You decide....I had my knee replaced by Dr. Roche. (October 15, 2019), I went to my post op. appointment after 6 weeks. Dr. Roche examined me (seems like a good guy) and said I had a 2 week window to get the knee bending a lot more otherwise I would need manipulation under anesthesia ASAP before it became a permanent problem. He prescribed a steroid pack and other prescriptions that his staff knew nothing about. He left on vacation. After 2 weeks of intense 3 hour daily Physical therapy I called to get in to see Dr Roche after the 2 week critical window to get the knee bending...Im not close to where it should be and my knee probably needs manual manipulation...who knows? My doctor would know but I called for what I assumed would be a two week follow up but again his nursing staff after being put on hold every-time for 20 minutes couldnt make the appointment without a call back informing me that the next visit wouldnt happen for another 40 days and that Dr. Roche only comes in 2 days a week. Wouldnt you think the Doctor might actually make a call. I doubt his staff even informed him of my situation. There seems to be little follow thru communication between Doctor and staff...With regard to follow up scheduling by staff..non-existent! Out of sight out of mind...

Poor patient treatment. Want payment upfront with insurance. The office staff wouldnt confirm the insurance. Wanted me to but still pay upfront. They are only about the bottom line which is unfortunate.

Dr. Roche is an excellent Opthamologist. I usually have to be seen by a neuro ophthalmologist for my graves eye disease but Dr.Roche is knowledge of my condition and I’m assuming many others. Makes sense since he works for Hollycross as well.

I visited this office on November 13th 2017 at 9 a.m. was informed by the young lady at the window the Ophthalmologist did not come in until 2:30. I arrived back at the office at 2:27 it is now 3:34 still no one has seen or called my name what was the purpose, service is terrible I guess cash is not as good at this office as it is in the rest of the world.
