I am a employee of Responsive i can say they deserve this 5 star. I am not the type of person who like to post or have my opinion post but i couldnt lay back without letting someone know that this is a great company. They are professional and caring. Great care team!!

In April we were faced with finding live-in care for my mother. Unfortunately we went with a registry not realizing the difference. After 2 months we knew it wasnt going to work out and began our search again. We found Responsive Home Care and it was the best thing we did! Because of our previous experience we wanted to interview Responsive before we moved forward with them. We met at their offices and Genevieve spent a lot of time going over their processes and listened to our concerns. We felt this was the right place to help us provide mother with the care she deserves by people who truly care about her. We were also given a tour of the offices and met the people who work in the offices. Genevieve then brought the care giver she thought would be a good match out to meet us and my mother. They spent a lot of time talking to mother and answering questions. They do routine unannounced drop ins to be sure everything is going well.We hired them and now have 2 very loving, caring ladies (one 4 days a week and one 3 days a week) who live with mother. My mother loves them, she always has a smile on her face and is very happy.Thank You Responsive Home Care for giving us peace of mind that my mother is well cared for and happy.

I would recommend Responsive Home Health to anyone. Choosing an at home care agency can be a daunting task. You want the best care for your loved ones, and Responsive offers that. From the very first call I made to responsive, they set me at ease. They asked questions about the person that needed the care and picked the perfect match. Our aide and care giver is truly a blessing and gets along so well with our family. The level of service received from Responsive is top notch. My husband and I are navigating the care of a parent for the first time. Calling on Responsive Home Care has taken so much of the burden off our shoulders so we can take care of all the other details. The care providers who have come to our home during the transition and then to my mother-in-laws home since then have been wonderful. They are caring, informative, and help us with suggestions for managing care into the future. I couldnt be happier...they are truly Responsive!

It has been an extreme pleasure working with Responsive Home Health and their amazing team. The nurses have been going in 3 times/day for med reminders and have been phenominal. My father likes and respects them immensely! Your team, Maydene, Shaneek, Genevieve and Missy have been awesome and patient. Stephanie is the Client Services Coordinator and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a quick response time to return your call and/or emails and she has wonderful follow up skills. They have also been able to turn around an aide to accompany my father to doctors appointments with less than a days notice.I would highly recommend Responsive Home Health to anyone looking for a home health agency.

I found myself in a bind; got a call from my dad who lives 3,000 miles across the country in a panic about my mom needing assistance. I said I would find nursing help and home care. This was mid-day on a Friday FL time. I went online and started looking for help. Made a number of calls and left messages.Got a call back from Genevieve at Responsive. She explained that they dont do nursing care, but gave me 3 different recommendations of good people and gave me their direct cell phones. Chris from Complete Home Care came thru big-time and got a nurse to their house the very next day.At the same-time Genevieve worked with me to also set-up in home care. My mom was overcoming a severe infection and could not move well, and my dad would not admit to needing his own assistance, not just to take care of her, but for also help driving, with food, and home upkeep. Genevieve set-up service for the next week, and Valdine came and spent 8-hours for 5-days for a number of weeks. She also drove them to doctors appts.My father could not thank me enough for helping arrange this, and I cant be more happy for the service they received, the other recommendations Genevieve made for other areas they needed help with, and now I know that I have a service to turn to should we need their help again.I recommend them highly (and CHC for nurse care) for anyone who needs!

I am writting this review on behlaf of Responsive Home Health Care Inc. In the midddle of May my mom become ill and needed assistance with her care, Responsive was able to help me by supplying me with home health aides that where extremely caring to my moms needs. This was a benefit to myself and my family because it helped to take some of the pressure off of us to allow us to try and continue with our lives. I cant thank them enough for the care and compassion that my mom received at this extremely tough time in her life. Thank You for your help and dedication. I would recommend them to other people in need due to there great care.
