Poor billing ethics- make sure to gather all information previous to being seen as they can 3 yrs later bill you for not filing to your insurance properly.

Told me the visit was $87 dollars copay. Then they charged me for additional unwanted and unexplained tests and the bill was $1,000. This was my first visit here for simple check up. I was only seen by the nurse and not even the doctor. I cancelled my follow up appointment. They calculated my bill with a piece of paper and calculator and made mistakes while calculating. Then they said don’t worry you only pay 20% because we will your insurance 80%. So an office visit is ended up costing $1,000 and $200 billable to me for a hearing test that took 5 mins. I will never go back.

The service was welcoming as i enter the doors, the staff was friendly and conversational and the informative. Through each step of the way they make sure you get the best service. Thanks you guys and thank you Dr. See you all next week. The only recommendation i have is to offer patients a cup of tea/coffee or a drink of water.

I had surgery on my nose last July 2018 and my experience was very pleasant. Dr. Dumornay, Maria and the rest of the staff is an absolute delight. They are very caring and compassionate. Im also going for once a week allergy shots and its been going very well. Im also having laser hair removal and so far its been going well. I would recommend this doctor and his staff to my family members and friends. Oh and by the way, my husband had his tonsils removed by Dr Dumornay when other doctors told him they couldnt because of his age and healing period. Its been about two years now and hes doing wonderful.

Check in to exam room process was quick and easy, everyone there is so nice and pleasant. Dr explained everything very clearly and now I finally have a solid plan for my sinus issue. Definitely recommend this ENT office.

First the positives: When I was actual able to see the doctor, he was extremely nice, professional and seemed to care about my questions. Also, the PA and the rest of the staff are all extremely nice as well - no complaints there.Negatives: Be prepared to wait at minimum 60-90 minutes to be seen. There were a few times a 15 minute check-up turned into me being there for 3-4 hours. Furthermore, the couple times I was actually supposed to meet with the doctor, he didnt show those days and I finally said I wasnt leaving until I actually see him - I waited and he finally came in for the appointment. Also, the office as a whole is fairly unorganized (again, just from my experience and being a business owner myself). I would get called in to review results - show up and come to find out they werent there. Lastly, the procedure I had done typically cost no more than $10,000, on average its anywhere between $3-7k, therefore, Im being generous with this. Ultimately the sinus balloon procedure cost over $30k. Granted, my insurance took care of it, but principally this kind of act is what messes up costs of healthcare.

Dr. Dumornay and his team gave me the gift of fresh air again. Since my surgery o have not had one sinus infection or cold. I was plagued with constant sinus issues that have led to cases of pneumonia and his team changed my life!

Made my appointment online two times and they are canceling my appointment without reason.the worst costumer services, called in the phone no one want to help. I do not recommend them at all and I will file complaint with my Insurance.

The doctors and staff are great and did a really good job taking care of me. Biggest complaint though is how long of a wait it is for even the most simple of visits. Expect to wait an hour or almost two to get in. The majority of my time spent here was waiting

The checkin process was quick and front desk staff welcoming. First visit and saw ARNP Espinel who was a thorough Clinician and very professional in her exam and history review. Also clearly explains the plans and recommendations. Thanks
