like and angel at the same time. Even guests that came to the wake could swear she was looking like her old self and taking a nap. All staff looked good in nice fitted suits and acted with great professionalism. Any and all issues were taken care of, as well as helping cover what possibly needs to be done after the funeral for the person that pass and family. Pricing was more than fair verses other funeral homes in the area. The funeral home it self has just the right tones and atmosphere both for small viewing and larger viewings. The main parts of helping guide you thru this process was excellent. This family and business will greatly help you in that most difficult time.
