To be honest, the children are great to work for. The only issues i had was that 1. Too many supervisors who cannot lead, strongly and 2. The curriculum for these children have no substance. They repeat most of the same things and most o the teachers and staff do not relate to these children as an educator should be. I truly loved working here but its too confusing to try to figure out, why am I wasting such valuable time here, but then I remember I did it because I cared and wanted to help make a difference. Beware, the pay is extremely low for the foolishness that goes on here. Communication is not the strongest link here....Ive met some great parents, transporters and even a few teachers but lets face it.....its time to move on.
