The teachings are very, very pure, and are taught in the same way as they have been throughout the ages. As far as I’m concerned, the ONLY way to practice Yoga. Truly life transforming!

I got invited by a good friend of mine to come try it out since I do need it. I enjoyed the experience and it was a full class.The teacher was very nice and not too pushy which was my main concern.

I LOVE Yoga Warehouse! It’s space and teachers are truly the best for my head and my body. I never feel like I’m being pushed too hard, but often feel the gentle nudge of light hands helping me breathe deeper into a pose at just the right time. After years of “trying” different types of yoga , it’s through this Sivananda practice that I’ve learned to quiet myself with yogic breathing.Yoga Warehouse is by far my favorite place to get my yoga on! #yogastoned

Wonderful urban yoga studio in downtown Ft. Lauderdale teaching classical Hatha yoga. Instructors are kind and patient, willing to assist with poses and techniques. A great place for beginners and experienced yogis alike!
