Only three stars for how difficult it was to get my order straightened out.Five stars for all the help I got from Anna. If not for her I was ready to give up. Now that Anna got everything straightened out I’m sure things will go smoother for future orders.

I am a kidney transplant and I go through aptiva to get my anti-rejection specialty drugs and I cannot get them in a timely manner. It has been three to four times recently that Ive had to call , its either theyve already sent it out cant get them delivered in time I need my my drugs and cannot be without. I have told the supervisor that I will pay myself to have it overnighted or Express but they are not sure if they can even do that and needed to talk to their supervisor I am trying to find another Pharmacy that can fulfill my meds and I would not recommend this Pharmacy to anyone.

TheThe Apteva personnel have always been very helpful. They call when they calculate my supplies are getting low. Everyone is very helpful accurate and my supplies come on time. Highly recommend you.

There was an incident when my husbands prescriptions got lost in the US Mail, so I sent an e-mail to AptivaRx and got connected to one of the supervisors ad explained the problem and that my husband was running very low on his medications and he needed them ASAP. These prescriptions are my husbands anti rejection meds for his kidney transplant. Well, the supervisors jumped into action. He resent the prescription and again it got lost somewhere in the US Mail system. So, the prescription was sent again, but this time the Pharmacist personally hand carried the prescription to Fedex and waited until it was loaded on the Fedex carrier. I finally got it about 2 days later. I sent an email back expressing my sincere gratitude for all of the efforts that went into this process. I also like AptivaRx because they will call me when it is time to refill my husbands prescription, that way I dont have to remember if I called them or not. The representatives are also very nice!

They always call me when my prescriptions are ready to be filled. I am happy with their service.

I’ve been dealing with Aptiva-Rx now for quite some time and we had a few “glitches” in the beginning but thanks to Mr. Edward Kunzweiler and the nice representatives that answer the lines there on a daily basis things are working well now. I even receive courtesy calls once a month to remind me to reorder my meds that will be running out within two weeks. Those calls are great, we all get busy with life and often forget to do things that are only on a monthly schedule. The reps are always nice to deal with and try to do their best each time you call them. The only thing I wish that they could do would be to fill 90 day scripts instead of just 30 day scripts. I’m sure that someday they will but until then I will still continue to do business with Aptiva, I’d recommend them to anyone, thanks you guys...Christopher C.O’keefe, Southern Chester County, Pa

OMG I have to agree with the other reviewer. I have had to deal with these people a number of times for my mothers meds and it is excruciating! It is for inhaled meds and she was needing them soon. They needed an Rx from the doctor so I called the doctors office and while I was on the phone they sent it. Days later I called to find out why I hadnt received anything saying it was shipped and they said they were waiting for the Rx!! It turns out they needed it sent to the pharmacy number, which I then got, called the doctors office and had it sent. THEN it took them another few days in which they said that they needed medical records! I told them that my Mother NEEDED that med and they HAD the Rx so they needed to send it! They did send it and they said that they would give a courtesy call when it was ready to ship again (could not be shipped automatically).This time when it was getting low I called and said they told me they would give a courtesy call when it was ready to order again. She told me that they needed her medical records which would take up to 72 hours to process before they could ship. She then told me they sent it out without getting the medical records the last time(??!) but they needed it THIS time.I dont understand, if they HAVE an Rx from the doctor why they cant just fill it! And if they NEED the medical records then why dont they keep on top of it and request it again from the doctors office (making sure the office has the correct number to fax it to!).I give up, going to get it through the local Costco! Even if it costs a few dollars extra it is WORTH it not to deal with these people!!
