Often when I’ve gone to a dentist, there’s an aspect of the practice that I don’t like. Sometimes the front desk staff are rude or the dental hygienists are rough or inexperienced and sometimes the dentist him or herself doesn’t have the best bedside manner. At First Impressions, everyone was absolutely wonderful in every way. From scheduling the appointment, to reminders to being greeted when I came in, the front desk staff was so competent and kind. The dental hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. Because the office was so well run with amazing employees, I knew before I met him that Dr Quesada would be great and he did not disappoint. I truly appreciate the work that goes Into an experience like this to make it all seem so seamless. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. All the staff is amazing, from the receptionists to the dental hygienists as well as Dr. Quesada. They are very accommodating and professional. They’re excellent at working with the insurance companies. I’ve been going here for several years now, and every experience has been pleasant and positive.

Came here for a routine cleaning second opinion on a dental procedure. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and used state of the art technology for diagnosis and treatment. Very pleased with my experience!

I always joke around that First Impressions is the longest relationship I have ever been in… And it’s for a reason! Great dentist. Great service. I had a crown fall out this weekend. Called this morning and told to come over. Walked in the office and was taken to the dentist chair and prepped. All done and returned home in an hour. How can you beat that. Thanks.

I love Dr. Quesada’s office! They are always thorough and friendly. During Covid, I feel very safe visiting. They are taking temperatures and limiting patient traffic. They are always honest with me (as far as work that needs to be done). Lynn is my hygienist and she is super!

I was a first time patient and decided to come here because they have awesome reviews. However, when I give them my insurance and ask them what Id be paying and they say nothing its covered it should be covered, right? Not the case... I ended up receiving a bill in the mail (basically for them just looking at a tooth). Due to them not providing accurate service Ill be finding a new dentist. On a side note, the office environment was very friendly.

My husband Kenneth Duke was referred to the office for and emergency abstraction because our dentist Dr. Lane was out of town. Dr. Quesada was excellent in handling this procedure and the office staff was very efficient. Thank you all for taking great care of him!

Everybody has been very nice at First Impression Smile Center. I got an appointment to check what was giving pain in some of my teeth the day after my first call. The lady on the phone has been very professional and efficient. Same thing when I show up at the front desk. Very capable dentist. He checked thoroughly and he gave me same clear explanation. I will be back for my annual cleaning very soon. Very good experience.

I’m my experience this place is top rate. It’s location is prime, the people are so nice, and everyone is taking the necessary precautions to deal with the virus situation.This guy works fast because he is efficient, which people who used to hate the dentist, have great appreciation for. I’ve been to dentists all over the worldI noticed bad comments for billing, but if you have a problem with a bill contact them and don’t be a “Karen” and leave a bad review for your garbage insurance.

I have never been a fan of the dentist, and probably never will. However, this place is a RARE gem in Fort Lauderdale. Everyone was soooo nice from scheduling the call, the front desk, the hygienist, and the dentist. There were no judgements as it had been a bit since I had a cleaning and they took great care of my teeth. Already scheduled my next cleaning. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great dentist. Also, they did a great job with having the place clean, taking temps before entering, and wearing masks. I felt completely safe.

Dr. Robert Quesada is THE BEST...he has been my dentist for over 15 years. He earned my trust almost immediately. He thoroughly explains treatment options in ways that are completely understandable. I have referred him to friends many times and he never disappoints. Equally important is that Dr. Quesada is not just a great dentist...he is a man of compassion and empathy....a fabulous person who cares about his patients...we are people to him and his concern is genuine...that personality trait is a rare bonus that sets him apart from the average dentist. The Front Office is welcoming and pleasant and Dr. Quesada has an easy manner about him. I enjoy the small business atmosphere of this dental office. All staff are very friendly and I especially appreciated Terrys gentle and thorough treatment during my cleaning. Although a small practice, they have all of the updated equipment including the cancer screening technology which is only $25 extra and it is very assuring to have this completed. They accept my insurance without charging upfront like many dentists do these days.Thank you First Impressions for the quality dental care!
