I showed up and was walked back within 10 minutes. The staff was very kind and attentive to my issues. The PA came in and examined the infection in my finger. She drained it and prescribed me antibiotics. Pain ceased and my finger healed. Would definitely recommend if you need an urgent care.

Clean, big and modern urgent care on Andrews Ave. The staff and doctors are very polite and knowledgable. I have never had to wait too long to be seen, great fast service. They do the PCR testing as well.

Place opened the door at 810am.The young man said that the Provider/doctor was running late with no time as to when he/she would arrive. He couldn’t sign anyone in because the front desk clerk was also running late. There were 4 of us waiting to be seen. This is is unacceptable that the staff was not there to assist anyone. I guess schedules mean nothing in this location let alone being on time. In these times responsibilities seen to have gone down the drain. It’s a shame

This visit was POINTLESS. $150 to look at me for 5 minutes last night only to prescribe something that more than likely wont work for me because Im even worst now than when I went in there. Next time Ill just call 911. This was a joke. #TRIBE

Today I went to MD Now and I was pleasantly surprised that there was not a long wait. I was seen rather promptly and I am pleased with the professional attention that I received.

I can never get in to see my doctor without an appointment that maybe two or more weeks away. I find this place to be fast, courteous and very good for all my non emergency needs. They have always been very helpful to me. 5 stars to the staff, doctors, and location.

Very attentive and caring establishment. The Nurse advised me to go to the emergency room for a full blood work up. So glad I followed her advice because my hemoglobin was dangerously low I needed a blood transfusion!

After walking in as a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean and friendly atmosphere. Staff was great, from the front desk to all who cared for me in the back. The PA was professional & answered my questions, the nurse, Veronica, had a great sense of humor & made me laugh. Tony, the Xray tech, put me at ease, explained my broken elbow on the screen and followed up by carefuly applying a splint & sling. everyone there helped to make a bad situation much better for me. Thank you all.The only thing that surprised me was there was no Covid screening or temperature taking. You would think that would be protocol?

I tried to call in before going to get pricing and confirm they took my insurance. I waited @10 minutes and no one answered the phone. I found out later the location phone number goes to a call center. The receptionist was more concerned with her monitor than with me. I went in for sinusitis and was given a $199(!) Covid test as part of the exam. I was out within 2 hours with prescriptions to treat my sinusitis. I had to call into the call center to figure out how I would get my Covid results. I waited @15 minutes for an agent who informed me that I would not have received any notification of my results. As thou can see this review has as much or more to do with MD Now as a company rather than just the location I went to.

Do not come here or to any MD Now for a PCR. They will require you to see a dr after the test and wait almost an hour to do so. If you do not see the provider they will not send the test out. This will not be disclosed to you when you walk in.There are many other places you can walk in and be out in 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time here.

Excellent place ,everyone was efficient.I went in because my ears were clogged and ringing they found the problem flushed out my ears and I was out of there in a very reasonable amount of time ,the experience was beyond my expectations, very friendly staff .I wiil not hesitate to go back for any other health problems I might have

I was just there and the service is terrible. I dont know whats going on with the ladies on the front desk and in general ,but I guess you werent tell about your tones of voice. If you charge how you do, I will suggest please treat better. Level up your standards. First and last time. If you cant treat people right and respectfully, go work somewhere else. So rude on the phone also.

It took too long for the Doctor to see me. We were there almost 2 hrs. After asking why we were informed that only 1 provider was on duty and that they were very busy. When we arrived there were only 2 people in the waiting room.The staff and the doctor were very nice and professional.

This is a good place to get your medical services, the staff is great, very knowledgeable, great customer service, in particular Cherline from the front desk is very patient and courteous.

I’ve been there before and it was always a great experience. But this time around I was left waiting the in patients room for an 1hr 35mins and when the Dr finally came in after I cracked the room door open to make sure I wasn’t forgotten. I’m 90% sure she forgot about me. I was left waiting in pain for a little over an hour and a half.

My second time using MD Now urgent care, and both experiences have been very positive. Being able to get xrays on site is a huge plus. This visit was for a medical issue, and the visit was prompt, the staff kind and professional, and the doctor provided good care.

Staff was nice, clean place, just a suggestion when the result are ready you can send a notification. I was 3 days waiting for results due to a misunderstanding with the website and I never got a text message/email saying the results were ready as usually other places do.

The office was clean, the staff checking me in and out were professional, kind and efficient. The NP and assistant that examined and treated me were outstanding. Overall an exceptionally positive experience. Thank you !!

BE EXTREMELY SPECIFIC on what you need and make sure it is clearly understood BEFORE you give them you credit card or insurance. I specifically went in for deep inner ear wax removal that is deep in the ear canal by the eardrum, which would require a special machine that an ear specialist would use. However, you can forget about transparency at this clinic as they will not tell you up-front they don’t have that capability, but will ensure they charge your card before telling you all they do is ear irrigation with tap water.Of course, they did not hesitate to charge my card for the visit alone, and then once with the doctor, I realized that all that they do is fill up a plastic container with TAP WATER with a small hose that they insert and try to flush out what will certainly NOT WORK. Ridiculous!Tap water will CERTAINLY NOT remove hardened ear wax near the eardrum, I can do that myself at home for free!When I complained, the on-duty doctor was becoming verbally combative with me that “I am paying for her time with no guarantee”. Done, never coming here or recommending this place to anyone EVER.RIP-OFF!

Went for simple Covid test, with symptons, and waited 2 hours! Doctor wanted to do chest xrays and continued to wait! While feeling heightened illness I had to leave. When I went to find someone in back area No one was around to assist except receptionist. (However the Medical Assistant that I speak with later denies that). Finding out they discarded my Covid swab, thus having to start over! Waste of my $50 copay. Would have been courteous to keep patients updated! Ill stay with my Primary care provider!

I was looking for a place near home to do a covid test for myself and my family. I called and asked if they could see us all on Saturday or did we need a appointment the young lady on the phone told me we could just walk in. The office was clean the girls at the front desk were amazing they followed all CDC rules everyone had mask the girls and the nurses were amazing. We were seen right away we even saw the doctor and he was very nice and spoke with us all and cleared us and we left.

Everyone was extremely friendly. The vaccine process was rather quick. Very professional atmosphere. Much appreciated service.

It was horrible. Checked in at 3 PM for Covid test we had to walked out at 6pm without service. All we wanted Covid test. My father went in side waited for 30 minutes after Covid test they have him sit for another 30 minutes to see Doctor. when we said we don’t need a doctor all we want Covid test. Lady at the front desk said if you don’t see Doctor then we will cancel your Covid test. We canceled and walked out.We don’t know why we have to see a doctor for Covid test

The customer service there is great, the technicians and nurse were a great help during my vaccinations for college program. I gave them a one star because I paid in full before every service was given and I receive to invoice from bioreference “claiming ” I did not pay at the office. The first time I called to representative, she saw incorrect charges and errors in the documents. It’s a shame, I really like the workers their but it’s a hard no for me.Dr. Anthony Aliaga submited my paided bill to Bioference and Ive been fighting with them for months over a bill that was paid cash at MD NOW

Very unprofessional. The “doctor” didnt even examine me. I had a 102 fever and she just sat in her chair right in front of me and told me I need to rush to the ER to take tests because I could be dying from blood clots or it could be my brain. I left there in panic after she kept going on about every way I can die from my fever and how I need to rush to the ER for all kinds of tests. I immediately went to another doctor after this horrible experience, and told them how the doctor treated me and all the things she said to me, the doctor was absolutely shocked and horrified that happened at urgent care. The new doctor (different location btw) quickly put my mind at ease, that it was just a fever and I ended up feeling better in a couple days.

I am very happy with the service, the triage and the doctor who took care of me and very quickly. It’s wonderful to have MD Now so close. If there’s a need, this is the one to use.

My spouse and I needed a COVID test today and I found MD Now online. We drove over this morning, walked in and were greeted in a warm, friendly manner. There is a major focus on safety during this pandemic. The staff is efficient, helpful, and do their jobs with a smile and concern for those of us seeking medical attention. Paperwork was a breeze using the tablets provided. Wait time was about 20 minutes which was great considering we had not made an appointment. Our tests were conducted and we had an opportunity to visit with the doctor who took the time to answer questions. MD Now accepts our insurance so there was not a co-pay or any charge for this particular visit. We will receive our results within 48 hours through web portal access. Both of us are highly impressed with this urgent care option. Thank you.

Paid $70 for a 3 minute physical after waiting 2 hours to see the doctor. Definitely not worth the money or time. Please do yourself a favor and try somewhere else.

I came in to have a PICC line removed after verifying with Dr Gorenstein a week before coming that it can done at the facility. Lash’s was the person at the front who was so rude and disrespectful, she said Dr Gorenstein is not here and we don’t do that. Well I spoke to him and he said to just walk in. When I asked for her supervisor, she said she was the supervisor. U said there has be someone above you, she said her name is Stephanie but she is on leave.MDNOW needs to know about the disrespect and lack of concern that patients are treated with.Lashay needs rove removed front desk, she should not be dealing with people, she gas no people skills.

Ive been in pain two days waiting for my results. Ive attempted to get in touch with the Cypress Creek office TEN TIMES and no one will answer the phone. It just bounces back to the operator. The online portal doesnt work and the app shows me nothing.

People there are very efficient. Got there 5 minutes before appointment and was out before my appointment time. Asked questions and all were answered. They are very informed and friendly.

I will never ever go to any MD now location. This incident was the last straw. They never called in my Rx for my breathing. I ending up the hospital during a time of Covid. This place is useless!!! They stole my money and didn’t even have the resources to do the X-ray or breathing treatment.

Went to receive a Covid test. Staff was friendly and personable. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

My wife had 3 covid tests done here and all 3 were positive.... 3 days after the first positive test she went somewhere else and it came back negative 2nd test here positive... didnt have another after that positive..... 3rd positive test from here the exact next day we went somewhere else and it was negative.... MD Now needs to change labs because at this place everything is positive....even if it is negative....this clinc is full of it.... I will be following up with the news stations ....this info needs to get out because it is changing peoples lives with fictional results.

Worst customer service. Came and saw the provider Theodore back in (((October!!))and was referred out. I for one NEVER received the results back from my Labs, or from my referral! They called me Once when my labs came in and left me a Voicemail to call them back. I missed that call by 2 mins, as I was at Work myself! I quickly called back and was NEVER able to get through. Nonetheless, they sent me 3 bills, and did not verify my insurance until after my appointment, hence the 3 bills...still this very day when I call, I cannot get through, or it rings and the receptionist hangs up. I wouldn’t recommend.

Made an 8am appointment for a rapid covid test, I was still waiting to be called at 8:30am and overheard them telling others they had no rapid COVID tests... disable the rapid testing option from the website if you can’t honor the testing appointment.

I came in with a deep Cut on a thumb that needed stitches and had the best experience with the treatment. From the front desk to Denise the medical assistant to Dr Tran, I was very pleased and happy with their outstanding care! You know passionate people For their work when you meet them. This is my 4th MD NOW visit. 1st time in this location and the 2 hour wait is not acceptable.. the other two locations where very busy and the longest fro wait to to finish with my session .. 45 minutes!! I will never come here again!

Literally the worst service ! Not only did they lose my COVID results and I had to come re test but they also had me waiting over 2 hours when they called me to come back in to test, as well as losing my results. This is the most unprofessional environment I have ever been in. Furthermore the staff were very unsympathetic and rude. I would definitely recommend a sister property. The worst service ever !!!

Went to have a covid rt pcr swab done for travel. Kind staff efficient in their work. Clean.

Very difficult to call and speak with the front desk receptionits they need to be more friendly I recommend this location to friends in the past I will not do so in the future.

Wrong diagnosis!! I took my mom in last month for what seemed like an oral thrush. We waited almost an hour for the doctor to come in for literally 30 seconds and assure us its no oral thrush (typically caused by candida). He prescribed an antibiotic over the course of 10 days which did absolutely nothing, in fact my mom had more white patches than before. We went back after she finished the antibiotic to get seen again only to find out that my mom has to pay another $150 because the 10 day follow up has already passed. Are you kidding me? You prescribed an antibiotic for 10 days, I am supposed to come back before finishing the antibiotic???!! After requesting another $150 to see us again, we just went to the international market and bought fluconazole 150 mg which is whats typically prescribed to for oral thrush / killing candida and after a few days my mom was perfectly fine. Long story short, sometimes you are better off diagnosing / treating yourself! If these people were to see my mom again, I am sure they would have prescribed another antibiotic which would have done nothing again.

Fast and easy, everyone was so nice. The only issue is trying to call in, you cant get anyone but the physical branch is excellent.

This is the best quick doctor consultation for semi emergency issues. Quick, easy, in and out. I wish they were really quicker. But, now with the Zoom virtual doctors visits, this type of office will decrease in traffic. Over all, excellent.

I stepped on a nail and was concerned about infection. I went to MD Now with low expectations, thinking that a top doctor would not be attracted to an urgent care facility. So much for assumptions. The doctor was extremely competent and knowledgeable. He recommended a tetanus shot and a week of antibiotics. He also shared a tip if this happens again: squeeze the blood out to force out any particles on the nail. My foot feels much better. If I have another emergency, I will definitely return. I would add that the facility is recently constructed and very nice.

Quick walk in and service provided. Highly recommended if you want to be in an out. Very little wait. Attentive staff. Greatly appreciated.
