Dr. Hanft was excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable and her staff go above and beyond to get you super fast appointments with surgeons. She clearly cares about her patients.

I saw Dr. Hanft and then wanted a copy of my office visit record. It was a song and a dance getting the record. After I got the medical record, I noticed a couple of things she wrote that were not true. I called the office to have them corrected, and Jessica was very rude to me. They corrected the record after my insistence and gave me the new medical records with two pages of crossed out lines. I insisted that thats not acceptable, that I wanted a clean, corrected medical record. After over a week of hassles, the record was somewhat corrected. As a result of all that, she discharged me from her office. A NASTY DOCTOR WITH A NASTY STAFF; dysfunctional, as a previous review mentioned. Dont go there !!!

I saw Dr. Hanft in 2010 as a consultation from my primary care MD. Cannot recall what I had (sinus issue, I think) but it was cured. Here I am in 2018 and I have a new problem but I remembered seeing Dr. Hanft and was happy with what she did and decided to call. Seen and cured again. 2019: I now see her every 6 months, at my request, due to a recurring wax buildup. Staff are also very nice

I called to make an appt with the office after being referred by my perodontist, unfortunately when I called was told they would call back in 5 min when they did not call back 2 hours later I called back and was put on hold for 15 min and then they hung up, I tried again Monday morning and was put on hold by the same rude receptionist again and again 10 min on hold and again they hung up. I called my Dr. Let them know what had happened and looks like they will not be sending any more patients there. If it was that hard to just talk and make an appt. Can you imagine how dysfunctional the office is. Made an appt with the new office

I think Dr Hanft is a great Doctor. She really cares about your concerns and trys hard to resolve them.I have some concerns about the staff.

Dr. Hanft and her staff are hands down the best and brightest in South Florida. They take their time with you, they remember the ins and outs of your specific nuances, and they are flexible, knowledgeable and as nice as they come.

I originally visited Dr Hanffs office for a chronic cough, had an examine & sent for an endoscopy, nothing was ever resolved. I later discovered it was a non specific seasonal allergy, I now take and over-the-counter allergy medication and it is now controlled. My hearing had been declining for sometime and It was suggested I have a hearing test. Long story short, after having the test at this office, I bought a $3000 hearing aid which never really helped much. I had been back several times for adjustments, but ended up rarely wearing it. Fast forward a year. I had a chronic respiratory infection for 3 weeks and found another ENT. While under his treatment, he requested all of my records from Dr. Hanffs office. On my next visit my new doctor , reviewing my records , did a 1 minute test and thought I probably had conductive hearing loss. Like Dr Hanff, he does not do surgery, but gave me a list of 3 qualified surgeons. I had another test to confirm, had the surgery in the right ear and now I can hear, this was covered by my insurance, I am scheduled for my left ear in another 6 months. As this was no fault of the hearing aid, I felt I should have at least been reimbursed their profit from selling me this. It was not disclosed that I had conductive hearing loss, which other audiologist have told me is a pretty obvious diagnosis, as my 802nd Dr did instantly from Dr. Hanffs records. Had I been informed, I would have had the surgery and NOT purchased the hearing aid, so is it incompetence or greed? I wrote Dr Hanff and the audiologist, received a call going back to the warranty of the hearing aid which had nothing to do with the problem , hence my review.

Dr. Hanft provides such great care. Always leave understanding my condition better and feeling better soon after.

Typical greedy New Yorkers, who continue to give Fort Lauderdale a bad name. When you walk into the tiny office, the girl at the front desk is very rude - expect her to snatch your credit card and talk back for no reason. The doctor, who makes you wait forever, has no love for first time patients, and for some reason doesnt like Eastern Europeans.

THE WORSTSPENT MORE TIME FILLING OUT PAPERWORK THAN WITH HERSHE GAVE ME A PIECE OF PAPER TELLING ME TO GET OVER THE COUNTER MEDICINETHEN GOT CHARGED ALMOST. $300
