If I could give negative stars, I would. I could write a novel but will keep it brief. I deeply regret going to this center for Lipo 360. They have zero concern for the customer nor have any type of customer service. 90% of the staff is extremely rude and short with you. Good luck getting any of your questions answered by Dr. Alexander. To them, it’s ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. They don’t communicate at all- I had to call them to schedule my 1- week post op and I’m now overdue for my 1-month post op and they haven’t called and I’m confident they won’t. They didn’t even have the decency to call me after my surgery to see how I was doing! Long and short of it: They simply do not care about their customers. They only care about their bottom line. My suggestion- do research and go somewhere else.

I love this place Dr. Alexander did amazing on my Breast reduction. They look so beautiful! Process was super fast, no long wait they were under staff when I went because of covid. But they were still able to deliver fast and efficiently I was beyond impressed. customer service is wonderful. Everyone here is so nice and warm almost feels like family. I love how they follow up with aftercare calling to see how I’m doing I have had other procedures before and no other office has ever checked on me. I would recommend coming here to any and everyone. And I’m most definitely will be returning.

I had a Mommy Makeover with Dr. Alexander and what an amazing experience. As an out of town patient my coordinator Courtney walked me through the process up till my surgery date. I am so pleased with the results and the post op appointments.

I came for a breast augmentation and lift. I traveled from Tallahassee so my consultation was done virtually. I arrived for pre op and the process was smooth. The ladies were nice. Dr Alexander did an excellent job. My scars are not huge which was a big worry of mine after watching YouTube videos of other women procedures. He gave me exactly the look I wanted. Not to look to big for my body but also perky and full. They look great! I’ve had no complications so far. Anytime I have a question I call and someone answers or gets back to me within 24hrs. I will return here for any other procedure I may get. I loved my experience and highly recommend❤️

This was my first time at So Florida Center and I was very impressed! They are located in a professional office building and once you arrive on their floor and step into their facility I was immediately at ease. The staff are welcoming and professional, the environment was spotless, the decor was warm, soothing and comfortable and the services provided were top notch and expertly done. All my appointments have gone smoothly. On the day of surgery the nurses were very friendly and reassuring. Surgery and recovery was quick and easy and I love my natural looking results from Dr. Pinella!

I went to the South Florida Center for my first ever botox appointment. I was excited but also nervous going into it as it was my first time doing any type injection. My appointment was with Gracie, who instantly calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. She listened to me, walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. We ultimately landed on a solution that felt right for me, subtle and natural. The whole appointment was under 30 minutes, which I really appreciated. She was efficient and I could tell I was in good hands. I’m two weeks post appointment and I’m so happy with the results, the lines on my forehead have all but disappeared, while still maintaining my expressions. I have to share my thoughts about this company. I have been doing my research on getting a mommy makeover in Florida. I have contacted several places but after looking at before/after pictures and reading reviews I hadn’t chosen a place that I felt comfortable with my body until NOW!!. I decided to put down my deposit today for my mommy makeover procedure to be done next month! I look forward to meeting Dena when I arrive in Florida. She has been EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant to me over the phone. She has answered all of my calls and emails and made me feel so good about my decision to have the procedure done at their facility! I have lost 171 lbs from weight loss surgery so I have a lot of sagging skin that needs to be removed from my stomach. I am also getting a breast lift with implants. Doctor Timothy Alexander is goat for real. I went to him after reading news reviews about him and decided to take a chance and I wasnt wrong. Hes a dedicated man who few words more attentive to your needs and focused on giving you what you want. It only been 5 days since my surgery and I am loving my body. I flew out from chicago to have a breast augmentation and lift due to having a 2 size breast difference. I had surgery with dr. Alexander on 9/1/21 as someone with severe fear of anesthesia …. THIS TEAM MADE ME FEEL SAFE AND COMFORTABLE. DENA gave me the support a family would give, she has answered my million questions even after my procedure. DR Alexander is not a man of many words but he is extremely kind and he does his job extremely well and knows what would suit your body. I refuse to go to a different center. Everybody here was amazing and I’m two days post op and feel fantastic! I will be coming back !

I had a breast reduction surgery on September 30th with Dr. Alexander at South Florida Center For Cosmetic Surgery. That morning, I went in completely nervous for the surgery and after the surgery. I have an aoretic valve leakage and vasovagal syncope and anything medical is one of my triggers and I typically faint. From the pre op appointment to the morning of, to the post op appointment I was in absolute great hands. I made sure to tell everyone my conditions and they ALL including Dr. Alexander, the anesthesiologist, and the nurses knew exactly what to do. I have had surgeries at different locations prior to this and I 100% will be going back to only them. They made me feel so comfortable from beginning to end. The Dr thoroughly explained the entire surgery to me, he listened to me, and gave me exactly what I wanted if not better than what I could have ever expected. He doesn’t even know how much he changed my life and my confidence. The anesthesiologist assured me I was going to be okay and made me feel like I was in good hands. He was certainly very knowledgeable with my conditions. The pre op and post op nurses are so so so amazing. They were so attentive, never made me feel like I was just a number. They never ever left my side. I loved the individual attention I got. The best part of it also was that I thought I was going to be in excruciating pain and I NEVER felt pain other than a little bit of burning the second day and that was all. It was incredible how fast I bounced back after surgery. I am beyond thankful for the entire staff at South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery!

South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery is definitely one of the best places to go for good quality work however, their communication is terrible when you’re getting a surgery, things had to be submitted and my surgery date was coming closer and it was radio silence i was responsible for making sure everything was right. there wasn’t anyone calling to let me know certain things didn’t come through or anything considering i don’t reside in Florida. it just seems like they collect your money and don’t really say much of anything, Dr Alexander was fine but by me being Transgender some of his wording i didn’t like, when he examined me i was telling him what i wanted and he kinda was shutting me down and saying “i know what your kind of people like” which rubbed me the wrong way but other than that i loved his work. my last comment was on the anesthesiologist, he showed up in the room on the day of my surgery very behind and his attitude was very lack luster which made me feel weird, i’m putting you in charge to put my to sleep and your demeanor is very dull he came in with no enthusiasm and was talking to me like he was pretty much over being there. other than those thing i loved my results and the amazing job Dr. Alexander did however they really should improve on those things and i felt like it would’ve been a perfect experience for me.

I visited back in April 21 for Lipo 360. I am 54; 165lbs with majority of my weight in my abdomen but pretty slim everywhere else so I assumed that in the end I would have the desired hourglass figure most women want. However that is not my case. On top of me not being completely satisfied with my results the administration side of things were very unorganized. I was notified on a Wednesday before my Monday (out of state) procedure that I needed a chest x-ray done before surgery...Its an inconvenience to find a next day appointment, since I was headed out of town Friday but I made it happen. Monday morning (DAY OF SURGERY) I receive a call from a rude nurse that told me they never received my X-ray. I get the X-ray to them and the rude nurse says I need to come in an hour earlier for my appointment and if I didnt they would skip me and go to the next person and I would have to wait. So I rearranged my plans to go in early, only for me to wait an hour in the wrong room. I notified 2 different people that I was there for surgery and they acted as if they were getting someone. After a while I go over to Pre/post op and they tell me I needed to go down the hall. At that point I wanted to go home because a medical facility, that was that unorganized should have been a red flag. After my surgery they call my mom to come get me (4 hours later) but the building is now closed and she cant get in nor were they answering the phone. She had to wait 15-20 mins before someone finally came downstairs with me. (Which as mom, Im sure felt like eternity after a surgery)4 months post op, I reached out to Courtney via email to get medical clearance for non invasive lipo (since I was not satisfied) and Courtney has yet to respond. I sent 2 emails by the way. I would have opted out to leave such a negative review but the lack of administrative organization on top of such lack luckster liposuction results I felt the need to. I am thankful for a successful procedure that I was able recover from very quickly.

I really loved the staff as they appeared to really care about your results. They were always pleasant. What I loved the most about this facility is whenever you call someone responds immediately!!!!

I am reading all the reviews and I see everyone had a good experience......but I did not.i wanted a areola and nipple reduction and Dr.Alexander reassured me that he could do it along with a breast lift. Every time I went for a pre op appt they would always mention the breast lift and nothing about the areola and nipple reduction,I had to keep on reminding them,even on the actual day of surgery. 😑My surgery went terrible ,one nipple is bigger than the other,my scars look really bad,my breast still hurt and I have raised scars...am not happy at all.I paid my hard earned money to look good and to conqour my insecurities 😞...but it seems like I paid money to make my self look worst.I put all my trust into this surgeon in hopes that he wold make me look better and he failed me.But God is still good and am just going to leave this matter in Gods hands.

The is the work of T. Alexander. DO NOT and I repeat myself DO NOT go to this place!! I would rate it at a ZERO if possible. Do not believe the rebuttal of the owner(s) because they want to take your money, dont want to give you a refund if its not properly done, they dont want to fix the problem; which it should be no problem the first go round. They say they will until they get what they want and too charge you more money!! As you can see the sutures are coming out of the hole of the infection, its not even cut properly around the areola. As the result of this botched surgery, I have to endure the travesty of not only the physical scarring, but the emotional scaring as well.

The place looks very Up to part. Staff makes you feel very comfortable doctors are very understanding and professional . I’ll most definitely be coming back when the time is right .

About 2 weeks ago I contacted South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery and within minutes Dena called me! She was so helpful and there for me for all my questions and always responded fast! Pretty much the whole staff from pre op to post op and the receptionist were so nice and welcoming! I got my eye bags removed with Dr. Alexander. I’m only a week healing and let me tell you, my bags are no more! Still healing but so excited for my final outcome. The lip fillers dissappeared after 3rd day of swelling. I was in contact with them constantly about it and they told me to send pictures, I did, then I was told to go in so they could see it in person, I did, then never heard back. The technician was the sweetest but am very upset of the wasted money and time.

I just want to start this off by saying the WHOLE STAFF in that office are literally amazing and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end i actually looked forward to coming to the clinic lol … listen ladies Dr. A is not one of those doctors whos going to baby you hes very to the point and nonchalant (which didnt bother me watsoever) nevertheless his work is amazing and im so happy with my 360 liposuction. Ill tell you straight up have your covid test before surgery (this Facility does not play whatsoever i literally saw 2 girls get cancelled because they didnt have there covid test) . I recommend coming here for anyone if your looking for a great result and a smooth process you will feel super at home . The center is great! The people truly take care of you and make you 100% comfortable. Dr Cucin is very informative and will make sure you understand your procedure and answer any questions you have. My husband could not attend so they recommended a private nurse, Karla. OMG she is the best. She treats you like family will try to give you whatever you want/need. I honestly felt she was better than having my husband here LOL. If you have to come alone please contact her, you won’t regret it.

The customer service is absolutely the worst my first surgery date basically canceled due to lackOf communication and some of the blood work wasn’t wat it supposed to be I’m get ready to go back I’ve called several times it’s always someone will call back never do then I call today I hear talkin then phone hangs up I’m sick of it then days before surgery they expect h to move a mountain o kind of wish I can get my money and go elsewhere

I wanted a breast reduction for years and they made it the most magical experience I could have ever asked for. My procedure was affordable, professionally done, the process was easy and no question went unanswered, even after while I was at home recovering. I’m about 1 week post op from a breast reduction, lift and abdominal liposuction and I am in LOVE with my results. This was the best decision of my life and I’m so thankful that this team was there to make it happen for me. I tear up as I write this thinking about how scared I was, especially during Covid, to do such a major surgery and how blessed I am to have found this institution. As a woman of color you worry about scars, medical mistreatment and being botched with things like this and because of them I can finally look in the mirror again and love what I see.... I am one week post op from my breast augmentation with Dr. Pinnella. He did a fantastic job, they look completely natural already and I haven’t even reached my end result yet. I’m looking forward to the one month mark! I originally planned to go a little bigger, but due to my small frame he suggested it might look fake if I went too large. One day post op I was worried that they were too small since they start off high in the chest, but as they’re starting to “drop and fluff” I’m really glad I trusted his recommendation. I went from 32 B to 32 D with 345 CC silicone implants. No one can believe how natural they look!! Highly recommend this facility and Dr. Pinnella. He truly cares about the end result and wouldn’t just shove in an oversized implant that would have made me look silly. Thank you!!

Going back for more. Love the staff and surgeons. Im very glad I Read the preoperative and postoperative papers cause it helps a lot and better understanding and expectations of outcomes. Takes time for swelling to go down but im so very happy with results and a very thin incision.

So I traveled down to the great state of Florida from New Jersey for some reconstructive breast surgery. About 25 years ago I had augmentation by Dr. Timothy Alexander and after two kids and over a year of lockdowns I definately needed some help with what I saw in the mirror. I would never use anyone else for surgery, no matter where I lived the trip was well worth it. Every single person, from the receptionist to the nurses ,to my amazing coordinator, not to mention the best doctor(s) and anesthesiologist on the planet, I would highly recommend South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery

I schedule my surgery 1yr ago with coordinator Courtney and from day 1 she was amazing any questions or concerns I had she answered. My surgery date was 6/3/21 with Dr. Alexander. For A TT/MR Lipo To the Flanks my surgeon over exceeded my expectations he was kind and very informative of any concerns I had. The surgery facility I give 10 stars very clean wasnt over crowded with other patients very comfortable setting and the Pre Op & Post Op staff was Excellent. Im very happy with the service I received and I will be returning to them for future procedures. 💕💕💕

I REGRET SPENDING MY MONEY HERE, after my surgery, on the follow up appointments, the doctor Alexander literally checked me for 10 SECONDS and left, I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TIME TO ASK QUESTIONS on ANY of my appointments. I was not satisfied with my results from my surgery I complained and complained dr.Alexander would only show me my before pictures which didn’t matter at this point.. after further debate dr Alexander recommend that I get a pectoral procedure done in which he promised to fix my problems and complaints … I paid for my procedure and waited 10 months prior to the pectoral procedure I explained to dr Alexander AGAIN what he promised to fix and what exactly the problem was.. in which he promised again that he can fix it.. only to have yet another procedure and yet he still haven’t fixed what he promised then when I mention it to him the only thing he does is show me my before pictures when I had breast the then explains AGAIN that it’s a simple procedure he can do when the plan wasn’t for two separate procedures I cannot continue to have all these procedures when he promises every procedure the problem will be fixed I need attention on this matter expeditiously…. Other then that post opp and pre opp services are great

Don’t book a consult. Don’t consider this place. The price may seem attractive but you’ll regret it. If you aren’t going to be featured you won’t be treated well. My doctor was rude and made fearful about going ahead with my breast lift and augmentation. He didn’t listen or try to understand what I was trying to accomplish. I was hoping it was nerves but the bedside manner was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I feel like a fool for going ahead with this place. From the moment I met the doctor 30 mins before surgery I had a horrible experience. They other staff was lovely and that’s what made me proceed. I hope I’m time I’ll forgive myself for this horrible decision I’ve made and will be able to live with myself.

Very happy with the service. I received tummy tuck, breast reduction and lift, lipo. I came from out of state. Was recommended by my god sister. Very pleased with my results. 46years body SNATCHED.

Overall I am satisfied with my breast lift procedure. It definitely an improvement from but I do wish I was given the correct information regarding my nipple piercings. When I asked about them during the consultation I was told I had to take them out but I could put spacers in, to keep them from closing. When I get there I am told something different. I had to take them out and now they closed up and Ill have to get them repierced joy!

I had inquired about a Rhinoplasty on realself.com for Is South Florida cosmetic surgery. A woman named Melinda had called me back about my inquiry. Melinda a medical coordinator was the best In her field She made me feel comfortable she gave me her cell phone number with any questions that I had to ask. She blew up my pictures to show the doctor and made my file. We even Skype personally with the dr to make me feel even more comfortable. Melinda gave me the best price for my rhinoplasty Its because she doesnt care about the money she truly cares about your health the way you feel your confidence. While other surgery centers try to hike up the price and was not honest. Melinda was honest and truthful. She went above and beyond her Job. She truly is a blessing. Im so comfortable and thankful for Melinda and dr Alexander which made my nose so flawless so perfect. I feel so confident so happy now.

Im so happy I made the decision to have a 1st time procedure done at South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery. I had a tummy tuck procedure with liposuction of the flanks performed by Dr. Alexander the 1st week of December. He listened to my concerns and delivered on it. I had surgery with Dr. Alexander and for it being my first surgery, I was TERRIFIED. But the staff did everything to calm my fears and reassure me that I was in great hands. Every time I emailed they answered be back promptly and acknowledged all my questions and concerns. As for the surgery, Dr. Alexander is AMAZING! His hands are so gifted! I’m about 4 weeks post op and I removed some of my tape and had to use a flashlight just to see if I really had a cut! The line is SOOOO thin already! With my post op I did have one spot that gave me some trouble and the post op staff addressed it immediately. They did everything to help me care for the wound since I’m so far from the surgery center to go in person. I’m SO happy with my decision and I’m so thankful to the staff and Dr. Alexander for helping me one of the best decisions I’ve made!

I was looking to get botox done for the first, and got recommended to try SFCCS by a friend. Courtney Sousa was my coordinator and helped me set up my appointment. She is absolute sweetheart!! Super helpful and knowledgeable (I had many questions). Courtney set my appointment with Gracie, who did an amazing job! SFCCS is now my go to for botox. I was just looking at the reviews for Dr. Alexander, but I wasnt surprised! Dr. Alexander performed my Tummy Tuck in 2013 and I was content with my results. Fast-forward. I need/want work done again so I was researching in my area of (Savannah) because I moved from Miami. Butl Ill take the trip just so Dr. Alexander can perform my 360 Lipo with BBL!

I do not recommend this place at all! And I suggest you do your research about the doctors preforming your surgery. I had lipo 360 and a bbl with Dr. Alexander and the work is absolutely horrible. I look like I had nothing done. The skin on my back is literally hanging. I wasted my hard earned money. I look horrible and I’m embarrassed to take off my shirt , my before and after pictures look the same. And then the nurse Jackie they have there has the most disrespectful attitude to be a professional PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!I’ve emailed sent in a picture and of course no response. It was all good when they got my money but now that there’s a complaint I have heard nothing. IM SO ANGRY!!! That you got doctors working for you that don’t have a clue.

This was my second time doing a procedure at Florida center for cosmetic surgery, and the fact that I returned 10 years later for a touch up #Liposuction proved that they did a good job the first time around. Dr Alexander which I refer to everybody that asks me who did my body, because he’s an awesome surgeon. Follow his advice as far as taking care of yourself with exercise and eat right as much as you can and your great body will last more than a decade, and I only went back to touch up other areas since I still looked good 10 years later to the point he asked what I am doing here lol I replied I want pure perfection all over, and my breast augmentation still look like I did it recently when it was done a decade ago. Of course when it’s time to get redone I’ll be heading to Florida center for cosmetic surgery to do it..

Just got home from my second fat reduction surgery. Their staff is awsome. From their recetionist to nurses and Drs. Very positive atmosphere. Ive had good life changing results on both my surgeries. A+++.

I had my 1st breast implant surgery in Naples because I thought the more money I paid, the better outcome I would get. Boy was I wrong. I was very unsatisfied with my first surgery 16 years ago, but thought nobody else couldve done any better...WRONG! I paid $1,500 less for my 2nd breast implant augmentation at Florida Center with Dr. John Pinnella who did 10 times better of a job then my first surgeon. I HIGHLY recommend Florida Center and Dr. John Pinnella as he did an outstanding job! I was an out-of-town patient and Melinda made the process as smooth as could be. My whole experience was terrific!
