Love this office! The level of care is impressive. I’ve seen Dr. Krysiak so far on my visits and I love how detail, honest and transparent she is. Very helpful in providing methods to help me and ensuring insurance company got the approval request as they require. My first visit was 3 months prior and the progress I’ve made since I first saw her has motivated me to work harder. Aside from doing a great job, she took the time to tell me, she was proud of me for the changes I’ve made and success since my last visit. I feel pleased and comfortable with this entire office. Don’t remember all their names but everyone is always courteous and nice. Thanks ladies!

As a doctor she is amazing. She has terrible staff! No one ever answers the phone for the last 30 days. The office hours are not true. They say 8 to 5 but when you get to the office or try to call after 430 the phones are forwarded to an answering service! And on the office door it says 8 to 430. The answering service is actually getting sick of patients complaining they never get anyone to answer the phone. It is a shame! Why put the answering service though hell if you have people working in the office. If you are understaffed alert your patients. The portal won’t let me make an appointment, but the computer generated calls that it’s time for an appointment call me 3 days a week. I’ve had blood work and no call as of yet. My heart dr calls within 3 days my primary calls within 5 days my gastroenterologist calls within a week of blood work. Truly insane! I will be looking for a new dr this is not acceptable.

Dr. Krysiak was very nice. She answered all my questions and really took her time explaining. The staff is very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend.

I have been trying to speak to someone for about 4 tries now because of insurance issues. Left voicemails and no return calls as of today. Very disappointed and I referred this practice to others.

I am trying to make an appointment as a new patient, but can never get through to anyone. Ive left multiple messages. Its hard to have confidence in a doctor who you fear wont respond to you in a time of need.

Dr Krysiak is absolutely amazing!! She knows her stuff, and goes above and beyond to help her patients. I would HIGHLY recommend her!!

Can never reach someone and never get a callback

Have NEVER!! had a good experience with this doctor ESPECIALLY her staff. I Have been with her I believe since 2017. The only doctor and doctors office I feel literally does not care about me one bit. They are liars and schemers through and through. Everytime I leave I joke with my bf on how theyre trying to kill me. Please message me if you have any questions, Id love to tell everyone just how bad this office is. Just be patient because it will take a long time. Why am I still reaching the answering service at 846am??

Worst place I have ever been to. Rude Staff. Cant ever reach anybody over the phone. Spend the whole day to reach someone with no answer.

If there is a Zero stars I would have voted Zero. My wife picked Dr Ikna assuming after reading the reviews that she will be helpful and responsive. First she is over priced and expensive, but that was not our issue as long as she will be providing a quality service. But after that she requested blood test and told my wife that she will be calling as soon as she gets the results. 10 days passed after the results were sent to her office but we did not get any call so my wife called her and asked about the result so her assistant said that she will look at them when she has time. waited another 7 days and called back asking whats going on! Like its my health we are talking about here not just anything. So the Drs assistant said the doctor is not available and wont be available for the rest of the week so my wife requested that she get her medical records and the blood test through mail to go to another doctor, the assistant again said they cannot do that before the doctor looks at the blood test, my wife asked and when is that? the assistant again answered when the doctor has time. So basically my wife did not get an answer from the doctor and was not able to get her medical records to go to another doctor. So my advice is to look for a different doctor if your health or the health of beloved ones matters to you!

Everything about visit was great!

I had an amazing experience, and this office exceeded my expectations. Dr Krysiak made me feel at ease and thought logically about my diagnosis. I would recommend any one to her. I didn’t expect to have such a great experience and I did 100%. She is phenomenal and trustworthy! The nurse was very kind as well, and so was the staff in the front.

Terrible experience with Dr. Krysiak. Her medical opinions are in stark contrast to FIVE other endocrinologists. She is extremely rude to patients and her staff is even worse.

Doctor Krysiak is a talented, wonderful doctor. Her staff is friendly and she is always there for her patients. When I have questions or concerns she is very quick to respond to my e-mails and understands that as a diabetic we need to have some flexibility to meet our lifestyles. Highly recommended.

6/22/17 I called to schedule an appointment and was transferred. Immediately after I was connected, I was then placed on hold. After a couple of minutes, someone answered and placed me on hold once again. I was left on hold for 10 mins. I hung up and called back. The person on the line , clearly engaged in conversation because she picked up the phone mid-laughter asked me my reason for calling. I stated that I wanted to schedule an appointment. From there she inquired my name and number and stated for me to give her a few minutes and she would return my call. (Not once was I asked a date or time I would like the appointment, nor was I notified of availability). However I understand if they were busy or short staff, so I agreed to give her my contact information. 2 hours have passed and I never received the call back. At 4:25pm I decided to call once again just to be sent straight to voicemail. The office allegedly closes at 5pm... why is no one answering the phone or why is it automatically sent to VM 35 minutes before closing???

I love Dr. Ikna Krysiak. She is very smart and down to earth and honest. We need more drs like her.

I have had Diabetes for almost a decade and Dr Krysiak has been the best endo I have found so far. To the point I still want to see her even though she is no longer in my network.
