Frank and his staff are fantastic and highly recommended. Everyone was kind, considerate, and gracious and worked very hard to execute our desires for my dad’s arrangements. Throughout the entire process, Frank tried to take every possible burden off our shoulders so we could focus on the issue at hand. This show of empathy and consideration will always be remembered fondly by my family.

The entire family was so very impressed with the way Frank handled the arrangements for my mother. From his immediate response through the buriel it was outstanding. This is such a difficult time for families, the compassion shown was so very heartwarming. Every detail was taken care of and made so much easier for us. I had a wonderful experience during a most difficult time. Frank Patti Funeral Home did such a wonderful job with my aunt who passed away. Richard Santiago was the staff member who helped me, and I cant say enough positive things about him. He was professional, caring, friendly, and couldnt do enough to help me. My 59 year old husband died suddenly in April. We had only spoken of cremation in our lifetime together. I had no intention of having a wake for Erik but the outpouring of support, I felt, should be met and his life honored.From my first phone call to Frank Patti, I felt supported by the services and staff. Eriks death was sudden and shocking and this was nothing I had in mind for the next days of my life including getting Erik from New York to New Jersey. It was important to me to have a location that felt like home, allowed for mine and Eriks quirks to be catered to and in an appropriate and caring way. Despite covid protocols, the room was so spacious and I more than appreciated that it was just our time there with no other scheduled wakes.Richard was wonderful helping me plan with no plan, with a kind and gentle lead. He and John especially, and Robert also onsite, attended to my every whim, change and ask, patiently, kindly and generously. They attended to our guests yet made me a priority. Frank and his staff did their utmost to make all aspects of moms wake and funeral run as smoothly as possible. Not only difficult time for myself but also in regard to the Corona Virus all the restrictions imposed on Frank and his team not to mention on myself and family. Also the use of Zoom technology to bring the Funeral Mass to so many of my family and friends who could not attend because of the Corona Virus restrictions was a great asset. I would recommend it to families for use in the funeral home for services or in church where permitted. Thanks again.

Generally professional and respectful.But I am deducting 2 stars as we were cremating my mother in law after a small service of only family members and opted for a cardboard coffin all for the obvious reasons. I cannot stress enough that not a finger was lifted to dress the coffin for presentation.They made it look like we were shipping her off somewhere.If you can dress a folding table with a skirt to look like a formal dining table you can certainly do something with your cardboard coffins. Shameful.

2019 update - Still 5 star but should be more. My father passed away in May 2019 and Frank and his staff once again were spectacular. No detail was overlooked and despite incredibly windy conditions at the cemetery the military burial came off without a hitch. We are forever grateful to Mr. Patti. There are none better. 2017 original 5 star review : Both of my parents are over 90 and very sick. We met with Frank and made all the arrangements while my Mom was on hospice care. To say that Frank was wonderful is an understatement. When my Mom passed he handled everything perfectly. He lifted a terrible burden off our shoulders and we are forever grateful. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Frank.

Frank Patti provided us with exceptional services during our time of sorrow. Our mother looked beautiful and at peace. The services, from the viewing to the burial, were all handled with much integrity and respect. We didn’t have to worry about anything. He took care of every detail, including setting up a beautiful venue at the graveside with our mother’s picture, some of the floral arrangements and the Greek flag, which was totally unexpected. The entire staff was professional and courteous and without any reservation, we would highly recommend Mr. Pattis services to any family that requires them.

Frank Patti made one of the most difficult and painful experiences of my life -- burying my beloved Mom -- as tolerable as it could possibly be. Their care to detail was impeccable! After my first meeting with Frank Sr., I KNEW immediately that my Mom was in good hands. I cant adequately describe the heartfelt sincerity that Frank showed our entire family. And at the most vulnerable time in our lives, Frank could have steered us to spending a fortune but he didnt! My father-in-law lost a lot of weight during the last year and they made him look like he used to look in better years. Frank Sr and Jr treated us like we were a part of their family. They are professional and loving. They steered us in making difficult decisions easy and didnt make us choose unnecessary purchases. The littlest details like pictures of my father-in-law at the funeral home, church and burial and displaying the American flag and Irish flag by his grave are just a few of the many surprises that made our family very pleased. We used the services of this funeral home for our beloved mother who passed away unexpectedly, and we were very, very disappointed. Our mother prided herself on her elegance, but we were shocked by her appearance at her wake. Despite the funeral home having her picture, her makeup was done poorly, and the area around her mouth was unbecomingly swollen. Our mother did not look like herself at all - she looked terrible. The funeral director made other mistakes, but this was the worst. The funeral director also added additional costs wherever he could, which we found out much later when we compared our high costs to those of our friends at other funeral homes. We feel this funeral home did us such injustice at a time when we were feeling our lowest.
