My medication was promised to arrive at my doctors office via overnight mail since they lost or misplaced the CIGNA approval. Now, 4 days later still no medication. We are talking about a roughly $5000,- drug each month.I called had to EXPLAIN THE SAME STORY ABOUT 3 TIMES. AND THEY HUNG UP, BECAUSE They were UK unable to manage.

UPDATE ## There is no option for Zero stars. I admire their consistency with poor service. Continuously late with medication. No callbacks. When your refills run out they don’t tell you until you call to re-order. Just unbelievably the worst.

By far the WORST company!!! It is appalling that Cigna would use such a terrible company to manage specialty meds. They have incompetent employees who could care less about the patients. All I heard was that they would call back and never did. It took forever to process my sons script. Their service SUCKS!!!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever! They do not know or care to know how to do their jobs or run a company. Second time in 3 months I will be out of medication I am supposed to continually take not because of my lack of communication but because of theirs on top of the I dont give a **** attitude all of their staff has and their inability to communicate with their own pharmacy even though they will try everything in their power to avoid you speaking to the pharmacy directly.

This company is horrible to use for specialty medication and I am obligated to use them with my benefits. My son is a heart transplant receipient and I have problems every month refilling his life-saving prescriptions. There is a lack of communication amongst their patient care coordinators, supervisors, billing and pharmacists. I get a run around every time and a different answer to why my sons prescriptions cant be filled on time. I spend at least 1-2 hours a time trying to resolve their issues. I’m so unhappy using this company and pray that my benefits would change to eliminate them.

No option for 0 star. 😢😢😡CIGNA started using this company for my specialty medications and they screwed up. THEY HAVE ONE JOB! To deliver my meds. They deliver my meds to the wrong doctors office. Not my fault. Still out my meds after speaking to numerous Rep there. Today 12/20/19 is my Infusion appointment and no meds so no Infusion and they do not care. On the phone back and forth from 12/17/19UPDATE (12/23/19) Still no meds and they have the audacity to call me and wanted to refill the meds I did not get YET. SMFH. Never gone this long without my meds.

No customer service whatsoever always lying to the patient. Call seven times already still did not receive my medicine and every single time I spoke to somebody they have shifted medicine thats what they said and never been shipped and Im still waiting this is my seventh time today. Do you even send me an email saying that is been shipped since my foot call and still did not receive anything and when I call on the 5th time told me that they did not ship it yet all they care about is the money those people they dont care about peoples life

I have been dealing with this company for 3 months now and i want to cry, i need to get an injection once a month for my arthritis and it took 2 months just for this company to receive a fax from my doctor for the prescription, we would send it to them 2 to 3 times a week. now that i got my prescription they are trying to charge me 700 dollars for the medication. I have a co pay card that they never sent through, i have called them 3 times about this so far and they keep telling me they sent in the info for the payment and each time they tell me the last person didnt send it in. horrible company, Im getting away from them as soon as i can

The worst of the worst! have a child that is sick and the health care provider will only allow us to order the meds she needs from online pharmacy. have been trying for six days! they keep claiming did not get our prescription etc. etc.. have spent hours on the phone as has my doctor. they keep claiming we never called them. can not believe how impossible they are. please be smart and if you need an online pharmacy look elsewhere

This pharmacy is full of inept employees that no nothing about their duties.I am livid that Cigna would use this useless company. When I spoke to a supervisor he sounded like he was in high school. Kept me on hold for over 25 minutes. I loathe a company like this.

Worst pharmacy on the planet trying to order my medicine for two weeks aleeady everytime They tell me i need to call my doctor for a prescription my doctor faxed twice amd call for a verbal prescription and they still claim they dont habe any información about me this people’s are playing with others peoples life and health im out of medicine for two weeks im talking this to the next level is not right what this people doing i will do everything on my power to take this company out business

Absolutely the worst customer service on Earth. I am required by my health plan to use Accredo for meds for a potentially life-threatening condition. My doctor called in an URGENT prescription but at EVERY STEP of the fulfillment, Accredo dropped the ball. I had to call them twice a day for 5 days (about 8 hours on the phone) to actually get the order shipped. Every rep I spoke to had no clue. No one wanted to take ownership of the issue. Some samples of the many, many Accredo-generated issues:(1) Accredo: We couldnt ship because the doctor didnt specify capsules vs. tablet. Did they ask the doctor while they were on the phone with him? No. Did they call for clarification? No.(2) Accredo: The order WAS SHIPPED today for overnight delivery. Did the order arrive? No. When I called: We missed the pickup time. Do you want to reschedule a shipment?. If it was shipped, why do I have to rescedule?I missed 6 days of critical treatment. Im still alive but no thanks go to Accredo.

They’re awful! Don’t even know where to begin on the many problems I have experienced with this “pharmacy”. So many bad experiences like shipping, payments, losing checks. I don’t recommend them.

These people are terrible to deal with. They send my medication directly to the doctor, and although I ask each time for a pharmacy invoice needed for reimbursement, it always takes multiple calls before they eventually send me one. I have complained to my insurance carrier about them many times. If you have a choice, run, dont walk, to another specialty pharmacy.
