They are very organized and the doc is great. They are clean, helpful, and he has a great bedside manner. The staff is wonderful and he’s a great doctor. I always left happy!! I highly Recommend them for injections. They get 5 stars for sure!!!

Beware of this clinic the doctor... i paid for the surgery then there was a mistake in the whole process of the pandemic and when it was time to return part of the money this doctor told me he was going bankrupt and that he didn’t even have enough money to pay his mortgage..., what does that have to do with money that he had already received without doing anything BEWARE PLEASE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY HE IS A LIAR SAVE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I had lipo in several areas with Dr. Stratt and had a very good experience. He had excellent bedside manners, probably the best I’ve ever seen, and I felt very comfortable with him. The numbing part was a little uncomfortable but the procedure itself as well as the recovery was painless . They were very attentive throughout the whole procedure and always prioritizing my comfort and my safety at all times. The recovery is going super fast. The first day after the procedure I did not even need to take any painkillers, not even Tylenol! I was just sore. My skin has already started to tighten and although it’s going to take a while for the swelling to go down, I’m seeing a great result. He did a wonderful job and seems to be a perfectionist which is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend him if you want to remove stubborn pockets of fat with an almost painless procedure with a very fast recovery. He is very concerned with safety as well, and given my history, that was a priority. With Dr. Stratt, you don’t have to settle, you’re getting the whole package which is hard to find in a doctor these days. Kerri, the nurse was an angel who also did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable throughout the whole day of the procedure. Overall, I felt a safe, comfortable and warm environment. I received very personalized attention, and you will not feel like you’re in an assembly line like other surgery centers. Dr. Stratt is attentive, kind and communicative even after the procedure for any questions I’ve ever had. I would have absolutely loved to go back and get just one more area done with him again, (my arms) but unfortunately the pricing for just 1 area is incredibly overpriced. This is the only thing I’m sad about. I wish they would make it a tiny bit more affordable for my 1 extra area I have left to do, considering that I’d be a repeating client. Overall, if you need smart lipo done, this is the place to go and don’t think about it twice! You’ll be in the best hands. I absolutely fell in love with this place, and with Dr. Stratt, who is flawless! I take my reviews seriously and take my time to write honest and detailed reviews. I’ve suffered with adult acne for the past 6 years. I’ve tried a lot of products and have had many facials trying to get rid of it. With in one year of being treated by the esthetician here, Joy, (she is a joy!) she has cured me of acne and has totally altered the texture of my skin to be smooth and clear. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. She’s given me a skin care regiment that I can keep up with and isn’t just trying to sell me products. You can tell Joy is passionate about what she does as well as the rest of the staff here. They are so friendly, they’re customer service is above and beyond. I am so thankful to be one of patients. Wow ! While this place was highly recommended by a good source they must have changed staff since they were here. Front desk is awesome.. however Lisa the scheduler is very confused and while this is my second time trying to have a procedure I do NOT recommend this place!The first time my Pre-op tests we not reviewed PRIOR to my procedure and my procedure was stopped after I was medicated and the MD had started the procedure.Today I arrive for a scheduled appointment. And I am not on the schedule. I have email confirmation and nothing cancelling it.After posting a review the first time I was contacted and asked via voicemail to remove my review I will not do that again.So happy for modern technology!I have emails, phone messages and texts with the staff to validate this post.

Called to make an appointment for a consultation. Never received a confirmation of appointment call like I did from every other office I set up consultations with. Had an appointment for Monday at 2 and something came up so I called at 11 the same day and asked to have it pushed to 3 if possible. They said it was available and rescheduled for me.When I arrived, I signed in and (again, like every other place I went to) gave my ID and filled out paperwork. I thought it was strange when the girl behind the counter told me they didnt need my ID, so I was already sketched out by the fact that they didnt even want to confirm I was old enough to be there seeking a plastic surgery consultation. I am, but still, that was protocol everywhere else and here I was given back my ID with a kind of attitude from the staff.When I finished filling out the paperwork I figured it would be maybe 20 minutes max before I was called back. 45 minutes later and I have been assured 3 separate times that I will be called in soon and that If they had a room available, of course they would take me. UM HELLO, THATS WHY I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. Literally the whole point. I was even more bothered because I had pushed my appointment back by an hour, effectively freeing up an hour of their schedule, and then they claim they dont have a room available for their appointment? Meanwhile 2 other people who I guess had already been there had walked in and had gone straight back while I had already been waiting for quite some time.Also, a few times, the doctor himself came out into the reception area and looked right at me but didnt even smile to acknowledge a potential new customer ready to spend thousands of dollars. Eventually I just left because they still hadnt taken me in and I knew just based on my experience *trying* to get in for my consultation, that I wouldnt trust this office to touch a hair on my head, let alone preform surgery on me and take my money.Definitely wont be back. Even if I tried, they probably wouldnt have a room available.

The first time I walked into Dr. Stratt’s practice I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely calming energy of the space itself and the friendly staff. I have had a great experience with Dr. Stratt and his friendly staff. I had my first procedure in 2013 which came out great and once healed even got to see my abs that were hiding under abdominal fat. Fast forward to 2016 I had a second lips procedure to touch up the first one since I gained a couple lbs. back as well as the flank(Lover Handles) and inner thighs. As with my first procedure the surgery went great and my results were amazing. For the second procedure I added a round of Venus Legacy treatments to tighten some of the skin and I have been impressed on how quickly those areas have improved. Dr. Stratt is the only doctor I would trust considering the results I have seen and I have even referred friends to his office so he could correct botch jobs they had from other doctors. I highly recommend body care as the results speak for themselves and his staff is amazing!!!

Dr. Stratt is a nice and competent doctor, however his office is a mess. Each time Ive gone for a simple cosmetic procedure, Ive waited at least a half hour to get into the room, and then at least another 10 or 15 minutes to see him. (This is a 5-minute procedure). This last time I had a confirmed appointment and waited 45 minutes. Several times, I asked the receptionist what the approximate wait time was, but she seemed clueless and would say Ill find out and then disappear and return 10 minutes later, without a response. Finally, I just left. No one bothered to follow up to find out why. Nice doctor; extremely unreasonable wait times-- and disorganized staff.

The experience I’ve had with Dr. Stratt has been by far the BEST! Not only is he an amazing Dr. but a caring human being. He has the absolute best bed side manner and makes sure your needs are 110% met. I told him exactly what I wanted and boy did I get it! I have not felt this confident in a long time. Dr. Stratt’s team is absolutely divine the sweetest girls ever! They make you feel right at home and that is very appreciated. All in all I have never felt better about my decision and will continue to come to Dr. Stratt for all my beauty care needs.

There are variety of different clinics to choose from but Body Care stands out with great staff and professionalism in every aspect. The atmosphere is always friendly and they have great employees. Will definitely recommend Body Care to any of my friends.

On Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 12:10 pm I called the office to speak to Lisa Burgos. The receptionist informed me she was not available, and I explained why I was calling. As I was speaking to her, she hung up on me without saying anything, which was just rude. Not sure why, but thats never acceptable! Although, Lisa called back to find out what the issue was, she was only concerned about how this review could/would hurt their business. I understood everything from her end, but maybe some new training about how to treat people who call may be appropriate for the receptionist.

I would definitely recommend Body Care. Dr Stratt is phenomenal and his team of high trained and accommodating staff made my experience wonderful. Thank you I am so happy I made the right choice you guys are the best.

The best in the business for Smartlipo. I loved Dr Stratt from the get go he was great at listening to my concerns and understanding. My results are amazing in just 3 weeks. Yesterday April 10th I went in and do my liposuction surgery with dr stratt. And was easy professional at its highest. My surgery was smooth and easy and staff make me felt great before and after my surgery. So far I am disappointed in my results. I guess this was a VERY expensive lesson in that old adage that the only way to lose weight is to move more and eat less. I tried to take the easy way and substitute a surgical method for the hard work required. I have no issue with the staff, only with my expectations for a magic cure..

I recently moved to Florida, and never felt too concerned with my chubbiness until I got here and couldnt even comfortably wear shorts. I realized the scale was just about to reach 200 pounds, and that something had to be done. Yes, Im aware that diet and exercise are the best ways to lose weight, but I wanted a jump-start on a healthy florida lifestyle, with quick results that would keep my motivation up, so I looked into liposuction. I had 5 different consultations with clinics, and Dr Stratt was the hands-down choice for me. Other doctors tried selling me things I didnt need or want (like botox or butt lifts), and there were some others that I just felt un-important at (like cattle at a meat farm). But then I went to BodyCare and everyone at the office was super nice and helpful, and I felt immediately comfortable with Dr Stratt. The initial consultation was pretty short, but then Ivana took over and answered a ton of my questions. They were not the cheapest clinic, but a few hundred dollars extra was worth the level of comfort I felt at BodyCare. I wound up having 3 procedures done over the course of a month and a half, with a total of 6L of fat taken out overall. Anita and Carrie are the surgical techs who assist Dr Stratt, and they are fantastic, amazing ladies. They were incredibly helpful and patient and did their best to keep me relaxed. And obviously Dr Stratt himself was great, and went at my pace no matter how slow. After the initial recovery, I had a few lymphatic drainage massages with Erin and Joy, and they are both lovely ladies who make great conversation. Overall everyone is always quick with a smile and tons of compliments, and I always leave feeling great about myself. Its only been a couple months, but I’m already loving my results, and even though it was a decent chunk of savings to get all the areas done I wanted, it was well worth it. But because Im honest, here are 2 tiny negatives for perspective- once I waited for Dr Stratt at a follow-up appointment for almost 45 minutes after the appointment time. However I was not in a rush that day and so it wasnt a big deal for me, I literally took a nap while waiting. Another time my massage tech was over a half hour late, but they upgraded me for free to a fancier massage, so again, no big deal. Even with those couple small delays, my experience with BodyCare has been amazing and Im very very glad I made my choice to go with them!! Highly recommended!!

I normally do not write reviews but when I had Lipo by Dr. Stratt I had to write about this doctor who changed my life.I’m 5’2 170lbs all belly, 45 years old. My husband left me for a younger girl and I was left behind with two children and no desire to do anything good for myself. I looked in the mirror and blamed the way I looked for my husband leaving me. I disliked everything I seen within myself.After two long years, I finally decided I couldn’t live like this for myself or my children. I researched a few doctors in the area and went for 3 consultations. The last one was Body Care. I could not tell you, from the beginning to the end, the facility was impeccable and the doctors bed side manners were beyond my expectations. I like to ramble when I speak and the other two doctors cut me off and kept on talking about something I didn’t even want. Dr. Statt patiently listened and took the time to answer every one of my questions. The other doctors wanted to do my procedure under general anesthetics, putting me to sleep which I DID NOT want; he does it under local anesthetics, which I think is safer.I decided to do the procedure with Dr. Stratt at Body Care. It was the BEST decision I’ve made in years. The surgery itself was tolerable, being that I was not put to sleep but I was medicated well. I didn’t feel much pain just pressure. It wasn’t any worse than my two tattoos. After two weeks, I look AMAZING! I’m happy, I feel alive again and I think I’m ready to date. The only thing that sucks a little is the garment. I ordered two of them so when one was dirty, I had another and I didn’t have to wait for one to dry. It’s my only recommendation to you to order two.I have to thank this doctor for helping put my life together again. I feel secure and confident something I lost years ago with the weight gain. I can now look in the mirror and love what I see. I now blow dry my hair in a bra and underwear to admire my body instead of that old frumpy robe. Ive been a patient of Dr. Stratt for many years. From some previous procedures I already had experiences to compare. From the first day I went to Body Care, I felt at ease with complete confidence in Dr. Stratt and his support staff. The results of my procedures were amazing and I have remained a loyal and enthusiastic patient ever since. The office staff is amazing and the feeling I get every time I visit is fabulous.About two weeks ago I had the PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) procedure on my face, neck and hands. For a few days there was a little inflamation and some bruising (on my face), but I was pleased with the recovery after one week. Im extremely happy with the results. Patients are being deceived by this practice. I am very familiar with body sculpting technology and was totally disgusted with the video I watched. It states Smart Lipo in the presentation being used on the patient. There was absolutely no Smart Lipo used on that patient in the video. The doctor used a device called a Micro Air not even close to a laser like Smart Lipo. Laser now are well recognized as a poor device for fat reduction and Micro Air a mechanical device has its many problems. The VASER ultrasound device is the system of choice by doctors who research and understand technology. I strongly believe in telling the patient the absolute TRUTH.Jim in Naples

I had SmartLipo done at Body Care in April on my stomach and flanks. The results were amazing. I cant wait to see what my final results will be in another 4 months. As part of my post treatment I started using the Synergie treatments to reduce the appearance of cellulite. After three treatments I started seeing the results immediately. The Synergy treatments used in combination with the SmartLipo give you the best results. The staff and Dr. Stratt are always very friendly and accommodating. Im very happy with my results and continue to go regularly for the Synergie treatments.

I went to Dr Stratt about a year ago for lipo on my tummy and legs.The staff is absolutely amazing,and Dr Stratt very patience.I was very scared but the procedure was almost painless,I only felt the first needle and that was it,I was able to joke during procedure and because its local anesthetics you dont get sick.The next day you feel pretty beat up, but thats what painkillers are for.In a few days a was up and kind of running again,and 2 weeks later it was time to take the suit off.This feels kind of weird and you miss the suit at first.6 Months later the results are great.Now Im happy what I see in the mirror when I work out,and it motivated me even more.Thanks Dr Stratt

My friend Yamila went to see Dr. Stratt, she looks amazing. After that result I went to see Dr. Stratt as well. Im very happy with the results. The whole procedure was really easy, there was some bruising the next day after the procedure and I had a few lumps but those went away after a few weeks. I had my smart lipo done at Bodycare over one year ago with Dr. Stratt. I am a male age 60 and it was the best thing I ever did. My belly was too big to continue as is. Dr. Stratt took 4.5 litters of fat out of my belly and then I continued to diet and l lost another 20 lbs. My experience with Dr. Stratt and his staff was first rate. They were all professional and very helpfull. They knew what I was going through because theythemselves had done similar procedures and were very helpfull all the time. Dr. Stratt gave me his private phone number and I was allowed to call him at any time. I never needed to. I only had discomfort for the first week. I never even used my pain pills. I had researched Dr. Stratt and chose him because of his expertise in his field.In all I had a fabulous experience there. His nurse and his staff, Lisa and Lorray, are the best.

Very bad customer service especially from the front receptionist she is very rude and does not know how to help patients. I would give this place zero stars if it was possible.
