After almost a month of trying to get an appropriate caregiver with another agency for my 92 year old mother who has Alzheimer’s, I had almost given up. Betsy, case manager for Caring Home Care, was a Godsend. She was prompt, attentive, communicative and most of all CARING and compassionate to my mother’s needs! The caregiver she assigned is perfect for my mom and I can’t be happier with her. Thank you Betsy! You are the BEST!!! A definite asset to Caring! I look forward to working with you for a long time to come. :-)

I moved my mom home just over a week ago from am assisted living facility where she was being badly neglected. She declined greatly over the pandemic and it was time to bring her home. I was terrified about this transition and if I would be able to manage it, even with assistance, and still be able to take care of my husband and son, and run my household. Ivonne at Caring Home Care was SO amazing. She talked me through everything and listened carefully to my needs. I spoke with other home health agencies and always felt uncared for. I would constantly have to repeat my needs and explain more than once my mothers condition and needs. I knew after speaking with Ivonne that this was the right company. She was courteous, respectful, and empathetic. At the same time she was very professional- a great combination. The home health aide I was sent is an absolute dream come true. She understood and handled my moms needs like a pro from the very first visit. Its only been 10 days and shes already like part of the family! My mom adores her and she is so patient, kind, and diligent in every aspect of her job. I could not get through this time without her. Thank you Caring Home Care for being so exceptional! I will continue to refer you to other families in need of home health care! Do not look elsewhere- Caring Home Care is the ONLY home care agency you need!

I’m writing this review to let you know this home health agency deserves to be given a five star. Despite the fact I went through a couple or more aides at the beginning due to not being suitable for my dad, I finally found the aides needed for my dad’s conditions. All this was possible with Ivonne’s assistance. From the beginning Ivonne was very Professional and honest with me in how her agency works and how is the process to search qualified aides for my dad’s conditions . I like that because prior used agencies didn’t disclose that or even care about matching up dad with someone who had experience working with Alzheimer patients. She seemed very knowledgeable, passionate, and concern about her work.I’m glad my dad is in good handsSo far.I thank Ivonne for going above and beyond during this pandemic to find my dad a good team to care for him. That has given me a lot of peace of mind!

My review is for the home-care service. I had a bad experience with one of your staff that provides her service. It was unfortunate incident with my father where she was not able to come over. The miscommunication was on her behalf due to the fact that she didn’t notify the company that she was not gonna be able to come and assist for my father’s caring. Now when the office was notify by another Aide that the HHH, didn’t show up to the client’s house. Ivónn the coordinador from the office who then reach out to me and was extremely rude and unprofessional with me. Her character was out of line with me. I didn’t appreciate the fact how can a coordinator express herself so unethical with a client. My father has been using this company for over 6 years with no complaints but this is the first time that I had a bad experience. No coordinator should have the right to talk down to their clients and express the way that she expressed herself towards me, it was so unprofessional, disrespectful,rudeness heartless and very demanding. One advice that I would recommend is for your agency to reevaluate their staff member with proper client relationships. On how to communicate more professional and giving 💯 customer services. We are all going through rough times with the COVID-19. There’s no need for anybody to be disrespected in a business where the client is receiving services from.

I give Caring Home Care Inc. a five star because of Dominga. Unlike the others that came to warm the seat, Dominga was attentive after my bilateral hip surgery. I could not get up from the couch to go to the bathroom without her behind me to make sure I did not fall. She was contantly cleaning something and asking if I want ot eat. What a terrific person. Caring home should have more of Domingas around.

I right, i work for caring home Care more 11 years. I work for Betty and Viiviana. I want complain Betty always want sell thing to the workers. I think only way get client for her is to buy purse or purfums or jewlry from her. I talk many friend work for caring all say same thing. If you say you have no money Betty give you client say ok you have money buy now purfums or jewlry. Is no fare i make 10 dolares a hour i have to pay so much gas so much bills to go clients. es no fare es no right. And i ask i need more client she always has no new. maybe if her work more for caring y no her buisnes maybe have more more. clients. i try talk manager Michele every time me friends or we go door is close or manager no ther at caring. Es no fare all Bety do as try sell you things. I be ther she mean to some us if we no buy. I see lady do buy so Betty nice and happy. this no good company work at.

HHA arent happy Administration lie and promise things they never deliver. Caring made me travel to their ofice 2 times...after all documents were completed they send me home and told me they will call me. At the time They were scare to continue hiring cause ACHA was conducting an inspection and most of their CNA^HHA didnt have their certification updated. Agency is very disorganized and continously lie to staff. If your sick they advise you to take medication regardless your not fit physically they harras you to go to work weather your fit or not.

The worst in agency. If I could I would not give him a star, a very ill-mannered lady named Ana seems to have never been taught education, the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I do not recommend looking for another agency there are many and quality
