Jose is always ready to help. Being an TVI requires us to stay on a tight schedule and problem solve as issues arise. When our students equipment messes up it directly impacts the students learning. My student is using her BNT daily at school and rarely uses her braillewriter. We have run into various issues and bumps in the road and Jose saves the day every time!
