Great receptionist ,Friendly staff & great doctors

They dont send referrals even though you request them in a timely fashion. That costs you important appointments. They change your appointments and dont tell you, so you go there for nothing. Avoid this place.

The staff was great. The doctor was in such a rush I did not to get to explain my concerns.

I have been a patient at MCCI now Conviva for many years. Always welcomed with polite, friendly and caring staff. There are many occuring setbacks in every Healthcare operation due to covid 19 and transitional guidelines, however, thanks to Linda the Office Aministrator and her very dedicated team including Dr. Lakin, their hard work provides a positive and secure environment for patients such as myself and my medical service dog. He has an old time Doctor approach of sitting down and actually listening to you, discussing your symptoms, and offering various solutions rather than just filling out forms.I am really glad I switched to his office and am having my entire family do the same!!
