I met with Dr. Schwartz for the first time today because I needed an annual eye exam + I was having some weird visual stuff. Long story short, everything turned out to be fine but he was very gracious in dealing with my anxiety about the situation. The office is located within an eyeglasses place and is super private and easy to get in and out of. The staff was really nice as well. Great experience and this is my eye doctor moving forward.

Just had my annual check up, have been seeing Jason for about twenty years now. Great service and good history. Why would I go anywhere else?Seven months later and an unscheduled trip to see Dr. Schwartz, i was being checked out within one hour and twenty minutes of the phone call. Awesome.

My doctor ended up being Dr. King, and she did a great job with the eye exam and addressing my questions. After I checked out, however, I noticed a minor change in my prescription that was not explained by the doctor. I asked the assistant, Lizzie, to confirm with the doctor if it was intentional or a mistake in writing the prescription. At that point Lizzie tried to convince me that it was just a minor difference from my previous prescription and the doctor must have intended it. I asked again that she check with the doctor. I got a bit of a flustered response, but she finally asked the doctor, who was sitting in her office (not with another patient).Turns out it was a mistake, and had I not pushed, Lizzie would have tried to see me out the door with an inaccurate prescription. I still recommend this place, but would remind Lizzie to not to interfere with the patient when they have a question for the doctor and to remember that the customer is entitled to ask questions, especially when paying $220 for an eye exam. I witnessed a similar exchange between another customer and Lizzie right as I was about to leave. I recommend some customer service training up front, but otherwise recommend this location.

Dr Schwartz and his staff were very polite, efficient, and professional. What I liked about my visit was that it’s a one-stop shop. Dr Schwartz can write you a prescription and/or run all the necessary eye exams needed. They take vision care insurance as well as medical insurance. He is located in an office that carries numerous name brand eyewear and the lenses are made on the premises. You may be able to pick up your glasses the very same day. I would definitely recommend them.

Doctor Schawartz performs a very accurate examination of my eye vision every year. He keeps records of my previous examination and he verifies there are not significant changes of my vision. His fees are very reasoneable and justified. He update his equipment very often. He does not make you wait when you schedule an apppointement with his secretary.His office is located inside the Clearsight South Optic shop. It is very convenient if you need new glasses there are many available frames and lenses to choose. The employees are extremely efficient and you will buy a quality pair of glasses that will least forever.
