Wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and Dr. Nguyen did an excellent job stitching my leg after getting a fish bite. Highly recommended. Little to no wait time- I was attended to right away. Thank you so much to all those at Broward Medical and Urgent Care for being so kind and helpful.

I was so please with Mason who was a big help when I called today. You see my son who was stuck at the airport wasnt able to fly out to Chili due to the covid test he had done here in Houston was done a day to early. With that being said my son was on his own and had no idea what to do, so me as his mother, here from Pasadena Texas called around to see who offered the test with at least 24 hours turn around results. Well Mason made it happen, he guided my son and did the test and was told we would have the results in by 8pm today(5/15/21). Guess what my son had his results by 5 pm, thank all the staff who helped with this whole process!!

Convenient location absolutley, Scam absolutley... over charge and wont tell you until after the write up your insurance. Also they are not affiliated with broward medical. Becarful dont get scammed.Also regarding covid testing. Go somewhere else. Where only your insurance is charged. Here they will charge you and insurance.

This is the BEST Urgent Care Facility I’ve ever been to!! The staff was amazing very fast & efficient. I came here because I had glass stuck in my foot & Dr Chau Nguyen was AMAZINGGGG she was very careful and really took her time. I was very nervous because I didn’t want anyone inpatient poking in my foot making thing’s worst But Lord she was a blessing so thankful for this place!!!!

I highly recommend Broward Medical Urgent Care! Kathy, Shiella, and Deja were so kind and professional. We were seen quickly and the office was extremely organized. They even had lollipops for the little ones. From start to end it was a great experience.

Amazing staff what a great place to get a rapid pcr test

Front desk told me they’d take “couple of months” to bill my insurance after they billed me the entire amount upfront. They also hung up on me when I called back to speak to the Dr in regards to a different matter.

It cost $35 with my Insurance for Covid test and I got the results the next evening. The staff I spoke to didn’t know what time I’d get the results, just the next day. I went in at approximately 1:00 pm on Monday and got the results at 10:00 pm Tuesday.

Clean facility. Nice receptionist and staff. Doctor kind. Very few patients, but still had to wait an hour. $125, will take insurance but who has met their deductible is soon in the New Year?

We had to travel fast due to a family emergency. We were desperate to get a PCR covid test fast . They stayed open for us on a Saturday afternoon the medical assistant was extremely kind and professional!! We got our test results Sunday at 4 pm ! Less than 24hrs on the weekend ! We Thank Broward Medical center for helping us during the most difficult time in our life’s .

Went their last month for rapid testing and the experience was fine , went in the afternoon and had the results early the next morning . I went back thinking the experience will be the same this time and it wasn’t the case . Went again late afternoon to take the test and now it’s 24 hrs the next day and still no results . Have called and they said they don’t know instead of giving me a time frame or letting me know they may be behind or something and emailed them and nothing . Thought the tests were rapid but I guess that ball was dropped last month

They are falsely advertising in their website they offer saliva Covid testing. When you call, really unpleasant receptionist thats giggling as if she was high, says they do not. Fix your website and hire better, more professional staff!!!

The staff is extremely efficient, friendly, and most of all reliable. I travel a lot for business which requires a lot of Covid Testing and can always count on this team to deliver my results on time.

The last two reviews left by Nicole and Vicki do not reflect anything accurate whatsoever about this urgent care facility. The staff is always friendly, there is no long waits, and the doctor is prompt, listens, and cares. If you werent actually seen and recieved services you shouldnt be allowed to leave a review

I called and spoke to the Doctor directly Friday afternoon who told me more than once that if I came 1st thing Saturday morning I would have my test results that afternoon as I was scheduled to fly that evening. We arrived 10min before they opened and when the nurse greeted us she informed me that our results would not be back until Monday morning. We had to scramble and waste my morning because the Doctor either lied/did not know what he was saying or was uninformed about his practice, processes and procedures. If they cant handle the little things ...................................

Terrrrrrrible front desk. I asked how much a Covid test was and they said “not free” and then she laughed... then said “they are like $200 or something”. Some places are free and some charge (understandably) so it is not a stupid question to ask. I would have definitely paid the price if it weren’t for the terrible service provided.

I was pleased they were able to see me promptly for a Covid test but they lied about calling my insurance to verify coverage. They claimed I did not have urgent care coverage and we had to pay $125. I verified with my insurance company that they would have covered the test and there was no record of their call.

Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I was given minimal information over the phone and was met with a rude tone both over the phone and in person. When I got there I asked about the covid testing, the person working at the front desk scoffed and told said, you know its $125, right? as if they assumed I wouldnt be able to pay.

Highly recommend this place. My little one who was suffering from antibiotics side effects was dealt in the most gentle way it could be by Katy(I am not sure about the exact name). The lady was so bright and heart-warming. It had been a very pleasant experience for us when my little ones tummy was not pleasant. We would recommend this place to everyone. BTW, the front desk staff is nice too.

IF YOU NEED URGENT CARE GO TO THIS FACILITY!! I called Broward Medical looking for a place to take my wife who had become ill. From my initial phone call they were incredible. They told us to come in immediately. My wife and I were treated like family members from the ENTIRE STAFF! This facility is a full service one meaning when my wife needed blood work done they did it on site instead of sending us else where. After filling out paperwork we were immediately led to an examining room which was immaculate. Meagan put my wife and I at ease and diagnosed the problem right away after conducting several tests. They prescribed the appropriate medication and my wife started feeling better the very same day. The next day the Dr. called to follow up and discussed her recovery at length (not the standard 2 minute call). Meagan then followed up 2 days later to once again check up on her.Im sorry I didnt reference everyones name in this posting because you all did a wonderful job and we are truly thankful for all that each of you did.Thank you Thank you Thank you!!Keith & Susana Grout

We love this place. We were down here on vacation and they were able to help us immediately. We come down here quite a bit and we wouldnt think about going anywhere else. Meagan Irwin help our son with his coup and because of her advice we have not had to go to an ER in over a year. Before we saw her we were in the ER 4-6 times a year. Thank you Broward Urgent Care

After the professional and caring treatment I received at Broward Medical and Urgent Care, I would never go anywhere else. They got me right in and took great care of me. Meagan the PA was helpful, caring and informative. I highly recommend this place.

A very caring and friendly staff. One of my pet pevs is when a Dr. Does not take his time and listen to you as youre describing your symptoms.This was not the case with Dr. Roach and Dr Karen, they were both very attentive to my situation. These Drs are class acts and I would send my own mother there.

Awesome doctor! Absolutely recommend if you’re in the ft Lauderdalearea and need urgent care.

Best urgent care ever. No waiting time and excellent doctors

I had an emergency this weekend and did not want to go to the er as we all know how costly that is . I googled this place and it was down the street from my job which is a plus . This place is a hidden gem . The doctors are sweet , patient and caring people . I swear i felt they really wanted to see me get better . I left here feeling taken care of and all my concerns were addressed. I really loved this place and will always look to come here over the Er .

I would definitely recommend this place! Great bedside manner. He met me right away on a Sunday evening and afterwards even jumped my car battery. Very nice man.

Front desk acts like theyre doing you a favor get some new employees

I called a head to make sure they took my insurance and that they do not take appointments, I can in and the first girl asked me to call my insurance company, I then did and they wanted to know why and the second girl said I didnt, there was no one there when I got there so should be first come first serve, after I got there a friend of the doctors from Boston came in and he was not only seen first then I was told $100 because its urgent care (should have said that when I asked if they take insurance. Then the doctor proceeded to chit chat with his friend and the nurses I was there an hour and a half and walked out I even told them on the phone and in person I was in the middle of work and trying to squeeze in.

Rude staff and doctor, the exam was a joke, it didn’t even last 3 minutes. They asked me to come back the next day for blood work since I arrived after the lab technician left and when I asked to have the prescription called into my pharmacy as I was I’ll, the doctors response was that the staff is too busy, I ended up in the emergency room and being admitted the next day

They do coast guard physicals and drug testing.

Called at 6:30pm war really sick, Dr.Rochewaited for me. I was prescribe meds that worked. Felt better in a few days.

For non-insurance people, this place is the best option to find out what is going on with your body.

Friendly doctor, however I was charged $450 for a sore throat visit. I was told by a staff member that if I went to the hospital, I wiould be charged $2000 for a sore throat visit.
