Its been almost 2 years since my hair transplant. I cant express enough how happy I am with my results. Every step of the way, Dr Max and his staff did an excellent job. Since the very beginning, I felt their genuine care and transparency about what they do. During the consultation, the doctor was very generous with his time. His surgical coordinator was also extremely knowledgeable and professional.During the procedure, I was awake and watched TV the entire time, so I know how much work is involved in this type of procedure. What impressed me the most was that Dr Max did the actual procedure himself, with his assistants providing a helping hand. I did not expect that, since in my previous research I was under the impression that hair technicians did most of the work. The fact that Dr Max extracts and implants the hair grafts himself showed to me how committed he is to his craft, and to his patients.After the procedure, the communication between the office and myself was flawless. If I had any questions. they would respond almost immediately, even if it was on the weekends. When it comes to aftercare, I did everything they told me to and came in for my scheduled follow-up appointments. I am also using Dr Maxs topical solution that he prescribed to prevent losing my non transplanted hair.I started seeing initial results about 5 months after the procedure. After a year, there was a huge improvement, but even since then, my hair got a lot denser. Overall, I would say this was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Excellent facilities and Dr.Max answered all my questions I had about my hair, I definitely recommend this place!Update: a year passed and the result looks amazing! Check out the before and after pictures. The procedure comes with 2 PRP sessions each six months apart. Took 5% min twice a day and 1mg fin everyday for a year. Hyperbaric chamber is recommended by the doctor after the surgery. All in all great experience from the doctor and the staffs. Highly recommend this clinic for hair transplant.

This is a 4.5 star review and I have nothing but good things to say so far . My surgery was about 16 hours and I had about 1800 grafts done . If you want yours to go faster , shave your head , I didn’t . The pain can vary anywhere form 1-8 scale depending on your pain threshold. I will say that the dentist hurts a lot more . The only reason I have given a 4.5 star rating and not 5 is because of the crown of my head notFully coming in yet , supposedly it takes longer for that are so I’m holding out for that . I also received 3 PRP treatments which were absolutely great , I saw a big difference in hair thickness right away and definitely recommend the procedure to others . Kelly is always helpful and is there to answer any questions. Doctor Maxim is very professional and his staff always does a great job . I highly recommend this facility for your hair care needs . As a busy physician, I had promised myself that once my student loans were paid off I would get my hair taken care of. I researched extensively and can say that I had high expectations which were easily met. Dr. Maxim and his staff are professional, courteous and informative. I had extensive hair loss and had 2,000 grafts with more grafts planned for a second procedure. The results are so impressive that multiple colleagues pulled me aside to inquire where I had it done. My main concern was an unnatural look. But even with just the first stage completed, nobody can tell. I recommend also using the topical minoxidil and finasteride to complement the transplant. I came to Maxim medical in November, with having lost half my hair to a hair dye gone wrong two years prior. It never grew back. In this time, i had 6 PRP treatments from a different doctor/facility and nothing worked. I tried many other methods to grow my hair back, but was left hopeless. I was referred by my friend, who is an anesthesiologist, and he had stellar, amazing results from the hair transplant he got from Dr Max. So i knew where i was going to go. I met with Tony, and he set up my transplant. The day of the procedure, i drove up from the keys. They kept me very comfortable, and they stayed very late, and spent a ton of extra time on me. This was to ensure they would not have to shave the part of my scalp where the transplanted follicles were going. (Yes ladies, it is possible to not have to shave your head) they’ll have to shave the back area underneath, but it is so unnoticeable, and hidden by your hair, and grows back. The procedure took more than double the time because of this. No other transplant facility i visited offered me this option. The day of surgery, when Dr Max explained what was being done, there was a misunderstanding about the amount of area we were covering. Dr Max said we can do regenera (a sort of stem cell procedure) on the other areas. I was under the impression it would be included in the price. When i found out it wasn’t, he still covered the cost of the whole procedure. What really matters at the end of the day, is that their clients are happy. They DO care, and i believe they are not just in it for making money. This is a fabulous business, very clean, very caring people running things. I will refer them to everyone i know, and i hope they get 100 new clients because of this review. You will not be disappointed. As for my results, it’s too early to tell, but I’m sure i will get everything i hoped to get.

Love this place. My boyfriend went and got PRP treatment for his hair and had great results. So I dropped in for a PRP facial and I love what it did for the texture of my skin. All the staff members were very kind, professional and patient as I asked about a million questions. Would recommend this spot for a good vampire facial.

I have had 2 other transplants in the past. Neither of them can begin to compare to the ease and convenience of my recent one from 5 weeks ago with Maxim Medical. The day after the transplant there was no swelling, no pain, and no variation of my daily routine. It was almost as easy as getting a haircut. You can save money by not using the robot but there are no scars and no pain and really this was so easy. I have not yet seen results of the new hair but I dont have any doubt that it will be as perfect as the remainder of the procedure. There were no issues over the procedure however it is an all day event especially since I had 2000 hairs replanted. The staff here were extremely professional and they worked all day to ensure my comfort and results. Initially I was a little nervous about the testosterone treatment but after visiting with Dr Maxim and his staff I was very at ease. Dr Maxim was very easy to speak to and I can tell he is genuine and cares.Being in my early 50s I dont have the energy that I once had so after the initial visit and doing some more research I decided to move forward. It took almost two weeks kick in but once it did wow what a difference! Its been 6 months and I have scheduled for another treatment as I have noticed the difference. I did a lot of research when I decided I finally wanted to do something about my balding hair. I was very impressed with the ARTAS Robotic Hair procedure. There were a lot of videos on line that showed exactly how the procedure was done and the results. I have to say I was very impressed with the new technology, and even more pleased to learn that there was someone doing this procedure in my own neighborhood.I booked my consultation with Dr. Max and Abby and they were very thorough, pleasant and professional . Dr. Maxim and his team has been the most professional and personal office that I could image. I’m in my early 20’s and just graduated university. I had major hair loss and before I started my career I wanted to get my hair back. I went to a couple of different doctors office and didn’t really find an office and doctor that I connected both with. Last minute my uncle told me to check out artas hair transplant. I found Dr.Maxim online and called to see if I could have a consultation that day. I came in and meet with Tony and he went through the whole process. I was very skeptical going to Maxim Hair Restoration for the first time. I had been suffering with hair loss for a long time and it had reached the point where something needed to be done. I went and was greeted by very friendly people, I was evaluated by Dr.Chumak himself and I realized how tight knit the entire operation is at Maxim. So much so that I had quickly gotten on a first name basis with everyone. Everyone there is genuinely friendly and sincere. Hair Restoration isnt only for men! I went in for a consultation 6 months ago to look into non surgical options because I noticed my hair thinning. I met with Tony who guided me through the different methods of hair restoration. Hair loss is such a sensitive subject, especially with women, and I felt completely at ease during my consultation. He recommended a package of 3 PRP sessions, a topical solution called Hair Boost, and to purchase a laser device for home treatments. I also met with Dr. Max who did a microanalysis of my scalp with this cool microscope and he also answered all my medical questions. I started my PRP treatment that Saturday and went once a month for 3 months. I just went in for my 6 month follow-up and I am so incredibly happy with my results! Everyone has noticed my hair growing! Dr. Max recommended that I do a PRP session once a year to maintain my growth and to continue using the Hair Boost and the laser cap at home. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Dr. Max!

Just like anyone else, I was very trepidatious in doing something about my thinning hair issues. I went to several hair restoration doctors in the area and found Dr. Max to be my best choice. Very few offered the Artas procedure and Tony his assistant, the staff, and Dr Max all make you feel very comfortable and not pushy. Even better, Tony responds almost immediately to any questions asked via email during work hours, after work hours and surprisingly even on weekends. No one does that! During my procedure I received about 1500 grafts which they said normally I would have been done around noon or 1, but because I insisted on not shaving my head, took till 5:30 pm. Dr Max and his staff stayed overtime to accommodate me. Allowed me to maintain my normal dignity without anyone knowing. Extremely gracious of them, so on my follow up visit I dropped off a gift card for the staff to enjoy from Cheese Cake Factory. Recommend Dr Max highly!! You would be crazy to use someone else!!!

Here is my husbands review of his experience:Dr. Max and his team really treated me well during the whole hair transplant process. I’ll sort of do my best to describe my experience so maybe it can help you make a better decision.1. The initial consultation was great, they were upfront about the procedure, the results, costs, recovery, and the technology……honestly the reason I selected Dr. Max is because of the Artas Robot-which makes it pretty hard to screw up the procedure.2. The procedure itself went smooth, the Doctor was there the entire time and did a good job explaining what was happening and making sure I was comfortable.3. After the procedure he was available by phone or by stopping by the office anytime. I guess most Docs aren’t that available, so it was really nice to ask him questions and get a response so quickly.Obviously this is a big decision for anyone to make, and surely there are plenty of different options, but I’m very happy with Maxim Medical and would recommend them to anyone who is losing their hair and wants to reverse it.

I had my robotic hair restoration 3 months ago. We did just over 1200 grafts harvested by Artas robot.I was interested in addressing my hair loss for some time. Dr. Max had perfect reviews which helped to make a decision. I was impressed how clean the facility. The staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Max was with me during the entire procedure. The procedure itself was comfortable and painless. I arrived at the scheduled PRP treatment 3 months after. My hair is growing amazing for 3 months with new much lower hairline clearly seeing, and doctor explained that more is to grow over next 9 months. I will have 2 more PRP treatments over next 6 months to help to protect my existing hair as well. I had great experience with Maxim Medical. Let me say first that its been 9 weeks since I went through the robotic procedure at Maxim Medical and I couldnt be more pleased with the company, Dr. Max and his team.Its still early to see results but I can already see some very short hairs trying to come out. I wont see final results until a year after the procedure but theres one thing that I cant see already, which is the terrible linear scar that other type of procedures leave in the back of your head forever.The process leading to the procedure is very pleasant, first you meet with Dr. Max and Tony and they listen to your case, answer all your questions and suggest what type of treatment can help you best. They did not try to over sale not even a hair, actually I was the one pushing Dr. Max a little to let me do more grafts than what he had recommended.The procedure pretty much takes a full day from site making to actual grafts implant but it didnt feel that long at all since you get a lunch break and at the end you can even watch TV. The recovery is also quite easy, nothing hard about it.I combined the procedure with a couple of Hyperbaric Chamber sessions and I have to say that it helped to heal faster than other people and also its known to help with grafts survival by 30%.I highly recommend Maxim Medical, Dr. Max and his team (Doly, Tony,..., they are all great, knowledgeable, polite and very nice). If you are thinking about hair transplant..., these are the guys to go with. Amazing job, great customer service and no linear scar in the back of your head...Ill update this review in a few weeks, thanks Dr. Max!

I have been to Maxim Medical twice now-once for IV fluids and another time for a B-12 lipotropic shot. The IV fluids were a lifesaver and the IV did not hurt at all. The B-12 shot was also just as painless, and all of the nurses and professionals were very courteous and prompt. I had the Artas surgery done at the end of July 2018 with three sessions of a hyperbaric oxygen chamber right after surgery, and two followup appointments for PRP treatments.As of today 12/19/18 the results are astonishing. I am very happy I had the surgery. Ive received a lot of positive comments so far and Im only between months 4-5, they say its better and better results all the way to the end from months 4-12 as hairs wake up and start to grow. If I had to make the choice again I would do the same thing, except I wish I did it a lot sooner. The whole team at Maxim Medical is really friendly, professional and they work very hard to take care of their patients.
