Amazing studio with a cool, beachy, artsy, and eclectic vibe. Jessi the owner is full of energy as as her class. If you love to dance to great music her Funk Body class is awesome. There are also an array of classes to take to address your fitness needs with free movement and expression being top priority. Check it out!

I do not doubt that the other reviews that are displayed before me are true but unfortunately I did not have a great experience like the others. So much has transpired with dealing with Jessi the owner of this location. I don’t even know where to start. We were told a week before our event that she was having ac issues and that she would have it rectified prior to our event. The event in question was my best friends baby shower. Myself and four other vendors were scheduled to be in attendance for setup at 11:30 am. Upon reaching to the location, we were unable to get in. Given the fact that in the past we had scheduled meet ups with her before that she seemed to always be late to. She would instruct us to use her spare key to enter upon arrival. Due to this fact, and the time, we did just that. Myself and the other vendors waited patiently for her to give us the cue to enter the studio to set up while she had giggles with her clients. We only had two hours to setup, so we were pressed for time. I intercepted when I could to ask about the state of the facility being empty or not. She tells me to calm down and that we could of went in from the beginning. When we got into the studio it was a bit warm. I thought maybe she had turned the ac off but to my surprise the ac guy was strolling in right behind me. I was in shock! We were told this would of been done way before we got here. Due to this fact, it held up the majority of the vendors from setting up because they had to wait on the ac units to be installed. While we waited, she made a lot of slick remarks and comments as jokes about what we could or could not do in her facility. She even went on to say that it would be our fault if the ac doesn’t work properly if we didn’t leave the door closed. No,Jessi it’s your fault!You stated we would not have an issue with ac on the day of and that you would have had it rectified beforehand and you failed. Due to this it pushed back setup time and the guest had to wait an extra 40 mins before being let in. To add insult to injury, that ac job you claimed you payed $700 for was a waste because our guest were complaining all evening about the heat and practically melting in your facility. Here’s one more thing for favorable mention! The fact that you thought it was ok to go under my pregnant best friends post and right sweet stuff on peer space but disrespect her via text message afterwards because she wrote a review that wasn’t to your liking,is the most disgusting of it all. Why hide? Show your true colors for all the world to see. You are currently running a texting match with the person whom I threw the baby shower for because you thought you could get away with being disgusting but it failed. I do not subscribe, recommend and or support this place and Jessi who we rented it from.

Just perfect, exactly what we were looking for

You can find a yoga studio in almost every neighborhood these days - but not one like this!! Jessi & Ashleys hearts shine so bright every time they teach! You cant help but feed off of their loving energy! They offer a variety of classes that merge fitness and fun. They challenge you to open your heart, mind, and body to the magic of movement. YINspired is my favorite class and is PERFECT for grounding yourself on a busy South FL day. Their teachers are new and excited and ready to share all the magic!!

This place is a community hub for all things movement. Jessi is a superstar dancer and yoga instructor. Her classes are inclusive, fun and a safe space for anyone to move their body. If thats what youre looking for, you wont be disappointed.

I love Funk & Flow - their yoga and especially the dance classes with Jessi are fun and most importantly comfortable. I haven’t been able to go in a while due to a new job, however I still believe it is one of the best workouts I have ever done and I can’t wait until I am able to go back. I usually get really self conscious doing workout classes but Jessi and Ashley make Funk&Flow a safe space to have fun and be myself :).

Every Wednesday 6:45pm hip hop night. Please add another night :-) Men, women, gay straight. Adam is an amazing instructor. He’s patient, sweet and connects with every client in class. Funk and flow is always clean. Plenty of parking. Jessi and Ashley are great business owners!!! 5’s across the board

I absolutely LOVE this space! Its warm, welcoming, beautiful and friendly. I love the decor in the studio and the warmth of the beautiful wood paneling and floor! Classes are amazing thanks to the high energy and skilled instruction given by Ashley and Jessie!! You must go if you love yoga or are just curious! There is something for everyone here!

Great energy and just the vibes I was looking for. Everyone is extremely friendly from the moment you sign in to the moment you walk out the door. I’ve taken a few classes and they have all been amazing. If you are looking to start yoga this is a very welcoming place to start .

A very friendly, warm, and welcoming space and staff. A place to sweat, release stress, and have fun. I have taken a couple of cardiofunk classes and I feel like a million bucks after. Looking forward to taking a variety of other classes the studio has to offer. Do yourself a favor and try a class.

The space is amazing. I am very much a yoga novice and the instructors have been extremely patient, helpful, and challenging. I would recommend Funk and Flow to anyone.

Awesome place & awesome owner/instructor (Jessie)! She was super fun and upbeat before, during, and after the class (Cardio Funk). My group visited from out of town and were there for a bachelorette party & she helped me get our group all set up and made our bride feel really special. It was a great workout and not intimidating for us non-dancers. Wish there was a studio like this here I live! Highly recommend this place.

While on vacation I did a drop in class and I was impressed! Great studio with the coolest decor that gave it a unique vibe from any studio Ive been in. Ashley was a great instructor and gave us an excellent workout. Thanks!!

A beautiful space that welcomes all with open arms! No matter what your level of expertise, their classes are just right! It truly is a space to feel breath, light and serenity!

Not only was the dance class THE most fun class, but Jessi (co owner/teacher) let me borrow her sneakers so that I could participate when I forgot mine. If that’s not a 10/10 studio I don’t know what is. 😊

Jessi and Ashley have created such a warm and inviting space!! I love it! Their beautiful energy also adds to the loving ambiance of this amazing studio.

My fiancé and I had been on a road trip, so we were feeling pretty stiff. Our class with Jessi was the perfect remedy! We dont get to the area often, but we will definitely be back!

I took the oportunity to try this place via Groupon and I am glad I did, they did a great job with the studio but the cardio funk class got my attention, it is great!!!, I need to try more classes, the location is great and the vibes are good. You can tell the instructors love what they do.
