Great customer friendly environment. Prescription was sent directly from the doctor office and was able to get it the same day. Picked up a few days later when I felt better and was very happy to see it was still available. Pharmacy open at 9:00am but the supermarket is open at 7:00am every day.

Ive been going here for about 6months now and very rarely have an issue.. the pharmacists are pretty good and easy to see once a month.. there have been 1 or 2 times that theyve taken a little while after my prescription date to fill my medicine (which is very important to take every day as prescribed.. so , this time I called 4 days prior to the date to make sure it would be in stock.. The Pharmacist informed me as a heads up that some pharmacists will deny you your medication if they for whatever reason do not feel comfortable filling it[as an immediate response to my making sure it would be in stock for the day I have my appointment] ..this was reiterated verbatim and with more conviction in the pharmacists inflection each time I tried to understand what he was telling me or as his tone seemed to suggest -- warn me ..I feel pretty uncomfortable with the fact that I would be judged or stereotyped over being given the right to get my medicine filled at my regular pharmacy.. does anyone know who I can express this concern to ? Should I show up wearing a bowtie and dress pants when coming to fill my prescription to avoid being stereotyped or seemingly not worthy of my medicine by the pharmacist ? Im pretty thrown off by this.. either way.. usually I never have an issue.. but I am not so familiar with who I spoke to today and it seemed very convoluted and unethical as I wasnt aware there was a right or wrong way to come pick up whatever I am prescribed once a month for the past half a year at the same location or anywhere for that matter ..any feed back or suggestions are appreciated.. thanks

I contacted the corporate customer service portal a few days ago about some issues I had at store 850 Publix @ Las Olas. Without going into all the details of the issue, Within 2 days I was contacted by Scott the store manager and to my delight he handled all my concerns in a quick, efficient, and respectful manner. It does cost more, but you cant beat the convenience. Weather you just finished work and going home, just got released from the county klink or need something before the club.

Every pharmacist Ive had an encounter with was rude and told me they dont have my medication in stock and I tested them to see if it was all in my head, so I sent my mom in with THE SAME SCRIPT 2 hours later and they filled it. Its discriminatory and unfair.
