Where do I begin?! 5 stars through and through! Everyone from the office staff to the nurses who assist through the delivery were amazing! The midwives and Dr. Skeet were thorough and took their time with me and my questions on every prenatal visit. After having 3 babies elsewhere and recently moving to South Florida I was looking for a practice who would be naturally minded and only suggest interventions when necessary. I was so pleased with their care and encouragement to have a beautiful natural water-birth even when I doubted my own strength at the end. I’m so thankful to have found Serene Health to welcome our sweet boy into our family with the best care South Florida has to offer!

I’m so disappointed in such a well recommended Obstetrician-Gynecologist’s office, Serene Health’s website lists management of high risk obstetrics as a service offered but they will turn you away the minute or possibility that they are or will be needed for high risk obstetrics. Also there is no dignity offered as an existing patient to be informed by a medical professional who can explain why you can not be seen for obstetrics. I regret being a patient at Serene Health for regular gynecological appointments and wasting my money.

Dr. Skeete is absolutely amazing. She is always very calm, welcoming and easy to talk to. Staff is very nice as well, pleasant and great communication.She performed my surgery and I was so nervous until she entered the room; she brings a calming aura. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and I’ve never had a problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Dr Skeete may be one of my favorite humans ever!Dr Skeete delivered my son 15 years ago.. she made delivery stress free and i was not the easiest patient. 15 years later my respect for her as a doctor has only multiplied. She takes time with you, never rushes you, answers questions and gives advice. The most amazing care team EVER! This was my 3rd pregnancy at the age of 35. The entire Serene OBGYN team were so attentive, caring and reassuring throughout my very challenging pregnancy. None of my appointments felt rushed, they sat down and answered my questions, calls were returned in a timely fashion etc... Amy even picked up on symptoms that I dismissed as regular pregnancy symptoms when in reality were serious health concerns that needed to be addressed. Best OBGYN ever. My friend told me about Skeete many years ago so when We were considering having babies I switched doctors and it’s been the best decision ever. Erin is amazing as well! I just had my second baby with Serene Health. I could not have felt more loved and safe throughout my journey. I was able to have an in hospital water birth and it was an incredible experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

I started going to Serene Health on the beginning of my second trimester. The staff is extremely helpful attentive and kind. The nurse practitioners are absolutely amazing, they made me feel comfortable from day one. On 1/11/2021 Dr.Delisa Skeete delivered my Mo/Di twin baby boys via C-Section. I have never had any surgery and the thought of going through a c-Section was very scary to me. Dr. Skeete did such an amazing job with my surgery. I am now 4 weeks PP and healed up! My scar is unnoticeable! I am absolutely amazed by her work. She also did my boys circumcisions and it is absolutely flawless! Dr. Skeete has the hands of an angel. I am so lucky, honored and happy that I found this practice. If I had to do this again I would go to Dr. Skeete in a heartbeat. Thank you Dr.Skeete for your amazing work!

I’ve had 2 natural births with Serene Health, my last one being a water birth. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Skeete and Erin Gilbert who each did a delivery. I was 38 when I had my first and 41 when I had my 2nd and they never made me feel “high risk”. I love how they listen to what you want and don’t try and force you into making decisions against your wishes. I was 11 days over my due date with my 1st and 6 with my 2nd. Most doctors would have pushed to induce and/or schedule a c-section. Instead I was able to let my girls come when they were ready and I had 2 beautiful, perfect births! 9 lbs 8 oz and 9 lbs 3 oz!

I love Dr. Skeete and the staff. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel welcomed. Today I had my annual visit and was in and out in less than an hour, which I thought was pretty impressive.

As always Dr. Skeetes office was in pristine condition. The staff are attentive and invested in the patients comfort. I was 45 min early, given the paperwork to complete and brought back AHEAD of my appointment! My visit was not rushed, time was taken to get reacquainted, and any questions I had were answered. I was given options and not told this is what needed to be done! The exam room was comfortable and clean. Thank you for another great experience and expeditious yet thorough visit!

I cannot recommend Serene Health enough!!!After my daughters birth ended in a c-section, I was devastated and felt like a failure after trying so hard to achieve something and not being able to do it the way I had envisioned. My husbands job relocated us to south Florida and we started thinking of expanding our family. I began researching midwives, birth centers, and OBs that accepted VBAC patients as I knew that would be the route I wanted to pursue when it came to the birth of our next child.I was looking for someone that would understand my apprehensions and fears going into this pregnancy. After researching Serene Health and meeting with the amazing team, I knew I had found where I needed! The staff was so warm and welcoming and I looked forward to seeing all the sweet ladies at every appointment. Dr. Skeete, Erin, and Tatyana make such a great team!Dr. Skeetes calming energy and directions helped to center me when I needed it most and I can happily say I was able to welcome our son by VBAC. Being able to immediately hold him in my arms was beyond anything I had dreamed and had been something I had mourned not getting to do with our daughter.Thank you Dr. Skeete for guiding me through one of the most intense, rewarding, exciting events of my life!!! I will never forget you and am so thankful to have chosen you

So, it’s a mixed review. I think the key point is that when you choose this practice because of Dr Skeete, it’s a mistake. Most probably you won’t see her. And almost definitely she won’t deliver you. However, it doesn’t mean that the midwives aren’t great - they are. And the approach, if you are after natural etc, is great - probably this practice is the most natural OBGYN/hospital led care. However, I haven’t seen dr Skeete despite the fact that I delivered prematurely and asked for a follow up appointment with her so that somebody could try to provide me with any potential causes. Despite the attempt, I didn’t get the appointment as Dr Skeete was booked out all the way into Aug...and I called in May. Neither the receptionist tried to comfort me somehow.Another disappointing thing - none of the practice midwives actually delivered me. I was put into the hospital on a bed rest to try to keep the baby inside for another week after the water broke at 33 weeks. But I went into Labor later that night. I tried really hard to explain to the nurses in the maternity ward and the ones coming from the labour and delivery, that something has changed and the contractions are getting into a pattern and that they need to either consider stopping the Labor as we we trying to get this extra week or transfer me to L&D. And this is my second baby, so I knew what was happening. Long story short: I was transferred to L&D when I had to push already. Non of Skeete’s midwives made it on time, but even more frustrating: they couldn’t tell me what was the plan, ie to stop the Labor or not, so I ended up laboring and delivering by myself as neither my husband nor doula had enough notice. A very nice doctor on call delivered me. But the whole situation was really unacceptable.So, when you decide to go with the practice, think about the midwives - if you like them, go for it, if you think it’s Dr Skeete - you’ll be disappointed

Dr. Skeete is amazing and so is her staff! They helped me have a successful VBAC which meant the world to me. It is so hard to find a OBGYN willing to do a VBAC. This team is Knowledgeable, caring, and friendly.

10/10 5 stars for this amazing group of women!!! I’ve delivered both of my babies with Dr. Skeete and couldn’t have imagined it any other way! She is truly wonderful... and while my first delivery got a little complicated , she came & pushed me to keep going & stood by me post-delivery when I needed the extra support! My second was a breeze & sharing those intimate moments of bringing our babies into the world with her is such a special bond & im so grateful for it. Dr. Skeete has such a calming sense about her & makes you feel comfortable and in the best hands. Same goes for every single person we came in contact with at Broward Health from triage to checkout. Although they weren’t part of the delivery, Amy & Tatyana were always amazing & professional at all my visits prior. They are thorough & caring, & their passion is truly evident in each encounter I had with them. The staff at this office are all so special as well, I miss seeing everyone in this office every month & always joke that I want to have another baby so we can see each other more often again! I recommend them to anyone that ever asks me & will be a forever patient of Serene Health!!!

I transferred to Serene Health late in my pregnancy when I realized that my original practitioner wasn’t going to be able to give me the experience I wanted. I could not be more thankful that I was able to make the switch!! Dr. Skeete and the entire staff gave me the most amazing experience, starting with my appointments through my delivery. I was fortunate enough to have Amy, Tatyana and Dr. Skeete attend during labor at various points and was so beyond lucky to have their expertise, patience and support that day. Tatyana delivered my baby and I couldn’t adore her more - she truly listened to me and knew what was best for me and my baby and I was able to have the birth I had hoped for! I’ll forever be grateful to the entire practice and can’t wait to continue my relationship with them. Beyond thankful!!

I was referred to Dr. Skeete by my primary doctor who is friends with the Dr. and said nothing but amazing things. I am a new patient and I made an appointment for my annual unfortunately a couple days before my appointment they called to reschedule me because the NP was going on vacation. I was disappointed because they couldn’t see me for another month but things happen so I let it go. I called to double check the new date and they girl at the front desk was so unprofessional and kept laughing with her colleagues. I could barely understand her because she seemed to occupied with her work friends. Now a month later they call me to reschedule again! This is the second time. Unfortunately this is not the type of place I want to make my home gyno EVER! Don’t waste your time.

They are definitely on time with their appointments! Always a good experience. My only issue is that some of the office staff are not well versed on your benefit plan and try to stonewall you when you want to make an appointment earlier

Very efficient, friendly office staff and Dr. Skeete Henry herself is so great! I didn’t have to wait long at all and she really took the time to chat with me about my lifestyle and concerns.
